I love this Starbucks in La. I always have my card loaded in Jacksonville, Florida. So, when I get to Louisiana, I can treat my sons and grandkids to coffee and other drinks while I am visiting. I love their, "Order online and ahead", so when you arrive, you can pick up your drinks. No lines no waiting. This is a very busy location. parking is somewhat tight, but it's okay. I've never been a fan of this Starbucks they always have so many employees but take too long to give drinks. When I order a Carmel iced coffee they act like it's silly to order one there. Then they hand it to me not mixed, it looks like a macchiato with the espresso on bottom. I asked for Venti twice and got a grande. I know it's not this specific Starbucks it's all, but their prices are outrageous. read more

They were totally closed due to Covid, then they reopened with Drive-Thru and Pre-Order through the app. Other Starbucks doing this are allowing walk up pickup for order ahead by lining up 6' apart and having an employee deliver out the door. This Starbucks is accepting orders ahead of time and the app still quotes times like ready in 9-12 minutes, but when you arrive they tell you they aren't doing walk ups and you have to wait in the huge drive-up line for 30-45 minutes. If they will only be offering drive up then the order by App function should be discontinued for the duration. read more

Starbucks is my favorite. I'm lactose intolerant, as well as allergic to nuts. They carry coconut milk, which is very convenient for me. Starbucks tea is also very good too. It seems that 2 out of 3 times I visit this location, my order is incorrect or they are out of so many ingredients/items. The employees are always really friendly, but it sucks when the order is incorrect. This morning there was no wait, but I was handed a hot drink when I ordered it iced. First they dropped our oatmeal cookie on the floor (not that big of a deal, even though that was he last one left). Oh Starbucks. I have had a long standing relationship with Starbucks for years and years. Sadly, this Starbucks never ceases to disappoint with its high turnover rate with employees, lengthy wait time (10-15), and lack of consistency with their basic drink recipes such my classic skinny vanilla latte. Added bonus: there is always the same group of young adults who sit by the door smoking their vapes as if other customers want a nice whiff of their pleasure. Oh, and let's not forget about the SAME "customers" lounging without drinks obnoxiously loud as if to forget inside voices - basic human interaction skills learned in 1st grade. From the time I ordered at the counter it took exactly 22 minutes to get my coffee, and that was with only 5 people ahead of me. While I waited, I counted at least a dozen cars pass through the drive through who ordered after me. I guess their main priority is their drive-through customers. Friendly staff. The line in the drive thru was half a mile long so I walked in the store. No line, at all. They took my order and made it very quickly considering how many drinks they were dealing with from the drive thru. Unfortunately, my matcha latte was just soy milk and a gigantic clump of matcha that I had to try and break up with my straw. I don't necessarily hold the employees at fault for this.
