Everyone I dealt with needs to be trained in customer service. I ordered 2 meals which is very easy, you would think. They forgot my straws I notified the attendant I need my straws & she hands me 5, remember I only ordered 2 meals. I then notify her you forgot my sweet & sour sauce so she hands me one, I then tell her mam I got a 10 piece chicken nugget & she owes me 1 more, she looks @ me with annoyance & then hands me 6 sauces, I was grateful but if looks could kill, I'd be chicken nuggets with the look she gave me, & then just closes the window on me. read more

I live 2 seconds up the road and every time I come here no matter what time, I can count on taking a good nap in the drive through. That's how slow and ridiculous this McDonald's is. Screwed up my order 3 different times by asking me to pull forward and then I wait 20 minutes and never received my food, so then I have to wait even longer to get their attention and have it remade. I don't anderstand why people have such high expectations of McDonald's. All they need is to get your order right and be clean. And it always has been every time I've come. The only reason I go to McDonald's is for my kids. And they've always been perfect on my orders and clean. And someone is always walking around inspecting or cleaning up. Wow. I am not a fan of you guys right now, and even considering taking legal action. I have an extreme dairy allergy, and asked 3 times to make sure there was no cheese on my burritos. This isn't the first time we've had issues with this location whether it be employees with bad attitudes, cold food or wrong items. I'd recommend the one off Daybreak parkway. Don't even waste your time here. If they're willing to let something like this go out the window that should show how much they really care about the well being of their customers. We've lived here for three years now, and with young children we visit this McDonalds location frequently; about once a week on average. In our three years of visiting, it has been very rare to have any problems with our order. They are typically very accurate, friendly, and quick. The playplace is kept to an expected standard of cleanliness and the drive thru is - in my experience - one of the faster drive thrus of any restaurant around. Even when the line is really long. It's a McDonald's so I don't expect gourmet food, but it's as good as can be expected! read more

It's a typical McDonald 's. The food is mostly edible, the pimply faces staff of teenagers take their time in filling orders, and the play place is packed full of snot nosed kids and their bored parents (like myself). Truly the best thing about this McDonald's is the newer, modern play place that can snag your ADHD kid's attention faster than a dose of Ritalin or Adderall...I know because I have ADHD myself (so don't go hating). The other best thing about this location? They play a steady stream of 80s New Wave goodness from Sirius Satellite Radio. There's nothing quite as fulfilling, when eating pink slime, as jamming to The Smiths, Depeche Mode, New Order, The Cure, Echo and the Bunnymen, and the like. It's a hipster's paradise...except for the small issues of big business and the morality of meat eating and whatnot. Hands down the worst location in the area. They boast a 24-hour schedule, yet regularly put chairs or traffic cones in their drive thru after about midnight, put all the chairs up on the tables in the lobby, and smoke in the parking lot. If you do catch them while they're open, the place is always crazy busy, and for no apparent reason - there are usually two or three young employees standing around, on their phones, or flirting with one another. I go to this McDonalds pretty frequently, I like the breakfast food and their drinks. The service is always quick, and never have I received a messed up order there's never been any mistakes. The people who take my order and my payment are great, very nice and quick. However, I get an orange juice and pay about $2.50 for a cup, it's never filled to the top. There's more than two inches of the cup not filled. Now this wouldn't be a big deal if the cup wasn't see through. If I were to say anything to the people who actually hand me the food I usually get an eye roll and they refuse to fix the problem. I'm not one to complain about something so small but I should be getting what I pay for. read more

This store was disgusting! I understand it is a fast food restaurant but wow. They staff was inattentive and unconcerned with anything other than talking. My Quarter Pounder with no cheese magically turned into a QP with extra cheese. This store seems to continually get orders wrong. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage and it was hard, like seriously difficult, to find a seat sanitary enough to sit at. The floor was covered with soda and trash. The bathrooms needed attention as well. The staff was good at hiding so they could not be bothered with trivial things like customer satisfaction. I can find numerous other restaurants in the area to spend my money. If you're in the area my advice is find another place or drive a little further to the next McDonald's! read more

This McDonald's has been slowly going down hill. It really is too bad. The food is what is to be expected at any location: fast food, but the employees attention to detail is lacking. Some of the orders I have received looked as though it was thrown together, ingredients were sparse, and the fries are hit-and-miss; some fry orders seemed as though they had been sitting awhile, a mix of hard and chewy. The PlayPlace has taken the deepest hit; It, is, dirty. If you have kids, their feet or socks will be black. The buildup of dirt in that section has been getting worse. Also, there have been so many flies in the PlayPlace, you can't eat your food without multiple flies landing on your food and eating your meal with you. Lastly, the music they play is absolutely terrible. I'm convinced they do not want any dine-in customers coming in to use the free Wi-Fi and hanging out; I've seen people put headphones in their ears while eating, it's that bad. read more

I am not one to go to a fast food places for a burger, however, recently McDonalds announced that they now have a fresh quarter pound cheeseburger with never frozen meat patty! So I tried the quarter pounder and their regular cheese burger. The meat on the quarter pounder was very salty, overcooked, dry and tasted the same as the regular, frozen patty! The buns were typical, the condiments on the quarter pounder consisted of mustard and ketchup with sparse yellow onions and a pickle. The regular burger had a mayo which made the burger a bit more moist than the fresh! I tasted no real significant difference between the fresh burger and the frozen patty! To sum up, this was big fail on McDonalds part they still cannot make a good fresh tasting burger! Don't waste the calories, at least on a burger! read more

Super disappointed the only reason you ever go to a McDonald's is because of how late they're open. Me and my friends were looking for a nice #1 combo for a late 12 am meal. We attempt to open the door and to our shock it was locked! We read the schedule that says week days lobby is opened till 2 am. We wanted a place to relax and enjoy a meal after the long eventful night like most McDonald's environments give us. We assumed it to be a mistake so we knock on the window and a girl shrugged her shoulders and told us to leave. I'm not a fan of MC D's in general. Very rarely do I bring my kids here to eat. But on this day, my sons birthday, at his request we came. My number one issue is that they NEVER clean the tables in the play area. It's a high traffic location, with lots of people coming through. They should have someone staffed to clean table tops as people leave. Yes, I'm a responsible parent, who cleans up after my family-but not everyone is this way. It's McDonalds, people will still come in truck loads. So it really doesn't matter how I rate it... I just wish it were cleaner! read more
