Service is not good please work on it. Place is dirty and stinky. Food is not fast it's when they feel like it.

Stayed away for a year. Tried again. Hamburgers and fries. Not 1 pc ketchup in bag. Done.

Stinky. Dirty. Stinky. Yes, I know I said stinky twice. I stopped going here because of how smelly and dirty it is. I used to go alot. Ordering ahead on the app and picking up at one of the reserved parking spots is very convenient, especially when you want, say...5 slices of cheese on your burger, or some other special request. I cannot comment on the inside, as I haven't gone inside in many years, but I imagine it's as dirty as what I can see from the window. The food is never hot, and the buns are usually stale. I don't often get drinks, but when I do, they taste like they've been sitting. They're not cold, lack carbonation, and taste watery, like they let ice melt in it. read more

Little bugs in my fries when I went, was a few years ago but still not going back. Just go to the one on the east side.

Fast and efficient. Food was freshly cooked for my toddlers and husband today. Faster than usual!!

If you ask for "fresh" nuggets like the life hacker websites tell you to do, you're basically guaranteeing that you'll get old nuggets. Those sorts of things don't work in South Louisiana. read more

It's McDonalds people and you already know what your going to get. I gave this place 2 stars because it's always slow and dirty there. Today I went inside because the line outside has 2 cars in it and the person looked lost as I drove up. So, inside I go and I'm watching the cashier pull out a cell phone calculator to figure out how much change to give the lady back. What in the world has happened to America where we can't even figure out how to give change. No wonder our country is going to hell. Now that I bough my drink it's time to head over to the drink machine. But wait you have to jump over puddles of god only knows what. Even the employees don't care. They just walk around the mess and don't bother to clean it up or tell anyone to clean it up. So, the rest is ok but trash on the counter and soda splattered everywhere. Its late and I just ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken was stale and hard. Totally inedible. The three women working here looked incredibly perplexed by my simple order. Literally, the cashier looked at me for 15 seconds before acknowledging me, very weird. Theres low expectations when you go to fast food places, but this place is terrible. Super slow service too. If you want fast food that bad, do yourself a solid a skip this place, there are tons of other options near by. read more

Food was slow to come up, but I smoked with the guy behind the counter Thursday. He got that good.

All I can say is they are SLOW and 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong and they need to do some serious cleaning!

When we drove up, some people appeared to be pressure washing some items from inside. The cement outside reeks of old thrown out gum. The sliding glasses were extremely dirty. The server at the second window handed us someone else's order, didn't greet us, then asked, "what you had?!?" I answered that we had an ice cream and shake. The ice cream and shake had been sitting on the counter for over five minutes because there was no one at the window to serve it to us. She didn't thank us and slammed the door. Very unprofessional and ugly. We will not be going back. It's a shame that that establishment doesn't have their sh** together with having that amazing location. If they were cleaner and nicer, they'd get a lot of that Civic Center overflow when events happen, but I'd drive well beyond there to get good service. Sorry--- needs some serious restructuring. few things. been coming here every morning for the last 3 months or so. some employees here actually recognize me and know my order. some days, my order is unbelievably fast. i mean i could walk in, order, go fill my drink up and walk back to the counter and my food is there and im out the door. now on some rare occasions. things get a bit backed up. maybe has something to do with crews on clock. but overall. fastest mcdonalds ive been to. also, few times, had wrong sandwich, like dried up cold hard sausage biscuit when i ordered bacon egg and cheese. wasnt pleased then read more
