I got through the drive thru at this location often enough and the staff is always nice and gets my order correct. I went through the drive through last night (10/1) and the lady who took my order and payment at the first window was the sweetest thing!! Atrocious service and nasty attitudes abound at this location. My husband waited at the secondary drive thru for more than 10 minutes without so much as a greeting. He assumed it wasn't working so he drove to the window, behind cars from the other line who arrived after him. He told the 20-something cashier he hadn't ordered yet and was met with the response, "Well I'm the only one on headset" as if the customer is supposed to know that no one was working the secondary lane. My husband placed his order and was told to pull ahead. He told the cashier he would stay at the window (since there was no confidence that he would ever get his food). The cashier got snarky and told him he had to pull ahead. My husband calmly said he'd prefer to stay put. The manager was summoned--another 20-something, in a dirty t-shirt with a facial tattoo--and told us to move forward. When my husband tried to explain the situation, the manager rudely interrupted, without knowing what was going on, telling him. "I can refuse service or call 911 if you don't move forward." We stayed and my husband responded that he preferred to wait at the window since he was neglected earlier. Shortly thereafter, the food arrived but it was missing fries. When my husband tried to tell them the fries were missing, the manager angerly told us to get out of his drive thru or he'd call the cops. I told him to go ahead since we hadn't received what we paid for. He went in ths back to get the fries--which was only half full. When we saw the feedback sign on the window, I asked the cashier, who had returned, what his name was and he said, "I don't have to give you my name!" I told him I could just take his photo to ensure the corporate office knew who we were talking about. Next we knew, the nasty manager returned and yelled at us that we can't photograph his employees and that if we didn't leave he would in fact call 911." My husband ate his food but said his quarter pounder tasted weird and his apple pie seemed like it was taken from the refrigerator. We called the corporate office since we were in such disbelief that they would treat customers with such a terrible demeanor. We were promised a call back and never received one. My husband is in his 60s and we're both retired military--I can honestly say we've experienced such immaturity or blatant disrespect in a service-oriented business. Really dislike hearing about the dysfunctional issues of an establishment, before you even make an order. The conversation at the front counter took place at the expense of a warm greeting, or a simple.. can I help you.. asking co workers about trays was seemingly more important that take an order from a customer standing in front of you.. We live in Epping, would love to give a good review but we can't. What happened to the fresh quarter pound burgers?? We were there at 4 pm today and ordered 2. Mine had a hot spot and the rest of the burger was just warm. My husband had the same thing and the buns were dried out. I used to love the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches. The last time I got one the biscuit was hard and chewy from being over nuked, and the bacon was gross. Oh, and lets not forget the barely warm fish sandwiches, they were really disgusting. McDonald's on exit 13 in Maryland is the best McDonald's. We payed for a bundle meal, pink lemonade slushie, and a caramel frappe. we got 2 large fries and a quarter pounder for free! They almost gave us a kids meal too but we said no. Should have said yes smh would have enjoyed the toy read more

This gourmet restaurant truly allows you to enjoy the finer things in life. The exquisite food at this fine establishment brought me more joy than my entire childhood. I truly believe that I have become enlightened and reached nirvana due to the atmosphere and elevated quality of food at this beautiful restaurant. The crispy fresh nuggets and juicy burger rendered me speechless. This is what I would imagine heaven to be like. I would highly recommend this diamond in the rough that is Epping, NH. read more

Went to this McDonalds on 9/22/18. Went there only for a few cheeseburgers. The drive through lanes were very long, so my husband and I decided to go inside. The entire front was full of customers waiting to give their order and waiting for food. We waited about 20 minutes for five cheeseburgers. The back was in total chaos. Only young students working there with one adult that clearly lacked supervisory skills. They repeatedly told customers awaiting their order that they were out of apple pie, but would give them a muffin. The food was fine, but they definitely need more organization in this place. I normally go here during a later time around 12-2:00am. The staff during the overnight is extremely rude. Multiple times I have gone in to be treated like I'm a massive inconvenience. Anything I order will cause the cooks in the back to begin whining and yelling out loud about how annoying it is that they have to make some food for a customer. The cashier who is normally working, a blonde young man, is just the rudest cashier. He always greets me with attitude and refuses to treat me or any other customers I see with any amount of respect. If these people don't like working the overnight, or at McDonald's for that matter, something needs to be done about it. It's causing me and many other people I know a lot of stress because we love to go here, but can't during the day. I'm tired of going and paying money for food and then being treated like that. Worst Mcd's ever! Went there Friday morning 10-27-17 on my way to work. Neither counter worker girls knew how to make a cafe espresso and the older woman working the drive thru ignored they're requests for help when she had a perfect opportunity to teach them both at once, then she could have just apologized for the wait to the next drive thru customer. Girl gave me a black coffee with a shot of espresso! Should have known something was wrong right away when I gave the counter girl a coupon and she walked back and forth in a daze not knowing what to do for 2-3 minutes. Condiment trays unstocked and the drink station was filthy with dried ketchup etc. When walking out I could see most of the tables were dirty...looked like nothing had been cleaned from the night before. Place is atrocious. Only reason for the one star is the egg mcmuffin tasted alright. read more

This McDonalds is in a great location right off the highway and usually they are very nice with great service, just don't come at 10:30 when they are switching from breakfast to lunch. We got there about 10:25 and they were already switching over. They seemed frantic, disorganized and got our order very late, and very wrong. This only applies to the 9pm-5am crew at this McDonalds. I work an evening shift and when I get off work I grab a bite to eat. Ever since this blond young man has started working the front register during this time I have been treated very poorly every time I enter this McDonalds. He is rude, obviously doesn't appreciate his employment there and doesn't give a single care of how he makes this restaurant look. Now I had put up with this for awhile, but one night when I went in with my brother and some friends not only was he rude... The entire crew was yelling and making fun of us because we came in during their shift saying how we didn't have jobs because we come into McDonalds at 1 in the morning and how they're so fed up with this shift because they didn't actually want to do anything. After this event I submitted a report to the corporate office and the corporate office reached out to me and assured that this issue was going to be resolved even after I told them I didn't want anything in return (free food, gift cards, merchandise). I went back in about a week later and was treated the exact same by the blond kid. Nothing has been done and it appears that they're showing preferential treatment to this young man when anyone else in his position would have been reprimanded and/or fired. From this point I will not be visiting this restaurant. If I am not going to be respected as a patron I will take my business to the Wendy's or Burger King down the street. read more
