Really good and consistent cookie place! Have only ordered their cookies, which I would say is their main seller. Usually go for a box of cookies to get a good variety. The ones I have gotten a and are consistently good are the cookies and cream, sprinkles sugar, banana cream, peanut butter Nutella, chocolate chip and the oatmeal chocolate chip. All are very good, especially their banana cream pie, wow one of the best cookies I've ever had. Very very excited for their seasonal holiday cookies they currently have now. One of the better cookie spots in the area! I love love love their banana cream pie cookie. Honestly my favorite cookie from any of the cookie spots int he area. It is perfectly sweet and has an amazing banana cream flavor, so good! Some other cookies we ordered and really enjoyed were the chocolate chip, oat cookie butter, cookies and cream, sprinkles sugar, and the pumpkin. My favorite gluten free cookie place. We like that they have options and you can create your own cookie. They are always chilled, but by the time you get home perfect temperature. The drive through pick up option let's you order early no pick up with ease. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is just location. Being so close to JCW's, the parking lot is always bustling busy. This is my first of many visits to come to this new location! I grabbed a flavored water--yummy! Today was the first day of the year to reach the 80s and it felt HOT! This particular water had strawberry, coconut, maybe cherry and lime. Totally refreshing and hit the spot today. I bought 3 cookies as well, the oatmeal chocolate chip, salted caramel sugar, and the Cookie Monster, which is a flavor of the month for April. I sampled the oatmeal and caramel and got a jumping, "I love this cookie!" from my nine year old! Lol! The prices were decent, not too expensive. Check them out next time you're in town! read more

This is the 3rd Twisted Sugar location I've visited in the past year. I brought the kiddos on a Friday afternoon to check out the new store and load up on cookies for family movie night. I was pleased/surprised to see only one car ahead of us in the drive-thru because most other locations are packed. But one car and it was still pretty slow. This location doesn't (yet?) have an electronic ordering system in place. So each car had to go to the window, have their order written down on a paper, pay, have the order prepared, and then head on their way. Its slow. I felt bad for the car behind us because I had a large order to place and the girl at the window had to double check on my order more than once. All that being said, my soda was good and the cookies were tasty! The cookies definitely didn't LOOK the way I had come to expect from Twisted Sugar. They were way more spread (thus HUUUGE) than those I've had at other locations, but I was pleased the flavor was the same expected awesomeness. Overall its a fun store with yummy treats. Its only recently opened so I imagine they're still working out the ins and outs. Don't miss them if you are on the west side of the south end of the valley! read more

I've only tried their regular sugar cookie here; however, a place that specializes in cookies should have a solid sugar cookie IMO. But this one was below average: flavor wasn't good and texture was off. Employees were friendly and prices aren't too bad, though.
