Clean, good customer service, go ol breakfast McDonald's! The food was hot and was a nice pit stop on our way to Florida!

No soap in the Mens bathroom plus no paper towel and no way to leave the bathroom without pulling the door handle. After pooping and getting a bit of poop on my hand I had to open the door and asked for some soap. I waited about ten minutes and gave up. I grabbed a napkin with my other hand then asked a woman for some soap from the woman's restroom. They were kind enough, went back into the Mens room, washed my hands and then used the napkin to open the door. Most of the people working there were women so I felt ok ordering some food. read more

I came out here to check out Providence Grand Canyon. The closest hotel we found was in Eufala, Al. We decided to get some late night hot cakes from McDonalds. I read the reviews prior to arrival, but I thought everyone was overreacting. As soon as I hit the line I decided to log some facts. Here they are. 12:50 - I arrived to the line. There's 4 cars in front of me. The 1st car is ordering. 12:54 - 2nd car is ordering 12:55 - 3rd car left the line. 12:57 - 4th car is ordering 1:03 - I arrived to the window to order. I didn't get a response from the associate until 1:05. The woman who took my order seemed friendly. 1:14 - I pulled up to the second window to pay. The male associate was antsy. He seemed like he had too much caffeine or maybe he was on some kind of speed. He was sweaty & his arms/ hands were shaky. He stated "sorry for the wait ok?" I wasn't rude to him nor was he rude to me. He took my payment and gave me my food. Food quality Nothing was wrong with our food. We ordered hot cakes, hash browns, and sausage. I was nervous my hot cakes would be cold cakes, but the temperature was right. They did, indeed, forget the butter. 24 minutes in line. If the 3rd car stayed in the line I assume this time would increase by 6 minutes give or take. read more

This place has the worst drive-thru. I've waited 13 after ordering my food and I was still in line. They give you a hard time about ordering additional sauces. They'll make sure you pay for them but then screw up the ones you did order. Don't get coffee here either. It's watered down and doesn't taste near as good as when they had SBC coffee. Skip the high costs and high tax rate and keep driving down to Dothan for McDonalds. read more

Poor excuse for a fast food establishment. I would caution you to eat here- food quality is not up to standard. Iced coffees we paid for were not made correctly and due to the extremely rude drinkmaker/bagger (she glared and grunted at me when I thanked her for handing me sauces) we were too worried that asking for another drink would cause a huge problem. Two young girls spilled one of their drinks on accident and the poor mother had to ask for the to please replace the drink, which was a milkshake. It looked like one of the crew members got angry and went into the back as (I quote) they "don't have to deal with this". McDonalds needs to seriously ramp up their training. Start monitoring their stores better with more frequent corporate visits, reward with positive feedback from customers. This place was unorganized and awful. Shame on McDonald's. read more

The staff sucks. I only go through the drive-thru when my wife wants me to. I keep thinking one day I'll go through and they won't have an attitude but every time reminds me why I hate going. You're also lucky if they give you the sauce that THEY asked if you wanted. read more

In Eufaula, the worst place for customer service and fast food ever, the horrible stench of McDonald's of Eufaula's incompetence permeates. The rudest employees ever, and the food they give you seems to come through a wind tunnel first. They trick you by making you pay at the first window, and then hand you random orders at the second. No idea why they ask your order at the box. No idea why you act inconvenienced by me coming to your place of business. read more

We stopped here twice on our way to Panama City, and both times there were issues. The orders weren't correct, and one of the workers yelled at my 80 year old grandpa when he asked how much his order was when he didn't hear the lady the first time. This place needs some serious help. read more

Sorry and more sorry. There must have been at least 10 people working. After 10 minutes of not getting my vanilla latte (the only thing I even ordered) I left. The customer service here is absolutely HORRIBLE. I visited with my children. When given the bag of food from the lady at the second window, I drove a little further in the parking lot. I gave the bag to my son for him to check and see if we were properly given our order. He stated that there's a burger in the bottom of the bag that was unwrapped. So I told him not to touch it and to give me the bag. I grabbed the bag from him and immediately took a photo. I went back in line and went to window 1 and advised the lady of what just happened and gave her the bag. As she looked in shock she gave the bag with the burger to someone in the kitchen and when she came back to the window,she told me to go window 2. I went to window 2, where one of two ladies told me in an angry voice that the burger was wrapped before being placed in the bag and the other lady stated that she didn't do this either because she would have had to grab the burger with her bare hands and placed it inside of the bag. This was the worst experience I have had with any fast food restaurant. DO NOT EAT HERE!! read more

I waited exactly 1 full hour in the drive through for my food . Then when I got to the window to pay the woman said " I can't take debit cards at this register " . She paused at that point as if I would say "never mind" . Of course I didn't, I had just invested an hour of my life in this sub-par food . I just can't believe that this restaurant runs like is . Just bought a large sweet tea. Get to the window. The cashier hands me a medium. I told her I ordered large. She said the cashier rang me up a medium. And she can only give me what I paid for. Please keep in mind all drinks are $1 now regardless of size. . I don't think I've ever been to this location and actually had a pleasant experience. read more

Passing thru, and picked WRONG. Building is nice. That's it. Cold food, below average service. The restroom had no toilet paper or trash bags. Soap dispensers were sitting on the counters. I quit going here because they have the worst food and super bad service . They make you use a computer board to order your food that is time consuming and hard to use. The store lost it friendly nature and looks like you walked into a prison. You sometime wait 20 to 30 minutes to get sorry cold food. This store used to run smooth and had great service and good food.This summer when the summer rush is on this store will fail the customers and the sales will be way lower than last year. read more

Was hesitant to stop here based on previous reviews but it was good. Bathroom had toilet paper and soap. Food came out quickly even though they were busy. Staff gave my son a toy after they saw him looking at the display. One star removed because they didn't have hot tea and I didn't see the option to get my Egg McMuffin with egg whites and cheddar. read more

Night shift needs to be closed. Makes no sense to set in line 20-30 minutes. It's fast food not dine in.
