Good service in a clean restaurant with good food and a good McDonald's price for these days

Absolutely fucking terrible experience. If u come expect to be sitting in drive through for over an hour. Not the first time this has happened to me haven't even ordered and it's been over 20 minutes locked into line. The food is usually alright. I guess have had soggy fried multiple times. Very slow service through the drive through. Then they completely messed up our order 3 times to the point my husband finally went into the building. After he finally got the correct food he had to remind them a 3 time about our drinks. Then when he asked for a carrier so he could carry everything out to the car the person gave him attitude and threw the carrier towards him! They took forever to get out order done we were waiting in line for like 20 minutes. They also didn't give us enough fries.

This is the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Floors are filthy. Counters were filthy. Made the mistake of looking into the kitchen, super nasty, could see food all over the floor. Food was average. Filet-o-fish was sloppily made, fries were Barely warm and Coke seemed watered down. Yuck. read more

There was a dog inside the building and all the workers had their masks down, touching the dog. They also didn't wash their hands when returning back to work. We were the only costumers at the time and all we asked for was a SMALL carmel frappe. Took them 15 minutes to make and they didn't give me any whip cream. Waited for 20 minutes in drive through line to only be told to pull into a mobile order curbside spot to wait even longer because apparently they were making one of our items fresh. Waited another 10 minutes there. Went inside to see what the deal was and it was a disaster in there. Not understaffed, just a mess. My order wasn't even partially packed. The girl I brought my receipt to started packing it right then and there and everything was ready and available. They would not have come out to the curbside spot to give us our stuff, we were totally forgotten. They were not even apologetic in the slightest for the ridiculous amount of time we waited. We should have gotten our whole order for free. This place is a sorry excuse for a business. One of the most incompetent establishments I've ever seen. And it's just a dang McDonald's. read more

The line was really long, which is fine I know people come in waves and there were 2 drive thru lines. When I got to the speaker to order the person in the next lane was done 1st, then the person behind them, and the person behind them and so on... 4 total cars that were after me had their orders taken 1st. So I called the restaurant. This is the only reason anyone ever took my order. I told them I was waiting at the 1st speaker to give my order, and the other lane kept moving people through. The person that answered explained that they had two lanes, and I was not waiting... I clarified for her again that I was waiting and again that 4 people after me had gone through in the other lane. She hung up, and then someone came on the speaker to take my order. No apology, no "Thank you for choosing McDonalds". Just put out that I wanted to place an order. I'm guessing only taking orders from 1 lane cuts down on the number of orders they have to take because having such a long line must help reduce the number of customers .. which is clearly their goal. I gave her my order and said I wanted to speak to the manager when I got to the window. She repeated the order , but left off speaking to the Manager - so I said it again. When I got to the window, after the 6 people (another 2 went through while I was calling and then giving my order) behind me had a chance to get their food of course, There was no greeting just told me how much I owed. I started to hand her my card and told her I wanted to speak with the manager. The manager came and interrupted me and said she had already addressed and did not know what happened. It was hard for me to say anything, but when I did I pointed out that the only reason I was at the window was I CALLED to tell them! I also said if the person that took my order had started out with an apology, I might not be so upset but that the attitude just seems to be "You're here for fast food ... what do you expect". She did apologize but honestly I felt like she was just irritated that I complained, she did nothing to make me feel like my coming there was valued or appreciated. If they have too much business, they really should cap the number of customers they see. If they are going to make a decision to have one lane not waited on, they should have a sign up. If they are going to have a lane with an employee that cannot do their job, they should have a sign up for that as well. It is clear that manager does not take customer service seriously and I am just disgusted. I would report her by name, but she does not wear a nametag - and I can surely understand why. Two lanes work great if they alternate accordingly. Sat at the speaker while 3 other cars in the other lane placed their order and drove ahead. Finally a team member asked if I had been helped yet. After pulling to the window to pick up my order, I had to pull forward to a parking spot and wait even longer. I understand mistakes happen, and it gets busy, but a simple "sorry for your wait" would be better than nothing. read more
