I went to this place a little before close there was one mid aged woman gave me bad food the double cheeseburger was old and the cheese was two different colors. I also called the store and the same lady was rude to me ,says everything is fresh and hung up on me on the phone. read more

This is one of the first McDonald's we have been to that had the freshest foods. The people that worked there were super nice and friendly. Our hashbrowns were piping hot, but we still powered through it. Now our bellies are nice and warm. Thanks McDonald's we are ready to start our day or take a nap! read more

2 out of 3 ain't bad, nowadays. I've come to expect either bad service, incorrect order, long wait, angry employees, rude employees, employees that for me are hard to understand and / or all of those scenarios when I go to a fast food establishment with the exception of Chick-fil-A. No longer do I get angry or frustrated because, unfortunately, there aren't many services left in America that have employees or management that puts customers' experience and services as their top priority. Upon entering this McDonald's, I was greeted by the sound of unhappy and frustrated customers. One customer had returned her incorrect breakfast sandwich, and she was promptly served the identical incorrect breakfast sandwich the 2nd time. Luckily for her the 3rd time she got the correct sandwich but it was cold. Another customer was showing frustration because she had placed her order, and she said she had been waiting 10 minutes so far. The me from 20 years ago would have turned around and walked away upon seeing and hearing the customers already there, but the 2023 me, oh no. Why leave? Will service be better in another location? Maybe, but probably not. So, I placed my order using the kiosk, the only option available. Paid for my order, and a receipt did not print out. Cool, now I get to guess what my order number is as I wait amongst 4 other customers. One of my fellow customers let an employee know that neither kiosk is printing receipts. Her reply, "They never do." Inside, I'm laughing my ass off because instead of replacing the paper or diagnosing the problem, the employees are content to chalk it up too. It never prints receipts. I politely ask the young lady employee, "What is the order number for the order that includes a bottle of water?" She let's me know, so now I feel privileged compared to the growing number of customers that are not privy to such top secret information. I get my oder, which took way longer than it would have taken from the years 1975 through 2000 (1975 is the earliest I can recollect going to a McDonald's) but fast for 2023 (8 minute wait) I didn't look to see if my order was correct because that would ruin all the fun of unpacking the bag upon reaching my destination. It's so exciting nowadays when an order is 100% correct. I have learned to enjoy the build-up to the game I call, "Is the fast-food order correct?" Also, if it's not correct, why would I want to let the employees of most fast restaurants know about the mistake? In my experience, they often react as if I am letting them down or they seem angry with me because I now want them to fix their error. To be fair, in some states, fast-food employees only earn a minimum of $15.00 per hour. At that hourly rate, is it fair to expect the employees to provide service with a smile, a polite demeanor, and use proper diction? (Sarcasm) Now for the grand finally of my trip to this McDonald's for takeout breakfast. Drumroll, please! I ordered 3 hash browns, and I got 3 hash browns! I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit, and I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a biscuit! The 3rd item! Oh, this is so exciting. Will this be an elusive 100% correct order!? I ordered a sausage and cheese McMuffin (NO EGG). This is a tough one for modern fast-food workers because it's kinda a special instruction order. I reach into the bag and, wait for it, Boom! It's sausage on a biscuit! No cheese or egg. Aww! So close! Oh well, 2 outa 3 ain't bad. Nowadays. P.S. I gave them 3 stars because they may have given me the incorrect order, and the service was slow, but they weren't mean or angry about it. read more

Me and my friends order McDonald's to be doordashed to our house but we never even got the food. We ordered the food at 10:30 and I'm currently writing this review at 11:50. Our food was delayed over 10 times. We called McDonald's to ask if our door dasher was there and they said not yet. We called agin later to find out that the McDonald's closed at 9:30. When we first called we were never informed about this. We spent 30 dollars and we're not getting the money back for 5 to 7 business day. I would not recommend ordering from here. read more

I was not satisfied with my order, I did not appreciate that I was met with an attitude when I was receiving my order. On my receipt it clearly stated that I ordered a Sprite and received a Fanta. After asking for a Sprite the male at the window gave me a dirty attitude and insisted that I was supposed to receive a Fanta. After further looking on my receipt I saw that there was an up charge on my two medium drinks even though I ordered two combo meals. i just ordered doordash maybe 2 hours ago and it never arrived. it had been delayed atleast 10 times before telling me it closed over an hour ago. when i got on the phone to ask about the food the woman on the phone gave me an attitude but the first time i called i was never informed about how it was closed. my dasher drove 20 minutes for absolutely no reason. i am very frustrated and hungry. i was informed that my refund will take 5-7 business days? I cannot stand this mcdonald's. Everytime i come here they don't give me something i ordered. We ordered sauces with it and the lady said it's .63 is that okay and we said yes. We weren't given a receipt and when we got the bag we pulled away and I checked but there were no sauces. My boyfriend went inside to get sauces and they told him he didn't pay for them and he argued for a while. I went in there because he gave up and before I asked for a recipe she cut me off saying I didn't pay. I made her print the receipt and before saying anything to me she goes to one of the other workers and asks what to do I thought we put it in the bag. The other lady was all pissed saying whatever give them what they want and that's it. She hands me 3 sauces and i said was it on the receipt? She goes yea but you only paid for 4. This mf handed me 3 and I didn't even notice because i was so mad. She says under her breath "i put it in the bag" and i told her go check the fucking truck. So there's total confusion amongst the workers at this location. At the drive thru they are handing bags into cars and after the occupant's rummage through the bags and realize the order is wrong they ask for it back then it goes into the next vehicle. Can you say disgusting? The young manager says you can trust him that they aren't going to give the touched food to other patrons but sorry to say they do. WHERES THE BEEF? My 16 year old son went through the Hammonton NJ drive thru the other night and ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers. Got down the street to find only bacon and cheese on both "burgers" no meat. He proceeded to Wendys instead. The next day I went to the women manager to explain what had happened she remarked that he should have came back. I was only looking for an apology and she just made it as if it was his fault. Went to the Hammonton location Friday 9-13-2019 to surprise my granddaughter with a Happy Meal before i picked her up from school. I walk in and there at least 10 high school kids in line and one female, she was not part of the group. ONLY ONE REGISTER OPEN! What was the Manager doing? Standing there just smiling! Today around 2pm I took my kids to get lunch. Ordered kids happy meal and number 6 meal. Also ordered two Travis Scott Meals which supposed to be 6 dollars per. When seeing my price for everything it came to 34 and change. Told me my fries were separate from the meal but the price will all add up. When I went to the window to get the food, only got handed two drinks. I asked for the drinks for the Travis Scott Meals, told me I didn't order drinks. Then I said it comes with the meal. Now the manager on duty, as rude as can be, says you didn't order drinks, your not getting drinks. In shock by her customer service, I said ok, then she said, yea, have a nice day, very cocky. I am almost in tears over my visit to this McDonald's. My husband and I had two of the managers call us stupid. It all started when we asked a manager not to yell at some children last week. Instead she decided that we must be children to (I'm 31 my husband 28) and told us that if we didn't like it we could just leave. We are paying customers. We have eaten at this McDonald's every day because I work in town. To call us stupid and then be told they were going to call the police was over the top. You have lost 2 customers today. It's a shame because we really liked the location. But the manager's insane crusade to get rid of all kids has made them get rid of regular customers. Standard McDonald's for the most part. Had to wait quite a while to order because no one was working the front counter. Order was finally placed, and she rang the order up in the most expensive way possible. She didn't have the mental faculties to understand why this is an issue, nor was she competent enough to fix it. I was absolutely starving, so I just took the food. I open my burger and half way through eating it, I found a hair. I'd say they did well on the milkshake, but she dripped syrup all down the side of the cup.
