This review written from the perspective of a delivery service pick up. Arrived at the store. Stood at the pick up counter for awhile before I was acknowledged. Was not really sure where to pick up as this was my first time coming to this location. They were very busy at the time I arrived at the drive thru. Once they were able to help me however, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Store was clean. Seemed to be plenty of parking. I did like there was a lane around their drive thru lane so there was a clear and easy way to get out. read more

the only reason this place gets two stars and not one is because I ate here every other day for three years while attending FCHS and the staff was always nice. terrible food, decent ambiance as long as you don't show up around noon, and their breakfast lasts an extra 15 minutes. 3/10, at least it's better than school lunch. read more

Don't usually Yelp review but a bit frustrated. Tried to call the McDonalds to ask a question, got hung up on. Not a disconnect, they actually picked up, there was a few seconds of silence, and then a hang up. Okay, weird but it could be an honest mistake. Or maybe they're busy (not super likely as it's 9pm but hey). So I gave it a few minutes and tried again. They just let it ring and ring and ring- ignoring the phone. Eventually, another answer and hang up... I actually heard the noises of the kitchen this time so I know someone was listening to me say "Hello? Anyone there?". Very frustrating. You can tell that the employees don't care at all and probably don't get paid enough to care. After reading some of the other reviews, this is obvious. Management and ownership need to step it up! Not sure why my order was the way it was... Maybe it was a genuine mistake but I feel like a few steps of making this cheeseburger were skipped. I come to this location often and it's not the first time my order wasn't just wrong, but literally cursed. I ordered the two cheeseburger with with no onions, and they got the ticket on the wrapper correct and everything. Instead I got a chicken patty with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and cheese. It's McDonald's my expectations are only that I get my food and I'm not scammed, and yet for the first time ever they failed. They tried to overcharge our order and it took 10 min to have them fix it then they wouldn't let us pick up our order and made us leave. Did not give reason tell she said the card machine was down, we asked if they had another cash register or if we could wait for them to fix it as they have already maid the food, they said we couldn't and we needed to leave if we couldn't pay in cash. DISCUSSING!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COOK STAFF! Today was my second time ordering food from this McDonald's that I have listened to the staff speak in Spanish and they think that their customers DON'T understand what they are saying. Today while I was waiting for my food the staff, male staff said in Spanish "they are pulling mocos (boogers)". Then the manager brings my food up. Horrible service, out of stuff I ordered! Ordered Artisan chicken, and was told a story why I can't order this sandwich. Due to the Covid 19 virus they only get chicken from certain companies. Ordered unsweet ice tea and was first told they had non. Tried and ordered decaf coffee, and none was made. Asked to speak to a manager, she was in the restroom I was told. Then seconds later she came to the window and said oh ya we have unsweet ice tea. Don't believe them. Fries were cold, and container was half full. Kids fries in happy meal was half full as well. Ordered my daughter a strawberry shake and there was chocolate syrup at the bottom on her cup. Will never go to this location again! read more

This place has really gone downhill in the last 6 months. I worked at Burger King years ago south of Denver and we regularly had former Micky Ds employees switch to BK because of many abhorrent managerial practices. McDonalds is mad obsessed with competition and sacrifices mental health of employees in order to strive for #1. Monday (I think) I went through this drivethru for a bottle of water and large fry for my daughter as a reward. Pulled right to speaker, ordered without event, and pulled around to find just 2 cars in line. My car did not move for 6 minutes. It was after lunch rush and I noticed that the two other cars did not order much (They were each handed one bag and one soda.). I have experienced a ton of scenarios that would cause this kind of delay and the only one that I can think of is laziness. There were also virtually no cars in the parking lots and I actually wondered if any employees drive to work or where they park. The fries were good though. Not cold, seasoned well, nice heat. I still find this location better than others in Larimer. But it definitely started a steady decline at the beginning of the year, which was when I moved up here from Denver. read more

My husband went in to get napkins and instead of being kind and just giving him napkins they were rude and kept stating he had to buy something to just get a few napkins after we spilt coffee in our way out of town. I just came through the drive up. 8:30 AM. I was asked for my order and I gave it. The woman was obviously upset and asked if I was the person who cussed her out. For clarity I asked if someone cussed her out and she said that someone in my Jeep drove by and cussed her out. I had just come from home and was taken back as I don't ever cuss at people from my vehicle or anywhere else. So I suddenly realized someone who was handling my food was very angry with me. Rob is correct, it is what it is. It's a moderately convenient 99 cent heart attack that will get rid of your hunger pangs in the short term. Drive thru is slow but the inside does have a playland for the kids. Getting in and out is kind of weird, you can only get into it by going north on Timberline and then getting out you have to go north again on Timberline so you have to pull a couple U-turns depending on which direction you're going. read more

if I could give 0 stars I would. not only is the parking lot extremely inconvenient for those who order ahead and pickup. there are better parking spaces to choose in the lot but the ones they have listed as the pickup lanes are not only right in the way of those trying to leave the drive through but also have a road leading to other businesses behind them as well (over 10 min I spent trying to leave the restaurant) and then I when I finally get to enjoy my food. my big mac was completely put together with the laziest of intentions. the burger pattys did not line up with the rest of the burger. i had to take apart the burger and reposi both patty's at this time I also noticed whoever put this burger together must LOVE extra sauce on their food because the entire burger was slathered with the big mac sauce- again I chalked it up to lunch hour rush. I got about halfway into the bigmac and pulled out a long dark hair. not only is my hair shoulder length it's also blonde so I'd like to know where this lovely long dark hair came from, to your surprise I couldn't finish the food. i will not return to this location and am 100% disappointed with my lunch today. read more

Nice play land for kiddos. Better than most. Need to police it and clean it better. Drive through is sketchy. Sometimes they walk away from the window and do not hear the beep or watch the cameras. You can be stuck sitting at the order menu for a while. This reflects poorly on them. Food is McDonalds so it is meh. read more
