Being from out of town we weren't familiar with the local eateries and happened to chance upon the 'Cozy Kitchen.' I can say we're glad we did. When we walked in we were greeted in a friendly style and waited upon in a timely manner. The food was very good, the atmosphere was friendly, and the service was outstanding. Our waitress was a young lady named Tab. She was friendly, courteous, professional and got all our orders correct without writing it down. I commented to her on her ability of recall. All in all, if one finds themselves in Graham, TX and is hungry I would heartily recommend the 'Cozy Kitchen.'

Kylee was at the inside counter, taking orders. Kylee was under pressure as some of the customers were unhappy with some aspects such as having run out of 2 different items, having to wait. She was grace under fire! She had a friendly attitude, a constant smile, very focused on getting orders right. I ordered 2 taco supremes, 2 burrito supremes, 4 sides of guacamole. She has been rude, nasty, smelled like marijuana, and cursed at myself and others in my vehicle when I came to the Graham Sonic. I used to love to come to Sonic, but now I've had to report this woman to corporate on multiple occasions because of her cussing me out and stumbling outside. She's told me to "F*** Off" and to "Leave and not come back" when they didn't give me all the food that was ordered and so on. I keep going back and continue to be verbally assaulted and I'm tired of it. Corporate obviously hasn't done anything about this issue, since she's still working there and with the recent interaction I've had within the last week, they probably won't. She told me that as long as she's giving "Special Favors" to Joseph, that he won't let her be removed from the store. All I an assume is this is correct since she's the one that said it herself. I can continue on and tell you of multiple other incidents I've had specifically with this person, but for time's sake, I'll digress and move on. Obviously something needs to be done about management in this location if they will continue to allow people to work here like this. What are the common folk supposed to do to get something done at what was once their favorite restaurant?
