I would like to give a shout out to Dawn who works at the drive up window here. She is so good at multi-tasking! She is always pleasant, and she gets my order right while she is taking orders from other customers in the drive - thru, making change, and filling beverages. Would rate this as a negative zero, if possible. Went through the drive thru around 4:40 a.m. and waited at least five minutes before being instructed to pull up to the window. We get to the window and wait three minutes and no one showed up. We left. On a different day but around the same time, we ordered after having to wait. We were the only customer upon reaching the window. Money was collected and then we waited and waited and waited at least ten to fifteen minutes then finally received our order. The biscuits were hard and the drink wasn't correct. I was almost late getting to work. read more

Was waiting at the second window and it was taking quite awhile as they were taking orders at the second window due to technical issues. While I was waiting, an employee smoking a cigarette came up to wash the outside of the order window, my window was of course down as I was awaiting my order so her cigarette smoke smelled up my car as I have my 2 month old daughter in the back seat. Also when I got my order it was incorrect which was not a surprise as the guy at the window just had me tell him my order without writing it down and then went back to the kitchen to repeat my order by memory. read more

they did not take anyone's order through drive thru and it took literally 45 minutes for 3 drinks! they don't even call out the order name and just sit it on the counter so customers don't know when their order is ready. this business is so slow and is also messing up on everyone's order. i do not recommend this location AT ALL. read more

So first off, they were slow to take our order. Had to wait about 5 minutes. Then once we pull up and get our food, my buddy checks the bag and ofc they forgot our fry with our meal. then they complain that we didn't get a meal when I am very specific over the intercom because I know how slow McDonalds workers can be. I just drove by the McDonald's at 2001 Lincolnway E, Goshen, IN 46526 and seen the American flag being flown above their building. Normally, I would get goosebumps from seeing an American company flying the American flag because I love my country and know firsthand what it represents, but this McDonald's American flag was flailing in the wind because one of the two cords was broken, the flag itself was in very poor condition and the ends of the flag was tattered and ripped up in several places. I'm asking anyone who's reading this review to PLEASE contact the store and let them know how disrespectful it is to fly American flag in the poor condition it's in. They could take it down and take it to any local DAV building or Armed Forces center and they will make sure the flag get's retired in a proper and respectful way. McDonald's could then buy a new American flag to replace the old one. I'd rather see the pole empty than to see an American flag presented in an unacceptable manner. If the owners are seeing this review then I first want to thank them for showing their patriotism by flying the American flag, but PLEASE if you do fly it then make sure the American flag is maintained and kept in good order. If I notice that you have taken the flag down and retired it in a proper manner, and then bought a new one to fly then I would happily remove this post and write another more positive one. I've spilled my own blood in many countries fighting for our freedom and way of life and I've lost countless fellow soldiers who's paid the ultimate sacrifice for our country and to see an American business fly the American flag in a disrespectful way, really brings me to my knees in anger and contentment. Stop at The drive through, ordered a fish sandwich, fries, and a coke. I should have checked out the food before leaving, but didn't until I was a mile down the road. At first I thought that my fish sandwich was just burn. I went back to the McDonald's to return the sandwich for another. Inside was 5 or 6 younger kids all standing around. When I said I wanted to return my sandwich because it was burnt, the kid in the back that apparently had Cook the sandwich screamed out I was crazy that it wasn't burnt! And guess what? He was right, it wasn't burnt. The oil that the fish had been deep fried in was so old that the fish sandwich was a dark dark brown! So this time I looked at the sandwich before I left. Not only was the place a pig sty, food all over the floor, the condiments counter had food and soda all over it and on the floor. Plus after ordering my usual McDouble cheese with mustard and pickle only.The girl did not put my order up to verify if it was correct and I could not understand her when she gave me the price. Traffic was heavy this time of day, 3:ish, so I crossed Lincolnway at the light. After I was across the road by Aldi's I opened my burger and GUESS WHAT????
