Placed a mobile order last weekend. My dad went to pick it up and when he got there they said they couldn't find the order. He showed him my confirmation screenshot and just made it there. I ordered a ranch chicken wrap and fries. They literally gave him fries and ranch dressing... I then called hq and that location's number to ask for a refund (both numbers I couldn't get ahold of anyone and had to leave a message) which I never received. read more

If there where zero stars that how many I would give this place. I placed an online order and I waited 20 minutes in the car waiting for the online order. I got out and went to see what taking so long. I told the guy and the lady was like I will start his order. So I see three sweet teas and the lady was pumping liquid sugar into the cups. So I received my three sweet teas and a coke that I waited for more than 30 minutes. I asked her why she pumped liquid sugar in the cups. She said we ran out of sweet tea so I used the unsweetened tea and put liquid sugar. I thought they used sugar but I guess it liquid sugar they use for sweet tea. For the thirty minutes of waiting or more she could of brewed new tea. read more

Stopped in for a ice cream sundae. Two of us and a mother with two children were the only customers. The place was nasty, filthy and smelled horrible. The floor was covered with crumbs, crushed French fries and napkins, most seats and tables were dirty. Plus, bathroom had stains on the floor, an overflowing garbage can and the faucet trickled out water. I could see if it was busy but there were five people inside and we all had food already but at no time did we see anyone try to clean. We had planned to sit inside but instead sat in our car to eat after driving away from this nasty place. read more

Credit where credit is due. Ordered a 2c Quarter pounder deluxe meal tonight w a side of 6 nuggets. Sandwich hot and awesome, fries hot and fresh, nuggets hot and fresh, drink awesome as usual... coke. Fast food should be served exactly as it was tonight. I never thought I would ever review a McDonald's but then again I never thought they would have something like this so here we go. Normally, I only go to McDonald's only twice a year: Once for a shamrock shake when they have it and one more time for a McRib. (Yes I know its made of pig anuses and dead zoo animals but they process it enough to be tasty.) Today I saw something really unusual: They have spicy bone in chicken wings! OMG something that resembles meat from an animal instead of a molded patty or nugget! McDonald's you have surprised me. I had to try it and to my surprise they were good! These wings are about a dollar each which exceeds McDonalds normal pricing but the quality and taste were actually pretty darn good. They were spicy, tender, juicy and crunchy! Also they aren't small (See picture) There is no way these things can last so I highly recommend all of you reading this to go out and try it while you can. The fact is chicken wings aren't fast food and their pricing is really unstable which is not McDonald's way of doing things. For Now I might have to hit up McDonald's more often as long as they have these little gems. To sum things up GO OUT AND TRY THE WINGS! I doubt it'll last. read more

My wife and I walked into this location and amongst other things I asked for a cup for water. The cashier told me that the cup was not free. So she went on to ask another employee if there was a charge and she said that it wasn't free and that there was a charge. So went on to charge me for a large soda NOT for a water! I know that McDonald's charges for bottled water but not they shouldn't be charging for a cup of water. Very disappointed. read more

First off the outside of the driver through had trash and garbage on the ground. I place my order, and when I pulled up to receive my food, noticed they didn't even start making my coffee yet. I was told I need to pull up and wait for my coffee for a med ice coffee. I pulled up, and noticed the car behind me was handed 4 coffees. 9/2020 We don't frequent McDonalds typically. But do enjoy it occasionally. Had a couple of Quarter Pounder meals this time. My wife thought hers to be fairly good and mine was lack luster to say the least. Fries were cool which was surprising as we were there at lunch time. We used the drive thru and ate immediately. But the fries made it totally not worth it. Will probably try them again some future date. But we will not be running out to get them from here any time soon. Place looked clean, and the staff were friendly enough. Just was not anything special to write home about if you know what I mean. read more

Took our grandkids (ages 2 & 4) here for lunch. There were groups of teenagers everywhere. Also, the indoor play area was taken over by kids older than 8 years (as the sign indicates). They were playing pretty rough and we were worried that our little ones would get hurt. I've gone to this McDonald's the pray two days through drive thru and both times they needed up my orders. First time I ordered a bacon mcdouble and I got a regular mcdouble. Second time I ordered a bacon buffalo ranch mcchicken I got a plain buffalo mcchicken. Fail on them. Never again am I coming back to this McDonald's. I don't think I can say I've ever had a bad experience at a McDonald's, even at the drive-through, but our recent visit to this McDonald's wasn't stellar. We'd just celebrated my son's 4th bday at the Brunswick Zone right down the street. We were all hot and sweaty from playing mini-golf out in the 80 degree heat, and stopped at McDonald's before heading home to get the kids something cool to drink and take advantage of the 49-cent cones. It was around 4pm and it was pretty busy. This McDonald's has an indoor PlayPlace and it was pure chaos inside the PlayPlace. I love children, I really really do and I'm usually very patient with them. I have two of my own, and I tote my niece and nephew around with us whenever we can, but there were tons of screaming, loud-arse kids running around and inside the play area this day. The kinds of kids that make me NOT like kids. Many of them without socks. It's a standard PlayPlace rule that kids must wear socks in the play area. I question the parents who let their kids walk around barefoot in public places at all, but also the McDonald's staff for not monitoring activities more closely. We've been to other MCD PlayPlaces where they will kick you out if you don't have socks, or make you buy some (if they carry them). Our kids begged us to let them play and despite the kid chaos, I would have been willing to let them if I didn't also notice how filthy it was inside. Filthy. That's a strong word that I don't use often, but it's all I can say about this particular PlayPlace, on this particular day. We do love McDonald's in general and we scope out the PlayPlace locations specifically, and this was by far the dirtiest play area we've ever seen for a McDonald's. Disappointing. Not only was there food strewn around the floors (for barefooted kids to step on), but also on the play equipment (ketchup on one slide and on the shoe cubby!). Everything looked 'sticky.' Again, I blame the parents for letting their kids bring food with them on the play equipment, but also McDonald's for not keeping watch. And don't even get me started on the family bathroom located in the play area (that barefooted children were using)...ugh, gross. We used the regular bathrooms in the main restaurant (decent). The play area itself is geared towards older kids, at least 5 and up, slides and tunnels. We took a seat at the tables that were in the middle of the restaurant - behind the order counter, in front of the playplace entrance, and next to the soda fountain. We had a pretty good view of all the goings-on within the place. The soda fountain area was sticky and messy. Straw wrappers strewn about, ice sitting on the counters melting, and splatters of the different beverages just waiting to be cleaned up. There were two young ladies taking orders behind the counter. There were 6 adults, 4 children in our party. We each ordered soft-serve ice cream: some in cups, some in cones, 2 large fries, and soft drinks. Not that difficult an order right? Wrong. It took 20 minutes to get our orders out. 20 minutes. 20 minutes for ice cream, soda fountain CUPS (it's self-serve!), and 2 large fries. My younger brother was with us, he worked at a McDonald's in high school and all he could do was shake his head...they just didn't have it together here. I stayed back at the tables with the kids, but when the others didn't return with our orders after 10 minutes, I went up to the counter to check on them. I saw the soda fountain cups sitting on one of the trays and asked if I could get started on those...I got a fierce shake of the head 'No!' from my brother's gf. She whispered that if we took it off the tray, it would confuse them...because they kept coming back to the tray to check and re-check the orders (and count and re-count the cups). LOL! So finally, we get all our things...we fill our soda cups. We sit down and enjoy the ice cream, when suddenly, we hear a "SIR! SIR!" coming from the order counter. The young lady who helped us previously was looking at my husband impatiently, holding out a soda cup and cone (he'd gone back to order extra)...we'd already received this and he told her so. At that point, we all laughed, including the young lady. So, okay, we all end up with a good sense of humor about it, but c'mon. This is McDonald's...they should have their processes down-pat. This location is not near to us, and fortunately it's not our neighborhood location because I'm reluctant to go back. But the food and ice cream was good, so I can't just give them one-star. Love that at least, the food is usually consistent no matter what McDonald's we go to. read more

Came here today for lunch with my 3 kids and my 2 nephews. Service was awesome and the woman who took my order was extremely patient and helpful. My son changed his mind after we got our order and wanted a cheeseburger instead of nuggets and they overheard him and told me they will give him a cheeseburger at no charge. It's a McDonald's, yes. But they were nice enough to get my husband and I moving through quickly with just a Happy Meal for our daughter when they knew the two cars in front of us had GIANT orders. So props to them for getting us settled so we didn't have to wait in line for that! One deduction for asking "girl or boy" for a happy meal, us saying "girl" and getting a boy toy. But I do like that (for at least the time being) they are back to the box Happy Meals. Those bring back memories :) AND they now have apple AND a (smaller) order of fries in every Happy Meal. I can't even begin to say how disappointed I am at this particular McDonald's location. I have had two different issues on two different occasions. The first issue was a breakfast item that I had gotten in the hash brown was pretty much very bitter tasting. I made a complaint to corporate and was contacted by the district manager with an apology and that was it. I let it go and continue to get McDonald's from here very rarely only on emergencies when I have no breakfast because it is on my way to work. The most recent event was a price issue. The price of the hash brown on the drive-through menu said one dollar but when I was rung up I was charge 1.09. When I brought up that issue with the girl who wronged me up she said all maybe there was a price increase and didn't take care of the situation. I again complained to corporate and was contacted by the district supervisor with an apology. I followed up with a response to her email and never heard back. They always express how much they care and appreciate you yet they really don't do much for you. Nine cents may not seem like a lot but principle of the matter is that I was overcharged and it should have been taken care of. read more

Sorry for the long review, just wanted to get the facts stated correctly. NEVER PULL UP AT THE DRIVE THRU! Went to the Hanover Park location today in the drive thru. Ordered two value meals and an additional sandwich. After paying and pulling up to the 2nd window we were given our drinks and sat there for a couple of minutes when we were asked to pull forward. Having been to this location a couple of times, it is never good to pull forward because something is amiss with your order...as in today we didnt receive the additional sandwich. Since I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru BEFORE receiving my order, I now must go inside because no one is ever going to come and check on me being parked past the drive thru window. After going inside i have to wait in line because no one there is even addressing the people standing at the counter other than the cashier. I finally get her attention and she directs my protest of a wrong order to the manager. The manager says she will get me a replacement burger but I will have to wait for it to be prepared. Having heard this, I pushed my unfilled order to the manager and requested that they prepare a new order so that all of food will be hot. She stated no problem, never looked at the receipt in my hand and after dropping my original order on what i thought may be the floor she turned around in a huff and looked up something on the cash register screen. She then went to the cooks and told them, which prompted them to look at me like I was the bad guy. A few minutes later, i noticed the same manager loading up what appeared to be my order: she filled and bagged the fries herself. After the fries, she put the order on the counter in front of me and walked away; I had to get the attention of another staff member to give me napkins and some ketchup. Upon getting home, we noticed that the order was wrong...STILL! We had ordered two different value meals but ended up with 2 Big Macs. As an item of note, my wife does not care for them so needless to say she wasnt happy to actually eat it. Now back to the fries...It would be nice to post a picture of them being barely filled up to the opening but since I cant post picture you will have to take my word that we pretty much got a small order of fries in a large fries container...sad. After eating my wife called the location and was passed on to the manager who offered a replacement sandwich for the one we never received, but was not offered any response on the fries not being adequate. We offered the information that we had called Corporate on a Saturday (they are closed on the weekends) and that we would be following up on Monday. read more
