Here is what is happened the last three times I've been to this very poorly managed McDonald's. First I went to the drive-through and got a 20 piece McNugget to share with my dog. The McNuggets were so right that my dog wouldn't even eat them she spit them out in the car. The next time I went in to the drive-through and ordered an unsweetened iced tea and they gave me a sweetened iced tea. Imagine if I couldn't have sugar. I actually went in and complain to the manager. She offered to reimburse me for the McNuggets from the last time. I said I don't want McNuggets or money I want you to fix the quality of this restaurant so I can continue coming here because it's so convenient on route 80. The third time I went in I ordered a plain fish sandwich and they gave me a fish sandwich smothered and tartar sauce. I went in and got a replacement fish sandwich but with the missing chunk What a shame I remember the good old days when this was a well run McDonald's and they had a dog run to let the dogs out for a little while. Place is ok for your basic mcdonalds menu but i came to use the free wifi and to charge my phone after 17 minutes exactly they say i can only be in here for 30 mins and unfortunatley i didnt plug in phone until minute 15 so that left me no time to juice phone. Really upset about this since i have no car charger and about to head back to nj to visit parents. Very bad business. I even offered to buy more if that would allow me to use wifi anzd charge phone but they pointed to sign and said no. I am not homeless nor do i dress as if i am. This McDonald's is one of the worst fast food places you can go to. As Megan's review stated, They are slow to make your order, even when there is little to no buisness. I also can not tell you the numerous amount of times that they have messed up my order. By messing up I don't mean like adding pickles when I don't want them, I mean paying for an entire order only to find out I am missing an order of fries, chicken nuggets, or a burger. Not to mention the crew there does not give off a friendly vibe either. I am a polite person, I can please and thank you when I order because I know being in fast food is a tough job. I expect that same respect returned to me as a customer and often times it's not. Also, It's not that clean of a place. Often times the bathrooms are a complete mess and look horrible. How hard would it be to have someone take 5-10 mins to clean it up a bit? That's unacceptable imo. This McDonald's may be the worst place I have ever been to, I will start by saying the soda machine had 3 out of order options, there were no napkins in available, there was no ketchup available. The next part is the kicker. As I was standing in line a customer asked for a refund because she could no longer wait for her food(over 15 minutes) and she was told hold on your food is here and it has been sitting for over 10 minutes but the dope that was suppose to bag it was not capable of doing so. The lady was leaving the building upset and the guy working the cash register started mocking her and making faces at her like he was a 12 year old. The best part is the manager did not even discipline him and then allowed him to go on break as they both were laughing. I attempted to contact the owner Patricia Stella per the sign in the building but of course there has been no return call. Please do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. read more
