The owner takes pride and is very transparent in the clean plant based no artificial sweetener minimal ingredients used, while taking the time to walk you through different benefits their items offer. After an intense workout, a protein packed meal replacement shake is just what the doctor ordered and I find such joy in coming in to try a different flavor each time. I have even started adding a shot of espresso to my shakes, but their iced protein coffee is top tier as well!
