The a/c wasn't on in the playground area and an employee came in to the area she actually said it was really hot and she would find out if the a/c wasn't on as I didn't ask. After a while the a/c still hadn't come on and kids were sweating,I was sweating and it was difficult for me to breathe due to my heath issues. So I went to ask why it hadn't been turned on and she said she had to check with the owner as they were trying to cut back on the electrical bill. Seriously? The bottom bun was actually dried out and would crumble when you tried to take a bite. 11/30/2022 @ 12:50 am: I'd just finished working 16 hours, had barely eaten all day, and had no food at home, so when I checked the hours for the Thompson Bridge location and saw that it's a 24/7 store, the highlight of my day was about to be a Big Mac. HOWEVER, according to Christian, the store is understaffed and closes daily from 12 am - 2 am for updates (??), so no food can be made during that time. Um. Sounded like total b.s., but he absolutely refused to make me a Big Mac I'd like to contact the owner about this. It's very disappointing and just bad business. If you're closed from 12 - 2 am, update the hours. Better yet, fix the problem and actually serve food 24/7. read more

My wife and I pulled into the McDonald drive-thru this morning and there were about half of a dozen cars in front of us in the two lines. I was thinking this is going to take a while. To my surprise we moved through fairly quickly, we paid for our order and got our breakfast sandwiches and we were on our way. We opened up the wrappers and everything was perfect. In my opinion, the only two things you have to have in the restaurant business to be successful, hot food and good service, and we just experienced it. I never have a problem with the food served. The service seems to be fast and friendly. One thing that I consistently find is that the fountain drinks are watered down to the point of not having any flavor. I'm sure that the mixture needs to be adjusted. This McDonald's is close to our house, so naturally we come here sometimes. Every time we go through the drive thru they ask us to pull over and wait. This last time I was asked to wait because the chicken tenders were not ready. After waiting for 15 minutes a girl brings out the food. I tell her that I also ordered a soda that I have not received and she said ok. I went into the McDonald's knowing that she would not come out with my drink, sure enough when I walk in she was sitting down eating. As ludicrous as it seems to be writing a review about a McDonalds, this particular one is so terribly bad, something needs to be posted for the record. From the ultra incompetent staff that seems to be high all the time (no other explanation), to the lack of hygiene and organization, its simply amazing this franchise is still open. Last time I made the mistake to order food from this place I actually waited 30 minutes on the line, then was told to park aside to wait. 15 mins go by so I walk inside to see whats going on. I had to stand behind 4 or 5 Uber Eats drivers waiting for the orders. The "manager" kept handing wrong orders to them and to the actual customers. When I finally got what was supposed to be my order it was the wrong one. In total, an hr at that gross stinking place. I threw the order away and got a refund from my bank as I didn't want to risk getting Hepatitis or something along the lines. I mean I know its min wage workers but this is beyond the scope of the minimal acceptable service. I also called the health department on them because from the counter, the kitchen looks quite messy. read more

Went here after my prom, and I wasn't happy with the service. First I pull up to the drive through and was welcomed rudely. I then was in shock when I found out the mcpick 2 was revoked.
