I had an enjoyable experience here a few days ago for lunch with my dad. He doesn't live in the area, so normally we go to a sitdown restaurant, but I've always enjoyed the similar experience you get at Chick-fil-A. They treat you as you are at a sitdown restaurant; the staff bring you your food, sometimes check on how you're doing throughout your meal, and offer refills all while staying seated. This Chick-fil-A is no exception to the quality and bright energy of all of the other chain locations are visited. As a legally blinded individual, it's always nice when team members offer to assist me. Upon asking where the bathroom was, they offered to guide me. I didn't need this assistance, but it was excellent for them to offer and understand how to help somebody who is blind. Had not been with my dad would have taken their offer. Chick-fil-A never disappoints with their customer service and care for detail. The food was exactly what you would expect from any Chick-fil-A. read more

This place is beyond brutal if you go around any normal lunch/dinner time. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's really the only location in the area, but waiting in the drive thru for nearly a half hour is no longer "fast food". You're better off going to a restaurant in the area for a full four course meal and you'd finish eating quicker. They've also forgotten items in my order on multiple occasions and always give me a hard time about getting it replaced/refunded. I suppose they're not hurting for business given how busy they are, but I'll always choose a different option 9 times out of 10 from now on. read more

What a nice chick-fil-a here in Lansdale. They offer table service inside instead of ordering at the register. It's like restaurant style dining. The fall off of this Chick-fil-A needs to be studied! When this place first opened, it was AMAZING, but my word, in the last year, it has become the WORST place to get Chick-fil-A. The food is always just disappointing in flavor and size. Don't even bother getting a large fry because they give you the amount a small would be. The chicken strips are so puny in size. They are very quick with the drive-through, so that's a positive. But we live in Lancaster, and the Chick-fil-A there is soooo much better, and you can tell immediately! It's worth driving farther to go to the Montgomeryville location than to stop here. If they are going to increase the prices, then their quality and portions need to match that! So, as much as I love CFA, this store needs to be reviewed ASAP. They are always nice and friendly. It is always busy around 12-2pm lunch time and 5-7pm dinner time of course. If you are ever upset with your order they will give you the same email free next time. There market salad is amazing and their fresh lemonade is too! You can't go wrong here. The bummer part is they are closed on sundays which stinks for us but great for employees since they are a Christian company! My order is always correct and when I stop in for bingo, the employees will even get my coffee refills for me! The food is always tasty and even my fussy daughter likes the food there (various different items, not just a fave or two) The prices are reasonable, the staff is always friendly and the food tastes good. We were here for lunch today after not being here for several weeks. There have been several changes since our last visit, not all of them good! The interior has been completely renovated. It is spacious, clean, and well lighted. Picky that we are, the plant on the table was artificial in contrast to the live flowers in the past, which had been a nice touch. Our food was delivered to our table in a reasonable amount of time. Yet it came in a paper bag rather than a tray. Every other Chick-fil-A we visit uses a tray for the food. Even their competitors use a tray. The chicken sandwich was barely warm while on past visits they were decidedly hot. Ever employee we encountered were pleasant and friendly. went in today with my bf for a late lunch, i ordered a chicken sandwich meal and had a problem with the sandwich. My bf brought it back up front for me and the (who I believed to be the manager) was terrible about the situation. She not only yelled at the kid upfront who was taking care of it but also argued with him stating nothing could be wrong with it! She just had a terrible attitude and was problematic. There's every other fast food restaurant, and then there's Chick-fil-A. They are head and shoulders above the competition in terms of food quality, taste, service, speed, and cleanliness. This location is no different. Food is great, service is amazing, and they get the food out to you incredibly fast for how packed this place gets. Best of all they do everything with a smile! Brought my wife here for the first time three months ago and we's already been back another 3 or 4 times because of how great it is. I come here rather often for a quick dinner or snack. The location is very convenient, service is incredibly fast and every single staff member is very helpful and friendly. I have only ever had maybe one issue here, which was resolved immediately. Putting customers first seems to be the norm-even when that means staff going out of their way for customers needs. I do agree that the parking lot is a bit difficult at some times, but I have never had any issue finding a spot to park. read more

I love Chick-Fil-A! I was so happy when this location opened, as the closest one to my house prior to this location was up at the Montgomeryville Mall which is a half hour away (as opposed to just living 5 minutes down Allentown Road from this location). This location quickly became a favorite of mine. Whether it's with the family for dinner on occasion, eating inside with friends or going for lunch when I used to work on the other side of the shopping center. The store is clean, the employees are friendly and the food is great from the classic chicken sandwich to the nuggets! The only downside I have to this location is as others may have mentioned, the parking lot. The lots are narrow to begin with and it doesn't help the way to the drive through is passing through the lot closest to the store where many people would be walking around to get in. There are 2 ordering stations but they converge into a single lane that curves around to the window (not to mention the waiting line is next to a window with eating customers, akaward for the both of us). Finally, the drive through exits at the first narrow parking lot where many customers will be leaving (it's exit only, on the other side of the entrance to the drive through). Add in the fact it's almost always busy no matter what time of the day it is and it makes for a real fun time. This parking lot makes me want to avoid the drive through all together and park in one or the further lots and walk in (on some cases it's quicker than the drive through) and other times it gets so busy, crowded and congested that I just skip it all together and go somewhere else. Overall it's a great location and I've gotten used enough to the parking lot that I keep coming back, but it's because of the parking lot it isn't as often as it could be. read more

I stopped by this place when driving home after a Phillies game and it did not disappoint. The second I walked in they asked if I was using the app or dining in. There were a bit of people there too so it wasn't like they were slow on business and had nothing to do. They got me seated and took my order from where I was at and had my food out in no more than 2 mins. Probably the best food I've had at a Chick-fil-A ever. The atmosphere, aroma ,and customer service was nothing short of remarkable ,even the seats were nicely fitted with sweet leather cushions. Whatever the staff is getting paid they need more of it. I used to LOVE this location. However the quality has slipped drastically. I and a friend of mine both got food poisoning from this CFA in the last 2 months. When we tried to let the restaurant know, not for a refund or anything like that- just as a general heads up, we were told that our illness was not from their food. I mean... I'm kinda fed up with this location, which is pretty crazy since they haven't been open at this location very long. Chick-Fil-A has expanded into this area pretty aggressively, so if owner/operators wish to stand out they need to make an effort. The three major instances (over the course of about 6 months) that have culminated in my decision to not return are: - This location has a double drive-thru that I have never seen utilized aside from when they first opened over a year ago (I live right down the street) - Came through the drive-thru once and let the person who answered know that I just needed a minute to look over the menu. They didn't respond with a 'OK' or anything. Sure enough, 20 seconds go by and I am asked "Are you ready yet?" I drove away and ordered nothing. -Ordered through drive-thru again tonight since I have one of the calendar cards. I wanted to redeem my free IceDream cone for my birthday. Got the cone, pulled away, and couldn't help but notice that the soft serve was like cement. I've worked in a froyo business as well as McDonalds and similar restaurants that sell soft serve style ice cream... ice cream should melt, this did not. The cone lasted me this way without melting at all until I got home. As it softened, I ate the cone until I hit the wafer cone when I saw a piece of what appears to be broken rubber. Just threw the cone in the trash, thankful that I am not a small child. There's nothing to say, there's nothing to call about let alone also letting them know that their machine is not calibrated correctly. I'm a Chick-fil-A fan. I think they're the best fast food restaurant in the tri state area. With that being said I visited the Lansdale PA location for breakfast Saturday. The drive thru was empty. I placed my order and drove up to the window to pay. The cashier was friendly and my food was served quick. I ordered hash browns a chicken burrito and a diet lemonade. The lemonade has the perfect ratio of tart and sweet. The hash browns were deep fried to a golden brown and were yummy. The chicken burrito has been upgraded. Along with the fluffy scrambled egg, tender breaded fried chicken and melted cheese they now have added hash browns along as well. I welcome the addition. The burrito was delicious and I love the jalapeño salsa they give you on the side. For good fast food served in a clean friendly restaurant this is the place to go. read more
