I have been to numerous locations, years ago it was the best quick stop grab a burger. Custom made, toppings whatever you ordered. Always good , burger was a nice big juicy square , done just right; my favorite was cheese, ketchup, and pickle! I still order the same, but, now it's a little overcooked square of meat (saltine size) that tastes like it's been sitting in a pan for a while, 1or2 pickles, saltine size cheese piece, and too much ketchup! Sorry, but what happened? Just disappointed! 10 years ago, 5 stars, today : high 3. Sorry Dave. Ok, not being the perfect person, but it used to be when you walked in, "Hi-welcome to Wendy's", now after you get to the counter, " can I help you". The service at the counter inside of the Wendy's in Edwardsville pa was amazing. A young women by the name of Catherine greeted me with a smile and took my order, even repeated it back to ensure it was correct. When the meal was ready, she served it with a sweet saying "made with love". I found out that the managers name is Tammy G. I happen to LOVE Wendy's Frostys...I usually get 2 large at a time and put one in the freezer. But on this occasion I had one and then fell asleep for a few hours. When I woke up the Frosty melted. If I can rate a zero I would and that's not because of one time I ate there. Every time I get food I ask for fresh food. I don't like fried food that's been sitting around. They always say that the food is fresh and would literally argue me that it is. It comes way too quick for fresh food. Quick food is always a mess. My sandwiches are always just thrown together. Nuggets always warm or taste stale. Spicy Chicken sandwich is never fresh, you can tell when a CRISPY Chicken sandwich isn't fresh. I don't like giving people hard times, but when you insist that the food is fresh and refuse to make it fresh it bothers me especially when you choose Wendy's out of all the restaurant options you have. To order the food I had to wait ten minutes now that is not acceptable. The facility/seating area was not clean at all!! The food is always great and those who make it should be commended. I went to the Wendy's in Centereach. I have food poisoning. They messed up my order twice. I threw up. Do yourself a favor don't go there. The fries were soggy. I think the chicken nuggets were not cooked. Very unorganized. Tried calling the phone number listed to speak to a customer service representative. There were 23 people before me. They gave me a text number and an email which I did send a text and sent an email. They have not responded yet. The only good thing is the frosty at Wendy's. Disgusted. The Wendy's in Kingston was recently closed and reopened with a full remodel. During this remodel I reached out to Wendy's via their corporate Facebook page and said the following: "You're doing a remodel of your store in Kingston, PA. I was going to get the 4 for 4 today, it's my usual Sunday thing, I used to eat alone in the parking lot with my dog and give her one nugget and a fry. I was hoping that during this remodel you can also make the food and atmosphere at this Wendy's better, more akin to the one in Dallas, PA - which I'm pretty sure is the crown jewel in your franchise. I think it's a shame that Kingston has to suffer a lower quality Wendy's. Just because it's citizens use an unusual amount of heroin doesn't mean that they don't like a cheeseburger made with the same care and professional of the Dallas store." Well, my girlfriend and I arrived at the remodeled store today. I was surprised to see that they had opted for one of the Robot Soda Machines, instead of staying true to the old style machine, given their penchant for selling OLD FASHIONED CHEESEBURGERS. However, a robot soda machine is always a step in the right direction, especially if you enjoy Peach Mello Yello, something that was never an option in the days of our reckless youth. The food still does NOT compare to the Dallas Store, even if they have a built in fire place and a cleaner sleeker look. This store will undoubtedly run into trouble because their windows just aren't tinted enough. Not sure if Wendy's corporate got the word that the Wyoming Valley is filled with thin/blue skinned elderly folk who are afraid to sit in the sun, or anywhere near it. Even those who removed themselves from their heroin dens at the word of a newer, kinder, Wendy's complained about the sun, for they too are creatures of night, and I'm sure if they had a cowl it would be placed firmly over their mouths and eyes when trying to find a seat at Wendy's. Big troubles coming in Autumn when the sun lays low, and Autumn driving hazards are at an all time high. In the end this new Wendy's is dressed to impress, but once those dazzling new clothes off, you see the shrewd naked monster it always was. My girlfriend also hit her head off a poorly designed wall, I know she was the first to get her noggin rattled by said wall, but for sure, she won't be the last given it's poor placement. It pains me to say this because wendys is my usual go to, but they completely sucked tonight. Stopped by to grab the kids some food and apparently they were out of everything we tried to order, and for some reason everything we asked for was extremely hilarious to the person taking our order. We finish ordering and pull through and shes to busy dancing and laughing to give us our proper order. We didn't notice until we got home but they ripped us off 2 fries, which i guess is ok because the fries we did get tasted like they were made out of salt. I simply CANNOT get an accurate order here! It's gotten to the point that even though I live very close to this location, I rarely ever go. All I ever ask for is a burger with ketchup and NO CHEESE! Everytime I bring my order home, there is cheese on the burger! This has happened so many times that today I decided to go into the restaurant. I told the cashier that I wanted a Dave's Single with ketchup only and no cheese. What did I get? I got a burger with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and mayonnaise! No ketchup to be found anywhere! At least, it didn't have cheese on it! So you might say take it back, but that's easier said than done once you bring your order all the way home. I guess I should open the bag and look at the food first. read more

This place messed up our order quite a lot. There was a dangerous amount of salt on the fries, not to mention they were cold. One of the burgers had way too much mayonnaise, and when then fixed the order, they gave us cold cheese. Must've been new recruit night. read more

out doordashing and picked up an order for wendy's with my boyfriend. we got there and i called telling them we were picking up an order and ask if we were able to run in and grab the order or if someone could just run it out and they told us to wait in the drive through line. after an hour of sitting in line. we finally got to the window just to be told that they have to remake the food fresh and run it outside for us???? how unbelievable stupid is that? this wendy's needs a fresh new set of employees. absolute bullshit. could have just brought it out in the first place. read more

The fries were nice and fresh, but still not good. Very salty. Spicy nugs were very spicy, loved those. I think the cashier was on drugs. She gave me a total that wasn't anywhere near my actual total. Still one of the best Wendy's establishments in the area. My favorite one. I will be back. read more

Typical Wendy's fare in a fairly average Wendy's. At lunch time you will see a lot of senior citizens here. I can tell they also get a lot of regulars because they frequently call people by name, come out to see them, and already know their special orders. I think that's great. read more
