If there is a line for ice why is my cup filled with ice. This location doesn't know how to make iced coffees and it's annoying. You have someone pour in vanilla syrup which makes it way too sweet or you have a cup full of ice. The food is not good, took 15 minutes+waiting for food when I got my food my fries were greasy and undercooked literally tasted like raw potatoes, obviously were behind for fries and rushing them not cooking properly. Unfortunately this McDonald's uses the self serve kiosk ordering which I've come to dislike so much. To make matters worse, at the end it flashed my ticket number up on the screen just briefly and it went away. It never gave me a receipt so I had to ask the lady at the counter what my number was. Ironically when she brought my meal out a few minutes later she kept calling the wrong number. Since I was one of the few people there she looked at me describe my order perfectly and just laughed because she had been calling the wrong number. All that being said the food was excellent. The quarter pounder with cheese deluxe was juicy and hot. The french fries were hot and crispy and the soda had just the right mix of syrup to carbonated water. Had a decent experience at this location during a pitstop off 95! The bathrooms were pretty clean (my partner said the men's room was really clean, the women's room was okay...), which is important when you have a location 30 seconds off route 95. This location had the fancy digital menus that the new McDonald's are rocking. Service was very fast and friendly during my stop, which seems to be the opposite of what everyone else has reported. Perhaps 11:45am on a Saturday is the time to be there! Food could have been fresher, but for McDonald's, overall not bad. There's a Playplace at this location, but did not take a look, as we weren't traveling with any little ones. There was also a fairly large parking lot with a grassy area for letting the dog stretch her legs. Plenty of parking for larger vehicles. read more

Came in for some lunch on our way back home. The main reason for us choosing this McDonald's was for our son to play in the indoor playground. First the establishment had flies by the register. Then the sauce for dipping was already open. Next the cup we got was dirty and I had to ask for a new one. Finally, the playground was disgusting!!!! The service wasn't great to top it all off. I would give 0 stars if possible. I pulled up around 10:50 PM on Tuesday. And was told all of the machines were down because they "closed in 10 minutes". Meaning 11:00 PM. Even though on the McDonald's website and McDonald's App it shows both lobby & drive thru are open until midnight on Tuesday. It took a really long time for a simple order. What an edifying experience!!! After dining here I am completely and utterly refreshed. The children's area is wonderfully interesting and entertaining. I am completely fascinated with the slippery slide, which is the most fastest I have ever slid down. In addition to this, the food is delightful! The ketchup has a delicious salty taste with a hint of tomato. The burgers give me a delightful nostalgia and the fries are crisp and potato-like! If I could give this location a lower rating I would. This is the second time that I have stopped here in the last month and still the same slow service and bad attitudes.
