A true truck stop...cold food. I went for the Hawaiian fried fish and side of potato cakes and they were cold. I would not expect fish patties to be sitting in the warmer as this location is not too busy and it's fish.... Luckily I was able to go back in from the drive thru and get another fresh out the grease order. Sadly I may not return for this menu item if in the area again. Terrible food quality. I could not eat my gyro wrap as it was so hard. There were over 50 flies flying all around the restaurant and along the windows. The trash bins were full and the tables were all dirty. I put napkins down on the table so we could eat. My husbands buffalo wrap was cold & it had a ridiculous amount of sauce on it and squirted every direction when he was trying to take a bite. It was so over sauced that he threw it away. On the plus side, the curly fries were good and the staff was friendly. Definitely needs some proper management to improve. read more

I understand were are going thru a difficult economy and conditions but the sandwich I got from this store was embarrassing. They called it a beef and cheader but there was no beef. Dogshit service. Missed our 4th brisket sandwich. When I inquired about it, the girl on the front register rudely slammed her hands on the counter and told me that, "nobody told me four sandwiches". Each one of us four took turns ordering. The receipt clearly showed 4 sandwiches. After I showed her the receipt, she went and got another woman in the same uniform who then went to check the order. She came out of the kitchen and told me she would have to charge me for the fourth sandwich because it wasn't on the order. $42 for 4 sandwiches, one of them in a meal, and a four piece mozzarella sticks. We ended up finding out it was the manager who made the food!! The floors were sticky all the way across the restaurant, had to clean our own table off, 2 other customers in the store, and two vehicles in the drive thru from when we pulled into the lot. Absolutely shitty service. Disgustingly dirty. Threw away the sandwich for the fourth family member whose sandwich we had to go through bullshit to get because we weren't eating it after they acted the way they did. So glad to pay to be treated like shit. Kingdom City Arby's is miserable. Thanks for nothing. read more

I stopped here during a rainstorm on a roadtrip. I found this Arby's to be a great place with clean tables and friendly employees. The lady taking my order was very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and exactly as I ordered. I wish they had Pepsi products instead of Coke as I am a Dew addict but I survived. For being tucked away in the back of a rest stop, this place was great. read more

We stopped at 2:45 on a Sunday afternoon. It was not busy and had 4 other customers eating. Our order was a large to go order, 4 adults and 2 kids. Waiting to get our food, we stepped to end of counter and saw how filthy it was in the Work area. Meat hanging from slicer, and lots of food and papers on floor. Their napkins were out and lobby was equally as dirty. When our food did come, they informed me they were out of raspberry dipping sauce for my poppers and the two pies we got, all the icing was stuck to the papers, like it had set under a light all day. Driving away we realized they had not given us the milk for the kids meal. There are many options to stop for food at this kingdom city stop. We will be using the others from now on. read more

Very messy! Area with drinks & sauce not clean. Trash overflowing. No towels in Bathroom. Makes you wonder how clean kitchen is.

Had to take our order back up front to get it fixed, and they fixed it wrong. While to there, they were fixing another. Apparently they put whatever they want on your order and expect you to be happy that they've overcharged you and left items off. read more

Worst arbys ever! The checkout girl was yelling and being loud and obnoxious. Another girl from the food prep line was eating and drinking behind the counter by the register all while talking to a friend. She then returned to work without washing her hands. All the tables were dirty, we finally wiped one down our self. 4 of the sodas we wanted were out. The same 2 girls were laughing and giggling by the condiments which I'm sure they were sent to fill because they were nearly out. My husband had to ask them if he could access the pickles because they were so oblivious to his presence. Our food was cold as well. I love Arby's, especially there chicken salad during the right season. However this particular Arby's was not filled with the most polite employees. The young man checking us out named "Austin" replied "I don't know how the potato cakes are" when asked if they were good. This is the most incredible fast food restaurant I have ever been to. We were greeted with a smile and the service was phenomenal. What really surprised me was how fast we received our food. I paid and walked over to the soda fountain to get my drink and my order was done before I finished filling my cup! The food was excellent, honestly the highest quality Arby's I have ever gotten. The filthiest, slowest Arby's I have ever been to. There were flies swirling all over, it took about 15 minutes to receive our food after ordering (even though the restaurant was not busy), the tables and floors were disgusting...it was awful! The manager was fixing the soda machine right next to us and seemed indifferent to our discussion about how slow and dirty this restaurant was. Very very poor in every regard! Over a 30 minute wait in drive thru just being 4th car in line. Got order wrong and food was cold. The drive thru has a curb, so once you pull in you can't pull out, even if it takes over 10 minutes to get to order. Once a vehicle pulls in behind you, your car is held hostage. We literally saw a van in front of the window have a mom take kids inside to the restaurant presumably to use restroom and come back outside and still were waiting for their order. We pulled around to go in and get receipt and complain to find multiple staff standing around behind counter while two staff at window were working. Of course, you'd think two staff could handle working the window... Do yourself a favor and swing thru McDonalds if you are in a hurry! Or if you have the time, go across the highway to The Iron Skillet where you'll eat great food for the same money and get great service by staff that care! read more

Extremely slow service in the drive-through I sat five minutes before someone would talk to me and then I ordered. My sandwich had tomato on it even though I asked for no tomato. The sandwich was very good. The slow service was inexcusable considering they had six people on the front line and four on the back line. I'll second the "worst Arby's ever" comment! We were in the restaurant about a half an hour before we got food. In line waiting to order and then waiting for our food. They have one person taking orders and she was extremely s-l-o-w. One person filling orders, and who knows how many behind the scenes cooking. One fry-guy manning the fryer. He kept up. As we finally left, he was emptying the full-to-overflowing trash receptacle. The trash can outside was overflowing as well. The poor woman who appeared to be in charge was running herself ragged cooking in back and filling orders. She looked like she could be retired. Side note: I was at this Arby's two weeks ago on another road trip. It was worse that day with even more trash overflowing and more people waiting. I walked out without staying and figured it was a fluke. This franchisee needs to hire more help and get this place on track. This is a high traffic area off I-70. From the looks of the reviews, it's not a new pattern. For whatever it's worth, my gyro sandwich was absolutely awesome! read more
