Definitely one of the better fast food joints. I had the chicken cashew salad which was portioned perfectly. One thing they could do better on is the descriptions of their salad choices. Very Disappointing Experience Tonight My family and I stopped by the Culver's in the Roseland area around 10:45 p.m. just to grab three ice cream cones--something simple we do several times a week. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was horrible. When we pulled up, the drive-thru lights were off, which made it look like the store was closed. We still pulled forward to the window and asked if they were open, and only then did they realize the order board lights weren't on. Everyone who came to the window seemed completely confused. We eventually asked for a manager, and they sent a crew leader who was just as unsure and unhelpful. It honestly felt like the high school kids were running the shift without proper supervision or leadership. We've never had service this bad before at this location, and we hope management takes this seriously. This visit was frustrating and disappointing. read more

My taste buds sure enjoyed my first visit to this fast food chain . We were greeted with a friendly hello , and the menu had so much to choose from , I was a bit overwhelmed. I ended up getting 4 chicken tenders with fries and a root beer . The chicken tenders were actually on par , if not better, than Chic-fil-A, so crispy yet juicy . Their signature sauce , like a spicy ranch , was perfect for dipping . The fries are crinkle cut, crispy and fresh . Their own brand of root beer is awesome too . Restaurant is cleaner than most similar chains . I wish I had room for ice cream , their dessert menu is fire! I can only hope Culver's makes its way to WNY! read more

We went and picked up dinner 3/30/25 the food was so salty and greasy that I couldn't eat it. I had to throw my sandwich away. I ordered the Reuben and again it was bad. Haven't been disappointed yet. Every visit is good fresh food and good service. People say the public isn't eating out as much, but we are....we just go to the places that care more. Unfortunately, stores like McD's, BK, Taco Bell, Stk n Shk, etc have all lost their way and suffer from poor management and uncaring employees. Update: after my last review, which criticized the restaurant for refusing or failing to honor their coupon which was two for six double deluxe butter burger, they have now changed their coupon to 2 for $8 in the mailer. Their burgers are the closest thing reminding me of my roots in my home state of the Rio Grande Valley Texas. Culvers has that great homemade burger taste and patties taste like beef and not like frozen processed meat that the other restaurants serve in these parts.
