This McDonalds was EXTRAORDINARY! My family and and I are in the middle of a cross country roadtrip. Not to mention I am driving a 30 foot bus with 10 other people in it. I came from San Diego, CA and due to the my buses size, I can't fit into the drivethru so that was a problem from the start. When my family and I pulled up, there was a staff member outside and so I asked them if they were open and they said yes, immediately walked up to my bus and offered to help us order from the comfort of the bus. I was so happy that I didn't have to walk in with my family! So we ordered with them and had to delivered to us, not to mention the great attitude they all had! Once we got our food, we started to leave, we pulled around to the exit and we looked back and the staff was waving bye to us from the drivethru window with smiles on their faces! From the start, they were professional and helpful and I knew I had to come on here and give them a 5 stars! If I come back another time for a roadtrip, I will know to come here!!! The service was exemplary, and the bathrooms/ place was clean. I ordered a happy meal to enjoy the nostalgia and to sample the chicken nuggets. I got the pink alpaca happy meal and a Minecraft toy. It was fun. No lines and it was easy to order on the large touch screen. The food was ok - not spectacular. The happy meal came with fries, apple, and soft drink. An older couple came in and did not know how to use the touch screen. I like how the staff accommodated to them and let them order their food the old way. read more

The service was fast and friendly BUT the food was horrible. The double cheeseburger had 8 pickles, and excessive amounts of onions, mustard in it and ketchup on it all over the out side. Both double cheese burgers were this way unable to eat them and as well as my grandson's cheeseburger happy meal was the same way.. this is unacceptable and discussing. They need to train there employees how to make a burger, and McDonalds employees want $15 an hour naw, not to be mean but my 6yr old grandson could have made a better burger.. this was disgusting at least my dogs enjoyed them. read more

Utilized the drive through for breakfast on a Monday morning after Christmas. It has Double drive thru lanes and it moves fast. The employees were friendly, one even called my husband sweetheart, not once, but twice. Our food order was correct, hot and met the standard McDonalds taste and quality you can uniformly expect across the US. We had ordered ice tea three ways: unsweetened, sweetened and half-and-half. Each was marked (diet, tea, and other). I wish they would have asked it we needed catsup, since I didn't think to ask until we were almost to the interstate again. I can't eat their hash browns without it. Teenaged son didn't mind at all. read more

One of the worst McD's we've experienced. Stopped for a quick bite off the interstate. Only one other car in drive-thru. Waited 4 minutes before our order was taken. Got drinks then was told to park in the drive-thru parking where we waited another 15 minutes for food. QPC and fries were fresh, but received a chicken sandwich that had obviously been sitting out for a long time. Took another 10 minutes to get that corrected. They also applied a .49 cent upcharge for choosing sweet tea as a drink with a meal instead of the usual .29 cents. read more

Stopped here for quick dinner while traveling and let me tell you. It was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We came through the drive thru with one other car, and the lady taking our order was beyond rude. My husband ordered a 10 piece nugget and she said "IS THAT IT?" And he said "Um no ma'am we have a few more items". And then she sighed. The manager handed out our food at the window and gave attitude when we politely asked for ketchup and we said "thank you so much have a great night", she shut the door in our face. I received and completely wrong order, cold sandwich; cold fries, all thrown together the most sloppily I've ever seen. Truly dissatisfied. Order at the kiosk, but when my receipt printed out it only printed partially as the machine ran out of paper. Not a big deal to ask anyone about it as I got my order # and thats all you really need. Waited for 30 mins for my order to be handed to someone else. I would think the numbers on the receipt would be a way to avoid that..... my order was then handed to me by a stranger and I asked for another one. No offense to that person but with COVID and how people tend to eat fries right away-- I didnt want it. I asked the manager to remake it for that reason and after seeing my receipt said thats not ours... as I said the order number is literally on the screen she said "I dont see it" ?????????????? After having to explain it to her over and over and another 15 mins passing, I finally got it --incorrectly-- and left. Mind you I'm on a 4 day road trip and spending this much time for McDonald's is NOT what we wanted to do. Worst management and organization ever. read more

Ordered 2 Shamrock shakes and one double cheeseburger around 11:45 a.m. on March 4, 2023. We literally waited in the neighborhood of 7 minutes at the window with the young man's back turned to us. He glanced a few times but made no effort to interact. With such a long wait, we expected the burger to be fresh at the very least. It was heatlamp food. The worst part? Layered Shamrock shakes with weak taste. Yes, LAYERED. There was a layer of green then a layer of white. Repeated 4x. I don't know if they slipped whipped cream in there, slipped vanilla ice cream in or maybe did a lousy job of mixing a vanilla and mint combo. I don't know how they are supposed to put them together but I KNOW THAT'S NOT IT. The taste of mint was VERY weak, too. We had 2 in Crossville, TN yesterday that were outstanding. These could have come from another company they were so bad. And I mean TERRIBLE. read more

Whoever is in charge of cleaning the bathrooms needs to be fired. I was forced to choose "Do I not wipe or do I use this toilet paper that's on the disgusting floor?" They couldn't take the time to put the toilet paper in it's proper place. Just threw it on the floor. Needless to say, there was no toilet paper in the dispenser. Staff is very rude! My younger siblings and I went inside for a restroom break. When we entered we immediately shooed out of the restaurant because my two year old brother was not wearing shoes, so I went back to the car and put his shoes on. When we came back in they told us we went in the wrong door, and we should read the sign. (The sign very small, and it said Exit.) I apologized, and continued my way to the bathroom. When I entered the bathroom there were paper towels everywhere. Before I was even able to enter the stall, I heard a woman literally yelling to everyone in the restaurant "They went to the wrong door, read the sign, and they STILL came in!" She said some other smart comment. I decided to just take a restroom break somewhere else because I came here to do my business in peace. read more

Not a single adult working when we were there. Gentleman in front of me waited so long for his order to be corrected that he requested his money back when it was incorrect again. We waited a very long time for our order because the wrong number was called. I went up and looked at the tray after it sat for a while but assumed it wasn't ours because it was all wrong. The atmosphere was like a high school cafeteria with all the socializing going on behind the counter. I have nothing against teenagers, but there really needs to be at least one adult to wrangle all the kids working at once. read more

I commute 5 days a week. Started stopping here 3 times a week in October. It was amazing. The best fast food restaurant around. 5 months ago everything went down hill. Service is slow and hirribke. Food is ALWAYS cold and undercooked! On top of that I'm lucky to get the correct order. I have stopped going here altogether. To be beside an interstatte serving a big amount of customers a day, this Mcdonalds is very good at completing your order fast. Also, unlike the Mcdonalds in Carthage (close by) 95% of the time the food is correct and the right size proportion of fries. All in all this Mcdonalds is pretty good to eat at and also has a playplace for kids. read more

Waited in a double order line 20 minutes and made orders for chicken sandwich and quarter pounder. Finally pulled up to pay and order was reported to be 10 piece nuggets and the other correct. Advised clerk of what order should be, and she then charged for that. More waiting, then to pick up window where clerk had no idea what was in bag. Not wanting to hold up all those behind us, we took bag, only to find out after we left that it was nuggets. Almost cold nuggets at that. Avoid this place! read more

Best Manager I have seen. She was very polite and ran this location exceptionally well.

Visited about 3:00 this afternoon. It was an very long wait and was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on our burgers. When they finally brought the food the burgers were cold and there as literally AT LEAST a half inch of mayo on my sandwich and was spilling out of the bun. It was completely inedible. I've always asked for Mayo added and never felt like someone was intentionally ridiculous about it until I visited this location. Even after wiping off the mayo it was still covered. It was absolutely an intentional level of ridiculousness. If I wasn't already back on the road and late I would have turned around and asked to speak with a manager. read more

Nasty nasty... 5 teenagers employees sitting around talking to each other and no one manning the front counter. Floor were covered with trash. Drink area wasn't wiped down and catsup was all over the floors and counters. This is the worst Macdonald I have EVER gone in. read more
