Ordered ahead on the mobile app and gave plenty of time before arriving, only to be told at the drive-thru to pull into a parking spot and wait for my food to be prepared. Ended up waiting 15-20 minutes... how is this considered fast food? It wasn't even during lunch or dinner rush and the place wasn't busy. To make things worse, when I finally got my order, the drink cup was leaking and filled my cup holder with about 3 inches of Coke. Got home and realized half my order was missing. This location never fails. It's like every time I come here. It's always an issue first incident. I ordered like three meals all combos the girl out the window kept giving me the drinks without the combos and then she took the drinks back. Then I waited at the window and she was looking at me like why was I waiting there and then I'm like you took the drinks to my combos then she gave me the fries with no burger so then I had to wait for her to give me the rest of the combo then she was like I'm just the window girl...... so then I proceeded to ask if she was high because that's like the most important job is the window because you need to make sure everything's in the bag so that was my other experience right...... So my most recent one I ordered a chicken wrap they stated to me that it's a cold product, which is not true because I've gone to multiple McDonald's for just the wrap and it's warm and it's wrapped so then when I ordered it, she forgot to put one on my order so then pull me to the side then she comes out to be a little you know what and goes. I will need to charge you then I tell her that's fine. Where is the receipt? How much is it? So then she's like oh so then I'm like how are you gonna charge me without the receipt and then I'm I'm paying with Apple Pay she's like oh well how am I gonna how are you gonna pay? If it's Apple Pay I can't take that when I said exactly my point. Why would you pull me to the side and I just charge me right here or tell me to go inside and then she's like well. I ordered for curbside they never came I went to drive through they told me to come inside, I i did then they wanted to give me the cold food, then I told them to remake it then they said they would and they came back to me with a bag and when I opened it the milk was in between my sandwiches which made them cold and then they put my fries over it and they smushed the happy meal box and stuffed it into the bag, they still had the nerve to smile while giving me the bag! read more

I don't understand this location. The only thing ordered was a McDouble no pickle and it's taken literally 10 mins. I visited this specific location today for lunch. I figured win win situation by buying a Happy Meal for the love one and a salad for me. The drive thru was mega fool but walked in to find it empty. Clean restaurant with attentive costumer service. Their big touch screens to order were off limits due to virus measures. Today I found out this location does no longer carry saldas, nor grilled chicken wraps, not grilled chicken sandwiches. Pretty much no healthy options. On this particular day, we had a great experience. They were pretty quick and got everything right. When we pulled in, we waited no more than 5 minutes to to get to the machine to place order and they had the line moving fairly quick. I figured I had to review this because out of all the years I've lived in EP and have driven past this location, I never realized it was where it was. Does that sound confusing? Order took to long. Food was cold. The other thing is that nobody was attending customers so customers waiting for a straw, coffee had to wait for 10 minutes. Some where kinda rude since they ignored customers. With that said. I think they were all good kids. But I think it's understaffed, ice machine is broke and the manager was just overwhelmed. Plus the manager was pretty young and you could see that employers of work like to hang out and order and do not notice that you have customers waiting 30 minutes to an hour. They forgot my drinks and took me 10 minutes to get cups. The burgers are not the same burgers McDonalds used to provide. I'm sorry but that's not a place to spend 40 minutes for sub par food.
