The food takes FORVER to get ordered. They always have these super problematic teenagers in there running around, screaming, and talking about fighting. It makes customers very uncomfortable. The employees are always sitting in the parking lot smoking, or goofing around in the back and you can hear them messing around while people have been waiting for an upwards of 30 minutes for a basic meal. We have stopped at McDonald's littering all over the world from Germany to South Korea and all over the US in our travels. This was the worse McDonald's I have ever been in. Bathrooms were dirty with trash all over and very sticky floors. Ordered our food there was no paper in the kiosk but my husband caught the order #. Noticed the board that shows where your order is was out. Then the wait began we waited over 20 minutes for our food. A lady from the drive thru came to yell at them that she had been waiting for 30 minutes in the drive thru. I did notice her car with kids was waiting when we went in. Finally got our food. Both ice machines were not working had to go back to counter to get someone to give us ice. My fries were cold. My husband's were warm but not hot. My sandwich was barely wrapped in the paper but at least correct. My husband has to order without cheese but had order deluxe so lettuce, tomato & onion with mustard. Only thing on it was lots of mustard and the hamburger. :-( but he said he didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for a new one. You would think they were short handed but there were at least 10 people back there, one sitting visiting in the dining area the whole time we were there. 1 guy was just walking around not doing anything and another was complaining to the guy that was the cashier at a very loud voice about someone being nasty back in the kitchen. Needless to say we will not be back to this one. Oh almost forgot I spent 30 minutes trying to find a place to report this to corporate never found a place yet. Still working on it. So I went to this establishment and I was DoorDash Ing and I was standing there waiting for the people to know that I was standing there. There was a worker that said she was not working so I didn't bother her. I was just standing there and this guy. That was just a customer told me that I should take the DoorDash order and throw it all over the store. I reply with I'm not gonna do that. Then he walked right behind the counter like it was an every day thing. No one said a single thing about it. They were laughing and giggling. A second time I went to the establishment I've seen multiple people just go back behind the counter and get whatever they want and just walk right back out in front and get it themselves. I've also seen workers run out saying that they they quit in. They're tired of this bullshit. They're constantly outside on a smoke break and then come back in the establishment smelling like weed and drugs. Their customer service overall is really really bad and they need to fix it and they need to have the health inspection team come in and look over the health and sanitation of that establishment. Wow. Where do I begin. First off they where out of fries. fries! They couldn't make any shakes or smoothies. Basically all you could get was a sandwich and soda. Against my better judgement I ordered a big Mack for my husband and a crispy chicken deluxe for myself. Took the food home. My husband's big Mack was fine but there was no pickles. My chicken sandwich was not edible. I don't know what it was but that was not chicken. It was tasteless and rubbery. In fact I couldn't ever break it apart to feed the dogs. Guys hear me out. I just waited inside McDonald's for two hours to get two filet o'fish and a large fry. During this event I began to lose my sanity. My patience was tested and I believe I failed. Stopped by a few days ago. No one Paid at the first window. Pulled up to the second window. Heavy set female employee had her back to the window. Did not acknowledge me. Handed me my food without turning around, said nothing and slammed the window shut. She seemed more interested in talking to another employee. She obviously has no respect for customers and apparently hates her job. There was a smelly pile of food under the window that looked like it had been there for a while. Last time I was inside it was unclean. This McDonalds has been going downhill since the original owner sold it several years ago. New owners don't care. Stopped at the Fulton McDonalds because the snow was coming down extremely heavy making it hard to drive. Thought I'd wait for the snow to stop. First thing, only customer in the place, they got my order wrong. Secondly, got to hear all the employees complain, in very loud voices, how stupid everyone was for being out in the snow. Living in a small town, you are limited to what fast food you can enjoy on a lunch break. Even though the last time I went to this McDonald's the place was dirty, the food was cold, the order was wrong and staff unhelpful, I thought everyone deserves a second chance and maybe I just caught them on a bad day. So today at 12:58pm I decided to give them a second chance, I will not give them a third. I pull up, pay, and get my receipt at the first window, I ordered a Medium Big Mac Meal, then I pull up to the second window where they had my soda waiting, I was thinking at this time my first impression might have been wrong. Then I was asked to pull over to the right and someone would run my order right out to me. Since it was lunch time I figured they needed to wait on a new batch of fries so I complied. After 15 minutes sitting in my car with the motor running and the a/c on at was over 85 degrees, I decided to turn off the motor, all the while, I'm watching car after car pull up to second window, get their order and leave. After a half hour I go inside and wait to get a refund, I was late, only had a half hour for lunch and I had used the drive-through to get some "Fast Food." I showed them my receipt and started to ask for a refund when they grabbed a bag off their counter and gave it to me without an apology. By the time I got back to work, the food was cold, I had requested ketchup, which I didn't get, and to top it off there was no straw for my drink. Needless to say they will not be getting my business and the next time I'm hungry for something fast I'll go to Taco Bell. read more

I just went through the drive thru and ordered a fish fillet meal with extra tartar with a large sweet tea and a 2 cheeseburger meal with a medium Dr Pepper. When I pulled up to get my food, there were 3 people standing in the window area, 1 appeared to be training. The girl handing the stuff out the window didn't seem to know anything about customer service. She gave me a large sweet tea (that's why they earned the star they got) but it was still warm and had zero ice in it. The other drink was a large water...totally not what I asked for. The food I got was ONE cheeseburger but it had extra pickles, a 10 price chicken nuggets, and a crispy buttermilk sandwich with no tomato. How do you let these teenagers man the window if they can't even even verify with the customer what was even ordered?? BAD EXPERIENCE! read more

Every time I visit, the food is good. Sometimes the drive through is slow if there are a lot of people there. The food is usually hot and good. Typical McDonald's, pretty good food at a good value price. I would recommend them. read more

Ice cream machine is always broken, they always mess up my coffee. I don't remember the last time I went and was satisfied with my trip.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. First they park you in the reserve spot for 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 sweet tea. They do this ALL THE TIME. Doesn't matter what you order you are usually parked waiting. To make matters worse there is something leaking off the roof and drips on your windshield the whole time like a faucet. They were out of ice at one point and said they didn't expect to get any anytime soon. They do not turn off the headset before you pull away and you can hear them cussing in there. It seems the employees are all fairly young and really really don't want to be there. When you get up to pay at the window The girl takes my money (cash) then says "Oh did you want your change?" I said yes I do, now granted it was only 13 cents but still who asks that? Yes give me MY change! And the foods is scary looking most of the time. Plus with covid going on and them not wearing gloves I'm just done with this place. If you want to be thoroughly annoyed and frustrated this is your spot, if not just avoid this place and make a sandwich at home! read more

This McDonald's is just pure trash and a wast of your money.I took my son out for a father son lunch ( he is 8) and our nuggets visibly old. I took them back to the counter and asked for fresh and we got the same ones back. We live in a small town and are limited on what we have but we will NEVER eat ate this one again. The food isn't fresh most of the time. The workers are rude and when you complain to the manager, they don't apologize for the bad food or are rude as well. A few observations. 4 out of 5 of my last orders were wrong or had serious quality issues. Stopping by on Friday nights to grab dinner for my family of 4 is rarely pleasant. Be sure you have aren't low on fuel because the drive thru wait times range from 25-35 minutes!! If you are asked to pull forward DON'T. I waited 15 minutes longer by doing so. I went inside a few weeks ago. Waited for 20 minutes to get my order and they didn't have my coffee. They had 20 minutes from the time I ordered to make coffee. The counter lady stood there expressionless. So when I told the manager they were either going to get my coffee now or remake all my food, he grabbed a cup and filled it with the still brewing coffee. I have gotten stale buns, cold fries, over cooked burgers, flat soda, and overall disappointing experiences. Whoever has been managing this place needs to be retrained. Everyone loves McDonald's. If this one improves I will adjust my rating. For travelers, Kingdom City has a McDonald's and of course there are other fast food restaurants in Fulton. read more
