Consistently the work Mcdonalds I've been to. There is about a 2% chance your food will be hot and a 1% chance your order will be correct. Abysmal service, they need to shut this down, Burger King is starting to sound very good compared to this cold food hell. read more

Strange today, I frequent this mickey dees all the time. Got a McChicken sandwich and it came with no lettuce. The only thing that comes on a McChicken other than mayonnaise. I asked for lettuce and they told me they didn't have any due to a shortage. Don't know why this wasn't conveyed prior. They were saving the lettuce for the more expensive sandwiches like Big Mac and chicken wraps. Guess my sandwich didn't rate high enough for lettuce. I feel I should have been given a discount or something or at least a heads up that I wouldn't be receiving lettuce bc someone else needed for their sandwich. I really would like to know how McDonald's choose the customers over another one UPDATE #### WSJ article published today July 18th McDonald's lettuce shortage is OVER. Also stated during shortage McChicken sandwiches would get no lettuce BUT franchises were asked to offer McNuggets and McDoubles. Neither of which were offered. So in either case this McDonald's is still out of lettuce or they didn't get the memo that the shortage is OVER. There is a supermarket next door with shredded lettuce, all kinds of lettuce. The food at this McDonald's was simply put, just off. The fries that my friends and I received were not seasoned (like there was not even one grain of salt on any of the fries) and the other food we got (McDoubles, McChickens) were also missing various condiments usually found on these McDonald classics. The service, however, was quite good. The waitstaff and employees were splendid - they were really accommodating of the fact that we had a car full of hungry 20 something year olds and multiple of us wanted to use our apps for mobile orders. Thanks for letting us go around a few times in order for our orders to get satisfied! Did not get to go inside because by the time we came (like 9:30pm ish), only the drive through was open. Would not come again because of the food but props to the GM for such great staff! read more

Don't get me wrong. I LOVE McDonald's. But this place is getting more and more of a scam every time. I ordered a LARGE fry. And what did i receive? A large fry, but halfway filled. Take a look at the picture attached to this. This is horrible. read more

I wouldn't agree with the others that have voiced their opinions about this McDonald's because today it was quick and my order was correct plus fresh. The only downside is the dining room is still closed due to a lack of lazy people that don't want to work. Drive through only! So I'll just have to go back to MY job and eat lunch. read more

Very disappointed with this McDonald's. There were no napkins in the dispenser and when I asked a female server for some she took them off a table were previous customers had been sitting. I told the manager I want "fresh" napkins that no one has sneezed and coughed on, etc. My friend asked for honey and they gave her honey mustard twice. I told her just say plain honey to the cashier. The photo says it all; I can't believe they burnt some French fries! My son wanted to play in the treehouse playground and that was the best part of our time there. Hopefully they were just training new staff and these mistakes won't happen again. read more

Used my McD's app, for some reason I can't use the in restaurant coupons. So I used the online order feature from a table in the store, hey it worked and I got my $1McDouble now my card is all hooked in to the app so it will be a simpler process next time! As far as this particular location goes, we've been coming here for YEARS!!! It's always been a convenient location, and the food is good and the service is usually very good as well (everyone has an off day) back in the days when my daughter would come to the pediatric center and want to drop by Ronald Donald's now that I'm going to physical therapy, I'm sure I'll be stopping in! read more

Food is decent. But the store is pure chaos. Noise levels off the chart. Between employees talking to each other in your ear, the fridge squealing, the worker making a much noise as he can with the ice machine and having someone stopping the floor at my feet, it was beyond a terrible experience. Not to mention the knats flying around. I will never go back to this location. read more

I thought this was a great location after having a great experience there a few weeks ago. Today I went to this location for lunch and there was a hair tie in my bag of food. Yes a hair tie that must've fallen off a workers wrist as they were preparing the food. Absolutely disgusting. This place has always been ok. Food is usually up to par, but your new drive threw sucks. For every three cars on the outside one car on the inside can go. Frustrating when I've been sitting here for an extra ten watching cars just go threw. Very frustrating when your on a timed lunch break. I have been coming here for years. The employees are great and very friendly. Unfortunately they have a problem remembering your sauces. On average about 2/3 of times i come here they never put the sauces we requested in the bag. I have even asked if the sauces were in the bag and was told yes only to find out they werent. The Night Manager and staff in this McDonalds had to be reported. The Drive thru window server cursed the F Bomb to her fellow coworkers when we asked for a simple drink carrier. No one was wearing a Mask inside the place and also they decided to not serve my food after I objected to the cursing while my 12 year old son was in the car who heard the server curse. When I requested a Refund they told me I was holding up the line when I checked to see if they provided the correct change. Cursing at Customers, breathing all over your food, then being indignant to the customer with so many other food choices is a reason not to visit this McDonalds. This isn't the first time this happened. Manager (young girl) was very rude . Maybe they should work on their customer service skill and serving hot full orders and they would have more business. We decided to get a mobile order and submitted while in the parking lot. I do this all the time in Hatfield with no issues. Went through the drive in, got our bag and tea and decided to pull into a lot a few miles away to eat. Good burgers. Good tea. Where are the fries? Head back to let them know. Apology from the drive-thru young man. Pulled up and got a bag with fries. Great! No. Pulled away and decided to eat those fries. Ice cold. Were they sitting there? Absolutely disgusting!!! My son and I went to this location for lunch today and I was absolutely disgusted with what I saw! A woman behind the counter light brown hair with glasses reached in the French fry area and ate them with her bare hands!!! A guy who was mopping the floor in front of the counter with no wet floor sign and my son almost fell and the guy went to the bathrooms and used the same mop and came out of the bathrooms with and continued to mop the dining area with the same mop!!! The franchise owner of this McDonald's really needs to visit this establishment and see for themselves just how far it has slumped. The wait at the counter can be several minutes even if you are the only customer in the store or drive thru. Management is nowhere to be seen must times. Last time I was the only customer in the store and they lost my order. The next time they get it wrong. One star because you can't give it zero. read more

Not that I expect much else from a McDonalds or it's employees, but this morning I stopped on the way to work for breakfast since I was in need of something quick on my way into work. At the drive thru speaker the person on the other end seemed like she was very much in a hurry and had a horrible attitude as if we were taking up too much of her precious time- at work- doing what she is getting paid to do. She told us to come to the 2nd window, and so we did. She ran to the window, snatched the card out of the drivers hand and said "UH YEAH YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO STOP AT THE 1ST WINDOW" and slammed the window shut. Luckily for her the short walk from one window to the other based on her telling us to go to it, didn't kill her. She survived! And luckily for us a much nicer gentleman took care of the rest of our order- because I don't trust that girl as far as I could throw her. Some are Ciara, Dottie, Nydia, Paula, Ricco, Sharon, & about 51-others. The new manager, Doug, is very nice! The price for food is okay, but I wish all McDonald's would discount more. read more

I come here out of convenience on my way to work in the morning or just to avoid cooking my own ham egg and cheese McMuffin in the morning. The woman that takes your order and you make a payment to is one of the MOST FRIENDLY PERSON YOU COULD EVER ENCOUNTER!!! She always sounds happy when you order. She has even complimented me while she got my change/ran my credit card. She is so pleasant that it will make your day. I wish I had seen a name tag on her shirt so I could tell people who she is but she doesn't have one. I promise you she will make your day with how pleasant she is bright and early. I don't know any other fast food employees who will cover their microphone just to tell you that you look beautiful on a certain day. Give this woman a raise!!!!! read more

This by far is the not only the worst mc Donald's but the worst food establishment ever. The only reason I have given this place so many chances is out of sheer convenience. They never get an order right!!! Ever. My fiancé and I went through the drive thru tonight at 10:30. We ordered 3 double cheeseburgers and the woman who took our order did so correctly as it appeared right on the screen. We waited over 5 minutes at the window for our food. When we got home we opened the bag and found that they gave us 3 regular cheeseburgers although we paid for the doubles. What is even worse that we expected the burgers to be hot and fresh given we sat there waiting for them....but no. They were cold as ice and clearly had been sitting out for hours. I am done with this place. The problem is clearly management hiring kids who don't give a crap with no repercussions. Do not eat here - drive a few extra miles and go anywhere else. read more

Four Big Macs out of five rating. Very clean, nice McDonalds in Harleysville. Friendly service. Okay -- no suprises about the menu, but that was the beauty. The usual Golden Arches . . . . but clean. Thank you. We had a great stop for our family. We enjoyed our entire drive on Route 63 off of I-476. What a beautiful route. Very nice break from the 1,000 patrons/hour restaurants on I-95. read more
