I go to this McDonald's often because it's the only one near my house and my daughter loves to get happy meals as a treat but todays experience was worse than usual (which I didn't even think was possible). I ordered about $40 worth of food. All three of my large cokes were basically water and the employee refused to change the syrup in the drink machine. Not even while I waited 15 min at the window for my food. Eventually came home to give my daughter her meal and chocolate milk. She proceeds to drink her chocolate milk and spits it out and tells me "mommy this doesn't taste good". I check the expiration date and it says May 13th 2023. It's June 9th. The cokes honestly didn't surprise me but trying to make a child sick is just crossing the line. I will not be spending my money here any longer. read more

Amazing long wait times with poor customer management. Walked in just want a large soda. Lady infront of me ordered and was waiting so long that she started to complain she was going to be late for work. Instead of taking my order after her I had to wait till she got her food. Once she got her food they took my order for a large soda and promptly took my cash payment but walked away with out giving me my cup. The food was old when I asked him to re-cook it they didn't and I showed it to the police officer he agreed with me that the food had that white film on it that shows that the food was cold and I tasted the fries and they were cold as well the two customer service reps one being a black male thought it was funny when I returned with the food then the manager came out with an attitude charity is her name and she claimed to have cooked the food herself which was a lie and the proof that she said she had was a lie and I had the policeman as a witness because he saw the food and it was not re cooked it was not fresh so I won't be going back to this McDonald's ever again bad food poor customer service and poor management I reported to corporate but never heard back read more

I made the mistake of going back to this McDonald's. I went through the drive-through and asked for a decaf coffee. No one told me that they did not have any brewed at the time. Its 6 am why isn't it brewed? I proceed to the window and the young man takes my money and just leaves the window. I honked my horn and asked him what is going on with my coffee . He then tells me that he had to brew a pot. I told him that I was on my way to work and could not wait. I ask for a refund. He said he had to get the manager to process the refund. He left and never came back! I had to leave without my money or my coffee. What a joke! They also nickel and dime you for everything little thing. Why not just give me enough in the first place. They give you three thick pancakes with one small syrup then want to change for another one. I hate this McDonald's. I have finally learned my lesson. I ordered a large coffee and a Quarter Pounder w/cheese.02/09/2023 &;25 PM. The lady that poured my coffee and handed it to me with her bare hands, had so much perfume on, my cup wreaked of her perfume. The only way I could drink it and taste the coffee was by removing the lid. Even then I smelled it, since her hand touched the side it. Her name wasn't on the receipt, but a description is a Black female, in her 20's, very long 2 braids, about 5'6 or 5'7 about 130 lbs. Also the Quarter pounder was barely warm. read more

It's McDonald's. I'm not rating the restaurant although it is newer with a modern look and lots of lcd tv's about. This location has the only blink ev charging station in Northeast Ohio. If you have an ev, you can charge here as a guest using the blink app for your phone. Rates are .06 cents a minute. The screen can be hard to see in direct sunlight so a late afternoon, early evening visit might be tricky. Thankfully most the process can be done on your phone. You'll just have to find the green start button on the stations display to start charging. While you wait, you can enjoy a delicious salad, a side of sliced fruit and top it off with a vanilla cone. read more

Went to the drive through of Garfield Hts McDonald's last Saturday. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 hash browns. - Was asked to pull into a waiting spot for food. 20 minutes later, no food. Went inside to check and the place was in chaos. Two people in front of me were having the same issue- complaining about waiting and never receiving their food. Ok, I know what you're gonna say, reviewing a McDonald's, really??? Well, when I'm having that self-loathing craving for a McDonald's burger, I'll go a bit out of my way to hit this spot. Not only is it pretty badass that they've got all this green energy stuff going on, but the solar panels make for some nice shade to smack down that McDouble, value fries, and a sweet tea on a hot summer day. And I have to say, the double ordering lanes in the drive thru seem to make things roll much more smoothly. I don't know where they find them, but the employees who work at this location generally seem nicer and give faster and more accurate service than most places. So yeah, if you are a foodie who sometimes likes to slum it under the golden arches you might wanna look for the solar panels! read more

Because the workers decided not to take orders from a window after alternating before it was our turn. My sandwich was cold, and I mean the meat was cold the minute I got it. I always check my burger before I leave a drive thru since I order without onions. There were no onions on it but the meat was so cold I could just imagine all the bacteria having a field day in there. Gross. I asked for a fresh one and the woman took my burger and my receipt then completely forgot about me standing there outside by the window... for 13 minutes!!! I got my phone out and called them. The girl that answered just got there so she didn't know anyone was waiting for a sandwich. I watched about 6 cars getting their food while I froze outside. Then the girl let the others know someone was still waiting on that Big Mac. I heard one of them reply "Oh well". I let her know I could hear them. I also told her to make sure I get my receipt when I get my burger because I didn't appreciate any of this. SO after another 5 minutes of listening to them all argue with each other and hearing her tell them they were being rude, the line of cars finally ended so I was able to go back up to the open window. I asked if I could finally have my one sandwich and they gave it to me. I was informed they lost my receipt. LOL ya, funny how that happens when they know you want to complain. Mr. Bob Jursich, Jr. is the owner and received a lot of praise for the great energy efficiency and technology that he invested in to operate this facility. For that I applaud him. But the name of the game is customer service and it has hit a whole new low here. I went through the drive-thru this evening (3-20-18) at approximate 7:50pm. The cashier slid open the window and told me the total. I handed the young woman my card and she closed the window. She then turned to her iPhone that was plugged in and laying next to the register. She proceeded to page through several texts and pages on her phone as I sat there watching her from my car. This went on for approx. 30 seconds. She then ran my credit card but then... WENT BACK TO HER PHONE!!! After another 15 seconds of browsing her phone, she turned to the window to present my card back to me. "Really?" I asked her, "You actually had to go to your texts before running my card, me the customer, and then you went back to it?" She stammered with nothing to say. She just smiled, giggled, handed me my card and closed the window. I then sat and waited for 10 minutes for a Big Mac at the "wait window" but that's another issue. WHY does the window cashier or any worker that is dealing with the customer have their phone out??? What happened to customer first? Mr. Jursich? We have hit a new low in customer service. If Mr. Jursich is willing to allow his employees to treat customers like this after all of the favorable press coverage he received, then we need to rethink whether or not to patronize this store.
