Stopped by there tonight April 9th at approximately 7pm. I ordered the 6$ mail that comes with the hamburger the chicken nuggets and a small fry as well as a small drink. I specifically ordered this meal to be plain meaning nothing on the hamburger but cheese. However, when I got my food and got back to the house, this specific meal had everything that normally comes on it on the burger. What if I was allergic and asked for this to be made plain for this specific reason. Also, I was highly furious at the fact that employees that were going on break received their food before a paying customer. Also employee Logan was standing at the counter where everybody receives their food, coughing without covering his mouth. That is disgusting. I swear I can never come through this McDonalds with some sort of issue... Whether it be food items be made incorrectly, completely missing, or they overfill your bag and your food hits the ground. It's a good thing they're the only McDonalds in town Huntingdon, otherwise I feel like they'd not get much business. I will say staff/management are usually really good about fixing the issue when brought up to them. However, there are times when you try to call they don't even answer the phone. Tonight (12/16/25) I was picking up a mobile order to bring home to my family. The bag was completely overfilled and blew out on my way into the house. Food everywhere... No salvageable fries. I was also missing an entire menu item and sauces for my children's happy meals. I was there on Saturday September 20, 2025 at approximately 2:30 pm. There was a man there with a black dog on a leash. I feel sure it wasn't a service dog. Why do you allow dogs in an establishment that serves food?!? I had a hamburger. It was as thin as a sheet of waxed paper. I also had a medium milk shake. Your shakes used to be good but this one was not as good. I should have left at the first sight of the dog. I will never be back! read more

Very disappointed in the service at the restaurant today! Service was very slow, not severing orders in the order they were taken, the wait was ridiculous. I placed my order at 9:19am I didn't receive it till 9:56am and I wouldn't have gotten it then if I hadn't complained. I did receive a refund but I'm still upset at what I went through. I know I wasn't the only one complaining, I was listening to others complain in line. Yes you were busy but you could have done better. Management needs to look into this problem. read more

When you're out in the middle of "I have no signal on my phone" country. I McDonald's is a sight for sore eyes. And this one right here is a life saver. After driving quite a bit from Michigan to visit the 1,000 steps trail, we stopped by for a quick bite of 4 McChicken sandwiches off the drive through. That and the use of their wifi to find the State Park office cause we thought our GPS guided us to the wrong area of town. Our handy dandy smartphone satnav application indicated our TomTom was actually right. We went to the trail, we conquered the 1,000 steps. We took some pictures and we came back in the evening to celebrate over a large order of fried potato sticks and a large coke zero. I had a very pleasant experience here. The staff was nice, the floor was clean and the dining area is well kept and orderly. Thank you so much McDonalds! read more

The most contemporary design of any McDonald's I've encountered. A rather stark contrast to the surrounding Huntingdon. The cashier was exceptionally friendly and our order brought to the table promptly. Ordering from phone or kiosk is now supported, balanced with traditional cashiers at the front. Let me get one thing straight, the food at this McDonald's is pretty good and is not the reason I'm only giving one star. It's one of the employees. A few nights ago, I went through the drive through with my mask on due to the coronavirus like any smart person. When I pulled up to the window, I was not greeted with a kind employee; instead I got a moody teenager who couldn't even use common courtesy towards me. I said thanks for my order as she was the one who was handing it to me and she just gave me a dirty look and didn't answer me. She then proceeded to practically throw my food at me and didn't hand it to me like any civil person would. I don't know who you hire here, but this is just ridiculous. I don't know her name, but she is the only one with vibrant red hair that's clearly dyed; she's not hard to miss. For now, I'm not coming back until she is either fired or quits, so you're losing a regular customer to your business. Other than her though, the rest of the staff seems nice, I just wish you wouldn't hire people who are disrespectful for no reason towards the customers. read more

I was so disappointed this morning with our breakfast,my husband and I stopped and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal he got coffee and I got orange juice with mine. I have never complained like this before but ,this time i have to let you know.Our biscuits were so dry and hard we couldn't eat them. We ate the insides and threw away the biscuit ,my oj was warm.I have to admit that we have never gotten a bad breakfast before at any McDonald's that we have stopped at.Come on Huntingdon,keep an eye on those biscuits.
