This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to--and that says a lot coming from a former McDonald's manager. The location appears to be run by unsupervised kids after hours, with no visible manager or leadership present. I stood at the front counter for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment. When I finally did receive service, the staff had extremely poor attitudes and acted as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, I was met with more attitude. Customer service was nonexistent, professionalism was lacking, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone eating at this location. It honestly feels like it should be shut down and reopened with responsible, professional adults who understand customer service and basic operations so customers can actually enjoy their food and be treated with respect. read more

It's a great place from the morning through mid-afternoon, when the older staff is working. They come to the window friendly, meet my dogs, and get the order right and if they don't, they're super friendly about fixing it. Once mid-afternoon and the weekend hit and the staff changes, it's a whole different place. I avoid it and go to the one by the highway or in West Milton. God forbid you pay in cash and expect your small change back, or expect your order to be right. You'll get sly looks and a completely different attitude than in the morning. read more

Worker at pickup area just now accused me of trying to con them out of the cheese slice that didn't come on my cheeseburger. Bagged it immediately then held it ransom for about 5 minutes right in front of me. AVOID. And of course, they didn't give me a slice of cheese. Instead gave me another cheeseburger with stuff on it I am allergic to (hence why I asked for the slice of cheese. Wound up throwing it all away. These kids need to have on gloves and hats when serving food. Ice, is considered food. These young people need responsible management. I ordered 4 meals. They upgraded one to large even though I didn't ask for it. Then when I pointed it out, they refunded that entire drink instead of just giving me a medium. When I asked where my medium drink was, they were clearly confused. I tried to pay for it when they finally handed it to me, but the girl at the window said I was fine. I got home only to find they forgot an order of nuggets. It was on the receipt, the fries, sauce and drinks were there, just not the nuggets. I returned and they got them quickly. While waiting for them, a young lady said she has been waiting for 20 minutes. (Means she was there from the first time I was there until I got back.) I started to ignore her situation, but thought I'd help her out by speaking up. I've always tried to help others and speak up when I see something wrong. I spoke with the employees about her situation. They said it was coming. When I asked the male manager, due to his different shirt having a collar, about this location being slow, he turned to an older woman in a tshirt. I repeated "This place is always slow and the..." She cut me off saying "Then don't come here." The other customers and I were taken back. When I thought aloud "Are you f**king kidding me?" This "manager" said "Leave now or I'll call the cops and have you trespassed." I said "Don't worry; I'm leaving." The other customer told me in the parking lot about 1 minute later, her attitude said everything about why THIS McDonald's is the worst in town. I told her the male manager that's 6'4 - 6'6" is always polite and helpful when something goes wrong. But that lady... nope!!! Advice to the Franchise that owns this, I would retrain her to be a better manager. Sometimes customers need to be heard, even if nothing is done about it. But it's best to fix the issues that are legitimate and able to be fixed. Customers are NOT always right, but poor customer service is not either. read more

The SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to! I ordered on the app but it glitched. The app had already taken my points so we came inside to inquire about it. I had to reorder our food. We got there about 11:15 and didn't leave until 11:40. We waited 20 mins for 2 happy meals and 10 nuggets. We saw cars that got there well after us get their food first through the drive through. Just want to give a shout out to the new hiring crew at this McDonald's location the last two times I was there I had great service. The food was fresh and hot and they served it with a smile on their face! It is great for a change to see the young people doing a great job for their customers!! This used to be the fastest and most accurate McDonald's around. The last few months have been horrible! We've been trying to get a smoothie for 2 months and they've never had it. Don't let your kids work at this location! No one should work there! Management - specifically the general manager - doesn't actually care about the welfare of the employees. One shift supervisor - the blonde male - has a domestic violence charge against his wife from less than a year ago...and he's STILL allowed to work there! He talks down to female employees - other managers included - whenever he gets the chance, so if you know a female working there, tell her to quit ASAP! I've even heard him raise his voice at an employee so loud (from the back of the restaurant) that I could hear him all the way in the lobby. He freely uses bad language and engages in inappropriate conversations on a regular basis, and he never seems to get disciplined for it. This encourages other employees to act and talk the same as he does, which is as a disrespecting punk. McDonald's needs ALL managers to be professional. He is the only unprofessional one I've seen. Aside from that, service is often slow. They're "focused" on service times but not always the actual service quality. You're better off cooking at home or picking up a microwaveable meal from a grocery store. read more

This place should be shut down! After sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes and being asked to park we watched as folks in the drive through were being served behind us. We entered the nott terribly busy but incredibly dirty building to see 13 people resembling a sloth petting zoo meandering about flipping arbitrarily picked product into bags like a pot luck surprise dinner. My acute sense of awareness also noted no one in the building with a drink in hand having more than the same three ice cubes and 3/4 full drink than I. The shake machine appeared to have been exploded by unknown ordinance and morale was terribly low. I asked my wife if we should verify the employees were with heartbeat or not since no sense of urgency could be detected. Ultimately they got my drink and a portion of my food back free of charge because it was inedible and again only carbonated water. I think from the depths of my being the employees and the franchise should be ashamed for wearing an American iconic establishment's name in costume and representation with such disgusting lack of care or consideration. I could certainly go on with more but I see with past reviews so blatantly similar in angst, there is no overwhelming desire by the franchise to fix the problems which create a black eye for their own future. So I am on a low carb diet and I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with no muffin. When I opened the box they were in the cheese was melted to the BOTTOM of the container of BOTH OF THEM. WHY WOULD YOU PUT CHEESE UNDER SOMETHING HOT?? So I proceed to scrape the cheese off the bottom to put on top of my egg, take a bite, and it has egg shell in it! So I spit it out, take another bite.... Egg shell AGAIN. AND, it wasn't just the one I was eating, it W the other one I purchased at well. This place is a mess! I used to stop in here on occasion as I come through the Englewood area frequently. However, I will be bypassing from now on. I also Door Dash every once in awhile and have found the more I come here, the worse it is. Currently, I have been waiting here 5 minutes for a Door Dash order and nobody has even acknowledged me. In the 10 minutes I waited for food, I learned they are out of Doughnut Sticks and ice...how do you run out of ice? Most of the time their ice cream machine is down. I listened as a guy paid for something and then had to get a refund because the cashier didn't know that item wasn't served after a specific time. The counters in the back were disgusting with crumbs of food and candy while the ice cream machine looked like it had not been wiped down in days. The employees there are friendly, just extremely unorganized. The only person who seems to know what was going on and how to get things done properly was the young woman who was, unfortunately, stationed at the drive-through cash register while I was there (she was also the first one to let me know what was going on with the order). read more

This is hands down the worst McDonalds location. They are very rude and disrespectful. They unlawfully used my bank card to pay for other people's orders that I did not consent to. The law had to intervene and that was a hassle. The manager was incompetent and didn't care about the issue. I disputed the charges with the bank and got a new card. This McDonalds is a Disaster! I've lived here for 25 years..this is THE worst EVER. NO help, one young kid on register, Maybe one or two Doing drive through, filling orders and trying to keep up the fry area. Tables Dirty..Floors have food on them..drink area dirty and a Disaster, ketchup all over. The "employees" if you can call them that...look like they rolled out of bed,.no uniform,,Nike sweat pants, Sloppy t shirts, unkept hair.
