I ordered the KPop Demon Hunter meal today at 7:30pm. I received cold fries no seasoning packet and no chicken nuggets or dipping sauce. Got a room temperature burger slapped together with way to much sauce, very disappointing. I was to angry to go back into the store while sipping a Dr Pepper that was all carbonation and very little flavor. I will be eating elsewhere in the future. read more

My friends and I didn't get all of our food and when I went to ask them about they accused us of lying. We tried to explain that I used my friend's code so she could get points but they wouldn't listen. Staff treats you like your stupid and always messes up the orders . I always end up having to go back to get the things they miss.

Ordered my food from the kiosk, went to pay the girl was visiting with three people, instead of waiting on me. This went on for ten minutes. Went to get sweet tea, there was none out so had to go back and ask for tea. I told her multiple time thank you and never got a your welcome. She hardly spoke at all. Didn't get her name, because she had no name tag. When I said something about her never acknowledging my thank you. She started arguing with me. I know better than to go here. I ordered a CLASSIC chicken sandwich and a McDouble with NO KETCHUP. When I got my order, it was a McChicken, not a classic chicken sandwich, and my McDouble was DRENCHED IN KETCHUP. Horrendous the counter by the drink station was filthy it is more than obvious that nobody was cleaning it. Ordered food we t to picking up and when I told the employee that the food was to be ate in the restaurant she put a tray on the counter and said do you want me to take it out of the bag? Her actions were so obviously painful for her to actually do her job that I picked up the bag and flipped it upside down. When I went to the counter to get service nobody was paying attention to anyone coming up to the counter. The female that finally came to the counter walked with her shoulders down slow walked to the counter was so obvious that she didn't want to be there. I worked at a McDonald's in Walnut Creek. CA. had lines out the door, we had to pay attention to detail and make sure each and every customer was satisfied. It is more than obvious that the employees at this restaurant couldn't care less. If I am spending my hard earned money at a restaurant I want people to pay attention and at the very least pay attention to my needs and not act like it is painful for them to do so. read more

Worst McDonald's I have been to. My boyfriend bit into his hash brown and after that bite he noticed a long brown hair in it. His hair is short and my hair is blonde. Then the food was so greasy that it was all over the bag, the food wrappers and on the TWO napkins they gave us. read more

I don't often review chain restaurants, especially a McDonald's. EXCEPT for the fact that this is the best run McDonald's that I've ever run across. The managers and employees are beyond friendly, they ACTUALLY put the customer first. This is what a great management team can do for a chain. I feel like I have a opportunity to not only review the food (which in this case we all know the "quality" but this is about the way that they RUN it. Well done Graham. Order is never correct. Always check your bag. My kids like McDonald's so we go for them. Otherwise I would never go here. I have gotten home to find half the order missing many times over the last year. But the worst part is when the guy with the long fingernails is there taking your money. They are so long and gross it is like a toenail. Makes me sick when he sticks it out the window at you. I literally almost drive off when I see it is him. I'm sure he is a nice guy, but cut those gross nails. How does management let a food worker have that gross of hands. read more

They work quickly and typically get orders right. I have not had a bad meal from this location. Of course it is a large fast food chain and is not the fanciest or most coveted meal. That is why this establishment lacks the fifth star. Employees are great at all hours of the day. read more

About the same as any McDonalds. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. My big problem is almost all the staff's primary language is spanish... Orders get messed up ALOT!!! Would have given 3, but this is America and we speak and understand English. read more
