They're so well done that I'd call them perfect as-is. The tacos come with the beef already inside, and then you can head to the toppings station to finish them off however you like -- add your own cilantro, onions, and salsas to build them your way. I love that touch. They also serve birria ramen, birria quesadillas, birria pizza, nachos, and even a torta (a Mexican sandwich), so there's a lot to explore.
