Great stop for good stick to your ribs kind of food. Reminiscent of my Chicago days, this full menu Gyro stop has much to choose from including hot dogs, onion rings, cheese sticks, fish sandwiches, burgers, salads, tenderloin, etc., and it has dine in or drive-thru. Drinks are Pepsi products served in styrofoam cups. The staff are super friendly and quick. The only suggestion is pass on the chicken gyro which is made with chopped chicken that dries out. (I would prefer marinated chicken filet strips.) Regular gyro is very good, and don't forget the baklava! read more

My son and I were traveling through to South Bend, IN from Auburn, IN. It was about an hours driving we decided to find food for dinner. We chose King Gyros in Goshen, IN. We walked in ordered or food for dine in. My son ordered the Gyros plate, myself a cheese burger with grilled onions. My son devoured the gyros plate. My burger was undercooked. So it didn't taste all that good, threw it out. While almost finished with our food, we were told we had 5 minutes left before they closed and we were kicked out. So we left. read more

Affordable lunch and dinner options! I resisted going here for a long time because I thought they were only a Gyro locations, but I was totally wrong about that! I'm not a gyro fan, so I was super excited to discover they have a very extensive menu. I love their steak sandwiches and wraps. Their fries are pretty good as well! Their combo options are decently prized, between $5-8 a meal depending on what you get. They offer everything from Chicago dogs, sausages, gyros, burgers, chicken wraps, philly steaks, salads, soups, ribs, etc. The staff has always been pretty friendly and the drive-thru is convenient! read more

Only issues is the beverages... their cups are so small and usually packed with lots of ice - Not too bad on the price, it is something different needed in this area! The best Gyro Plate! We travel but come back to the Wakarusa area each fall for service on our RV. While here my husband and I treat the crew to lunch. We want it to be special and memorable. King Gyro checks all the boxes. We placed our order the night before for 9 Gyro Plates to go and be ready for pickup by 11:30 the next day. My husband was greated by name when he identified himself as picking up an order for 9. They were packing it up and was ready as planned. The order was accurate and hot. The portions are generous. Very friendly staff and the restaurant was clean and orderly. Our luncheon was a success thanks to King Gyros in Goshen Indiana. read more

Hopeless staff, food poisoning and awful food. Asked for catfish-wasn't available. Asked for fish and fries-wasn't available. Asked for hummus-yep, not available (after that staff figured out what hummus was that is) . Eventually settled on hot dogs. Staff acted like they were annoyed we didn't just give up. Eventually they shoved a bag at us and slammed the window. We immediately realised they only gave us half of what we payed for. We tried to signal the girl to open the window again and she just looked at us and went on break. We finally had to blow the car horn and the cook came out and apologised. We thought that was they end of it but nope. One hot dog was over laden with sauces etc, the other was totally dry. Like literally a sausage in a dry piece of bread. Both breads were hard and stale. We ate half them and threw the rest away. No, that's still not the end. We were traveling at the time and ended up sick all night, and yes that's all we ate that day because we were on the road and didn't have time to stop. Don't really know what to say... we ordered our meals and it seemed like no matter what we asked for they didn't have it so we settled on a hot dog and a sausage sandwich and fries. When we pulled up to the window the staff acted like it was a complete hassle to serve us. They shoved the food (if that's what you call it) out the window at us and shut it before we had time to say anything. I had to honk the horn to get their attention to let them know they didn't give us one of the orders of fries. When we finally got all our food we tried to eat it. The hot dog was just a hot dog in a stale bun and absolutely no condiments. The sausage sandwich looks like someone stuck a week old sausage from the back of the fridge in a stale bun and the had their cat throw up on it for good measure. We were absolutely stunned that this was considered food... never again. read more

The drive thru line is sometimes long, but never takes too much time. Cashiers are friendly, helpful and efficient. Prices are decent and the food is outstanding. The gyro platter is as good as anywhere, including the location in Dunlap. I've never had something here that I didn't like. read more

The food here is great and above a normal fast food restaurant. The only complaint here is the French fries. Unlike their neighbouring location down the street in Elkhart, the fries here are super skinny and remind you of the cheapest fries you can possibly buy at the grocery store from frozen. The ones nobody actually wants to eat. I love ordering their platters but wish I could just skip the fries and have a salad. If they would improve the French fries like the neighboring locations this would be one of the best of the owners are super super friendly read more

Love the food but had to wait 25minutes in the drive through for just 2 wraps. Almost every time I've been recently I've had to wait 10minutes or more. Bottom line- It's worth it if you have lots of time. read more

An excellent fast food restaurant. Their specialty is the Greek gyro which is fantastic but if not into that they make some if the best rib tips and hot dogs around. The burgers and sandwiches aren't bad either. Way better than most fast food chains. Just be sure to ask for extra napkins especially when ordering a barbecue meal cuz they're pretty small and thin. read more

Eww. I ordered and was interrupted with each menu item I ordered. ("Do you want the combo?", "No", "ok, wait a minute", I ordered next item then "ok, hold on" repeating what I ordered only not quite getting it right, etc). Then I got our food home, fries not done crispy, but the worst.rhing was my fish sandwich which was absolutely black inside on one corner it was so over cooked. I would have driven back to the restaurant but I have a meeting to get to. Also, I should have expected this as there is a big sign taped to the drive thru stating the rules to return food. The under two dollar Chicago dog is a cheap snack with sweet and salty flavors. Dill pickle, sweet relish, mustard, onion, and tomato blend together and make this a delicious hot dog at a great value. read more

I have ate here for years... Just the other day I got served bad/rancid smelling meat in their rib tips #3 and then they charged me for it after I returned it asking them to not charge my card for it. The cook and staff rotate often, so perhaps an uneducated/poorly trained cook to blame? Wait times in drive through varies ~ sometimes "fastish" and others you may just waste your entire lunch hour waiting. It only takes 1 bad experience to lose a good customer and this was it for me. Go eat at Taco Bell or DQ down the road... much much safer and hopefully a bit faster. PS: Keep in mind that this was only 1 bad experience out of at least 50+ other times... not a bad place to eat, just beware and check your food before you eat it. read more
