These guys are our heroes for being open on Christmas Day, when we were starving driving up from BWI to Harrisburg, especially after we struck out on the first one we encountered along our way. I guess we were encouraged by the big "Open 24 Hours" sign as well as the proximity to the freeway. One of the worst drive-though experiences we have had in while . My wife who looked really cute - black yoga pants , new adidas kicks , puffy vest jacket and nails all done up , ordered a very large order for our kids at the drive through . The person taking the order had a hard time understanding her . She spoke perfectly clear . We weren't really upset at this point but kept being asked if the order was correct but it was not . Then the lady yelled at my mid 40's milf as she was the problem . She did everything to control herself from flipping out and truth be told we were concerned if she did that we would find spit in our food . When we pulled up to the window the people were friendly but the order taker was not to be found . The food was stale and they gave us no napkins . If I could give negative stars, I would. This place is disgusting and the staff and management were horrible. The kiosk didn't have tents or directions and when we asked staff how to pay for the order because it was asking for a table tent number, we were met with ridicule because we dared to eat inside. After traveling with children for hours, this was supposed to be a treat, instead it actually made our trip worse. I was surprised by the friendly service and how fresh and accurate the order was. Drive thru cashiers were both attentive and courteous.

We ate inside to avoid our order being messed up. The dining room is super dirty. Trash and food on the floor, trashcan needs emptied. They are not that busy, but yet no one is cleaning it. However, they have time to play Post Malone in the back. It's no wonder why most reviews are based on orders not being correct. This location has room for improvement for sure. read more

I personally do not even think they are worth one star. I order my food through door dash (my driver was awesome). My drinks where bagged with my hot food (the food was cold when it was delivered), I requested ketchup packets i received none. There was not any Each dipping sauce for the nuggets. I had no napkins on the bags. When I called the store, I was told by a teenager, the manager was to busy to assist me, that the crew members are the ones bagging my food, and yes she feels they are worth more than minimum wage? I think the employees should keep the money and invest it in learn to read programs for the entire crew and the proper training of its managers to keep theirselves in the manager zone. I went to this location last night at around 2-2:30 am. The order was simple, 2 mcchickens without lettuce and a 20 piece nugget, large fry and 2 hash browns. Tell me why we waited for a HALF AN HOUR in this drive through for cold fries and THEY DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME MY MCCHICKENS! When we went back up to the window the old woman working there gave us nothing but a shit stained attitude and essentially threw our food out the window at us. Don't go here. Ever. The drive through at this McDonald is the worst I've ever been to. There was a dead stopped line of 10 cars in the drive through at 11pm on a Saturday night. Absolutely NOTHING was moving. I thought the first person just ordered the whole menu, turns out that they took forever with each and every car at the "food window". When I pull up I see an older lady at the window talking to the customers in front of me. Then she keeps walking away from the window, comes back with nothing, leaves again, comes back, goes away and disappears for 10min. I wouldn't wait to eat somewhere where the employees talk about having GI illnesses but still go to work and touch all over the food and touch your money anyways. They also literally throw onions on everything onions aren't supposed to be on, so I'm convinced they're just scattered all over the kitchen and mixed in with all of the other ingredients. I don't think this should say open 24 hours first of all. Maybe the drive thru but not the inside. Even the label on the front doors to the place say 24 hours on them then they are locked. The food is good and I haven't had much of a problem but it takes forever. Need to change the times from 24 hours though if you won't stay open inside. Disappointed about that read more

My friend and I had ordered our food and paid. The woman at the counter pressed something wrong and said "oh f***" we walked away and thought nothing of it. They called our number and we got a Big Mac, a 20 piece nugget and a small caramel frappe but we had also order two medium fries and not a small frappe but two mediums. It gets busy in the drive-thru in the morning during the work week, but the line gets moving at a consistent pace. Rarely do they not have my order ready, so I know I can get my egg mcmuffin and be on my way in no time. read more

This place a couple of issues. The bathroom is usually dirty and they have those crappy "World Dryer" hand dryers - I can blow harder than that. The management isn't very friendly and is VERY rigid about not serving lunch products before 11:00 AM. The is a Burger King and a Taco Bell/KFC across the street and are MUCH better choices for both the food, but mainly the facilities. The parking lot is always congested . . . poor layout. read more

EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE! Food is usually old or heated up in a microwave. This is my local McDonalds and I find myself waiting in the drive thru for usually 10 mins, and have waited on average 15 mins to as long as 20 mins inside for food. I have never seen a McDonalds with this slow of service. Poor management. I usually just go a few extra miles up to the McDonalds on Limekiln Rd where the food is always fresh and service is extremely quick. The environment of this McDonalds is nice, better than most fast food joints, but that's about as good as i can say for this place. read more

This is the worst McDonald's to visit. They can't get your Orders right, you get home and half the order is missing or wrong. Know someone that worked there and was told while he was doing the dishes, they told him he's taking too long and doesn't need to use soap. To just rinse the dirty dishes with hot water. The staff and managers are mostly rude towards there customers. I explained one morning how I wasn't able to see my order board because someone placed a paper over it saying milk shake machine down. She very sarcastically says ok I'll let them know is making you aware it wasn't working is an issue. No lady, the issue was where it was placed is all.
