Okay, to start off, waited in line for 35 minutes, during rush hour, multiple employees walked outside to hit their vapes, then we got to the window and the card reader was down and they didn't tell us through the speakers. So we wasted an Hour of our time for a horrible experience. Never go here. read more

I think Wendy's is the best fast food restaurant in Fulton. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The food is fresh and hot and their service is speedy. I use both the eat-in restaurant and the drive-thru. Both and very efficient even at their busiest times. I only have the name of the employee who is cashier and takes the order and payment at the first window. He name is Isaiah and he is always friendly and professional. I will make it a point to get the other employees names because I have only received great service!! read more

I would put no stars if I could. Their business ethics are terrible. The company itself just really needs to stop short changing how they do business with both food and how they pay employees. Worked there for 2 months and my manager's way of firing me was putting his head down and not looking at me! No common curtousey and I never got my finial wages owed. So I am having to call both my ex manager directly and then Wendy's main office if I get no word from him! If that doesn't work I will have to mail both the Wendy's I worked at and the main office to make sure that I get my final weeks of wages owed me that I legally am owed when fired...... Oh and somehow it was my fault for being left handed having to work with equipment made only for right handed people! I hate how most fast food tastes cause I have a sensitive gut and intestines but I should have tried working at McDonald's or Taco Bell before them! Oh and BTW the only things that are fresh there are the toppings for the sandwiches and salads. Everything else is frozen or premade in a bag. Buy the stuff at the store and make it yourself sometime. Hell if you're like me you can grow most of the fresh stuff for the sandwiches and salads! read more

Gross food, horrible management. Stopped by here with my family on my way through Fulton with my family. While waiting in line, I noticed a know meth user, Cierra was a manager here. I wasn't surprised I guess when we were served a combination of old and under cooked food. All except one set of our fries were soggy, and both my daughters chicken sandwiches were raw in the middle. I asked to speak with a manager and after a few minutes a Manager named Jennifer came to the counter. I explained to her that most of our food was old and that the chicken was raw in the middle. She game me a forced smile assured me the food was made fresh and ignored the complaint about the under cooked chicken. She then offered to replace the food. I felt she was being very condescending so I decided to ask for refund. I was given my refund and I will never eat here again. I suggest you do the same. read more

The food is good for franchise fast food. The last two days I have ate at Wendy's, the service at noon has been slow and not consistent with the high influx of customers arriving at lunch. Saturday, July 2, there were two employees that were in the dining area that should have been helping get my food prepared faster. A couple of folks looked at the long line and just turned around and left to eat at another restaurant. I eat at Wendy's a couple times a week and this change in service appears to be recent. I may need to venture out to other establishments for awhile or eat at Wendy's during off hours. read more

I eat at Wendy's in Fulton several times a week during lunch. Up till a couple of weeks ago, the service has always been good. They would deserve a 4 to 5 star rating. Recently it has been horrible. Saturday I waited in line almost 20 minutes to place my order with 1 person in front of me when I walked in. To make matters worse 2 employees were sitting in the dining area drinking soda. Frustrated, someone I sat with asked them why they weren't working. They said the District Manager told the Manager they had to many people working! For this I give them a 1-2 for the last 2 weeks. Food is good, facility is clean, just be prepared to wait to order and wait for your food. I WANT MY OLD WENDY'S BACK! read more

in love with the chili cheese baked potato but i almost never get my extra sour cream or any at all for that matter and it is always a sloppy mess. usually have to wait forever for our food and something is usually wrong or missing and dont expect a straw with your soda. cant stop myself from going there though. read more
