I've been to this location in the past and go to jersey mikes often and know the price of my sandwich. Today Carlos tried to charge me different and I explained to him that is now how I've ever been charged at this location and other locations for my veggie sandwich as I don't get the main ingredients listed and always get run up A La Cart. He sat there and argued with me even though I have a receipt from another location just yesterday. Horrible customer service. Very rude heavyset employee there of south asian decent on Wednesday evenings. He muttered some rude comments as he was making my food. Regret not walking out. I know i shouldnt complain b/c if I looked like that Id be pretty bitter to the world too. Anyways, 1000000 percent boycotted this location and avoid going to Jersey Mike's all together. I hate to give anyone one star but I'm angry. I stopped by for a quick sandwich. I've been coming to this Jersey Mike's for years. it is my neighborhood Jersey Mike's and I come here all the time. All of a sudden they won't give you a small glass of water. I bought a nine dollar sandwich and you can't give a customer a glass of water? What is this world coming to? I'm trying to be healthy and all the stuff in your fountain is junk. I told the kid at the counter that I was angry and that he should make sure he tells his manager. Fully expecting an explanation or an apology from the manager. I sat there and ate my sandwich. Never came. There's two excellent restaurants on either side of Jersey Mike's here in Bartlett. Choose them. Family owned and comitted to our community. I'm sure Jersey Mike's will respond to this and say it's company policy or something like that. I don't care. I usually do a subrun about every 2 weeks at this Jersey Mike's and I love their consistency and attentive service. After years of going here, they always get my order right (via the app) and the minute I step in the door (regardless of how busy they are), someone always greets me and asks me if I'm there for pickup. I literally am in and out in less than a minute and I appreciate that when I have a hungry crew at home. read more

I wanted to send a shout out to manager Carlos Luna and his team at your Bartlett, IL location. This location is down the street from my office and I am there often enough that I suspect that they know my order when they see me coming. I had a complicated and large order to place yesterday and instead of doing it online, I decided to go in and place it in person. I had a print out of an Excel spreadsheet and Carlos sat down with me and his notepad to sort it out. I was impressed with this level of customer service as he was actively seeking to identify what my actual needs were. Through his questions, he discovered that the large order was for kids for a Friday night, after school tournament so that they would have dinner after a full day of school. He advised me of promotional pricing for a school order and provided me with his email address so that I could send my tax exempt form, as well. When I arrived to pick up my order after work, he had written all the names on the sandwiches and his staff immediately jumped up to carry the 40 odd sandwiches to my car in 12 weather. I can't tell you how much I appreciated the effort he and his team took. I am always impressed by the professionalism, efficiency and kindness that his team brings to my general lunchtime interactions, but this was above and beyond at a time when I felt overwhelmed by this task. It is wonderful to know that a company that I know that I stand behind as one who preaches doing good in the world, actually puts it into practice, as well. I've been coming here since this place has opened and I am disappointed that this current Management will not budge on keeping this place an absolute ice box. They have their thermostat set to 70 degrees with the air conditioning on. This is cooler than most people like, but does not sound too bad. However, the thermostat is right near the grill and it obviously affects it. It feels like 62 degrees in there. My hands are like ice coming out of there when eating in. It's actually warmer outside on a 64 degree day and you feel the warmth when you walk outside. I have told them about this several times and they do nothing. They must want you to leave quickly. So, if you plan on eating in the store, bring a parka and gloves. I will start driving to the other locations where they care about their customer's comfort. read more

My daughter and I came her to redeem my daughter's birthday reward. She got a regular sub a regular drink. It was a rather large sub and she could only finish half of it. I finished the rest. I got a regular Italian sub. The sub was decent I would not say it was the best, but nevertheless it was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety of meats, breads, and toppings. My daughter got lettuce, jalapeño, and and pickles. I thought it was okay. My daughter did not have much to say about it because she ate it in a rush. I'm happy that I had the opportunity to try Jersey Mike's. The employees were extremely kind beyond expectations. They helped my daughter order and were very helpful when deciding a sub. The store itself was pretty clean and the ingredients seemed fresh. They cut, assembled, and wrapped your sub right in front of you. I enjoyed my experience. I would consider coming back to this establishment to try another sub. read more

I have been a lunch regular here for a few years now. My visit today may possibly change that. The meat portions have gotten so small you can barely taste it. The price seems to have gone up too. My family and I are long time fans of Jersey Mike's. I have been to all surrounding locations and don't remember ever being disappointed with the quality of the food. However, this location has something special that is not easily found everywhere else. The staff are awesome!!! Very courteous, professional, accommodating and allways going above and beyond to ensure positive customer experience. I would recommend going here any day. Not only for the subs but for the excellent customer service. I just left a couple minutes ago and had a huge order right before their closing time. Not a single fuss came out of the girl taking care of me. She engaged in a conversation with me the whole time I was in the store and made it such a welcoming place. The food is great, staff is very friendly. This restaurant has 2 high chairs for kids to sit in. I told the manager immediately that the straps on both high chairs were broken and would not hold a child in them properly. He then told me he would call that day to get new parts for the high chairs and fix them. I have been back there 4 times since then and I have told them each time about the still broken high chairs. It has been numerous months now and they still have not fixed the high chairs. Because they have not rectified this unsafe condition I will no longer frequent this establishment. read more

But anyways right when me and my family walked in today the people greeted us and saying hey how r u, and just starting a quick conversation with us and being very polite and nice. But then since not ever being here, my first time it was easy to order and sub, and the food seemed really good unlike subway in my opinion too. Then I want to say when eating the chips there was a more of a variety and the variety of chips was really good. Then the drinks there was not much, but still if h needed tea they had both sweet and unsweetened tea with a lemon. If I could give zero stars I would! After the things seen through this week with certain staff members I will not be back for any subs any time soon. There is a blonde girl with long hair and another male employee with brown hair and facial hair who are about the same age. They ruined the experience of me ever stepping back in that restaurant. Corporate you need to visit this location. Your employees should not be having sex behind the dumpster at work nor should they be coming out of the same bathroom fixing themselves and walking out of the bathroom to help a customer and not wash there hands. This is absolutely disgusting. You lost yourself a loyal customer. Don't leave your restaurant empty when you have 3 people that walked in. read more

This Jersey Mike's location converted me to be a life long JM fan. Their staff is exceptionally fun, polite and personable. Quick service with a smile isn't hard to do, but its hard to come by...this location is the exception! Their subs are delicious with plenty of options.
