Worst Whataburger in Texas. I think the quality of Whataburger has gone down everywhere. But the Graham Whataburger is so bad. They never get your order right. Even if you just ask for one of the numbers as is. Still they will get something wrong or leave someone's food out. They always charge for all of those things but it misses the bag. My new low for them was when they were out of buns last night so they made it with soggy toast and a spoon full of food poisoning. Was the First people inside ended up waiting over 35 minutes on 3 meals burgers were cold by the time we got our food! Sat there and watched the employees try to figure out how to insert a tray on there fry holder for about 5 minutes before they could even start cooking fry's then only cooked one batch of fries at time instead of using the multiple ones they have they went through a full tray of fries giving the meals to the people in the drive thru keep in mind there was no one in the drive thru for a minimum of 10 minutes after we ordered. read more

This is the friendliest Whataburger that I have ever been to. Food is excellent as always, but it's the staff here that makes this location stand out. We came on a busy Sunday and everyone was working hard to get food out quickly to the customers. When my friend from out-of-state mentioned she had never been to Whataburger before, the manager and cashier helped her pick out something on the menu (Monterey Melt because she loves spicy food) and thoroughly welcomed her to Texas.
