We waited for over 10 minutes for our curbside order. I went inside to see what is going on. It was chaos! There was no order to how they were completing orders. Burgers were being sent back for being wrong. I know one of my quarter pounders was one of them and was still wrong when I got it. When I got the bag of food only half my order was in the bag so I had to ask for the rest of the food. Finally got our food and drinks went to the car. I handed my husband his chicken nuggets, he opened them and instead of having 10 nuggets he had 6. He took them in and they gave him 10 and some extra nuggets...except the extra nuggets were cold....will never go back here!! read more

Went through the drive thru 20 minutes before closing, when we got to the window to pay, the employee said sorry the machine automatically shuts off at midnight so he can't do any orders. Funny he didn't say that when we were in line 15 minutes before that and was taking our order. Unacceptable hygiene practices. We walked in to receive our food and immediately saw a roach, then two, then three. As we waited to talk to a manager we witnessed a woman with multiple children walk from the play area to the front counter a handful of times, all of the kids barefoot walking across the roach-filled floor. Upon returning to the play area, three of the children climbed on the table, their bare feet on the table top and at one point even on the kiosks Several employees went to the play area to deliver food and never cleaned the table or even asked the kids to get down. The manager said they were aware of the roaches. No further comment from them. It is absolutely unacceptable to continue making and serving food in this establishment. When you go through the drive-thru at this McDonald's, they constantly ask you to pull forward. The person taking your order often can't hear well and gets it wrong. Free wifi is terrible and I got 'extras' with my spicy McChicken sandwiches.... gristle and pieces that shouldn't be there. I understand this was a 'value meal' item but REALLY?? Iced coffee is terrible here. It seems like whatever flavor you pick it always taste like pure black coffee. The people working here obviously weren't trained in customer service. It's like this society of workers are lazy and do the bare minimum. I ordered just nuggets, fries and a lemonade for my son. Since their employee couldn't hear or confirm and was just in a rush to get me to pull up, he didn't order or charge me for the lemonade. WORST MCDONALD'S IN THE WORLD! HORRIBLE customer service. ALL the staff seem to have a terrible bad attitude, especially the women. The store is always a disaster, the wait at the drive thru is almost endless. If you are a driver, they treat you even worse and even if there are 50 people in the store, no one helps you. Today 02/29/2024 a girl at the drive thru around 10:55 to 11:15 pm and if I remember correctly with red hair, she wanted to give me an order from someone else because she has such a bad manners and attitude that I never ask What was my request or what I needed. She simply pulled out her arm with her ogre face and almost threw the bag of food that wasn't mine into the car. So I proceed to tell her that that is not mine, that I was waiting for an order from DoorDash and what she did was close the window in my face, return to where he was and with a very bad attitude, trying to speak Spanish to me as if in some way making me act. of discrimination as to why I spoke to her in English as a Latina. And she ALWAYS does the same thing every time I have had any contact with her. Terrible attitude and disorganization. MOST orders from Uber Eats and DoorDash are done wrong and customers end up calling to complain because they don't put the complete items. They always only put the drinks and not the food or vice versa and if by chance it occurs to you before leaving the store, to ask if everything is in the bag they respond in a bad way and even with a bad face and inappropriate body expressions. This McDonald's is literally the worst. Just got home and opened up my bag of disappointment. Again. I don't even need a hand to count how many times my order has been right. Food tastes like it's been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Fries are usually cold and/or soggy. No matter how much time I let pass by before trying it again, it's always the same brand of terrible. It's one of the only fast food places around and is always busy because of that, so I guess they figure there's no need to care about any sense of quality if the money is coming in either way. This location must be the worst McDonald's in the Austin area. They are renovating the restaurant so the lobby is locked. One can not easily get to a manager. McDonald's customer service is lacking in their ability to listen to the details of a complaint about the order. While this restaurant is under renovation the ONLY method of getting an order is the drive through. The mobile application gives you the option of picking up/paying inside which is not possible because the doors to the dining room are locked. The curb-side pickup spots are open but not an option on the app. They are still having people get out of the drive through queue to wait for their food. Why can't they do that for mobile orders? Once I indicated on the mobile app I was there and I wanted to pick up inside when I couldn't find the curb-side option I had to wait over 10 minutes in the drive through line to receive my order. There was no way to cancel it from the app. When I received my order the fries were cold and the sandwich was not what I ordered. I wanted a crispy chicken sandwich and received a quarter pounder which looked and smelled disgusting. I didn't have the time to figure out how to get a refund because the delay was making me late for my next appointment. I threw the bag in the trash when I arrived at my destination and chalked it up to the poor management of this franchise. It'll probably be another 6-9 months until I visit this location again, if at all. No matter how they try to hurry you through the drive through line, thoroughly check your bag to make sure you received what you ordered and the product is hot (if it is supposed to be). read more

So dirty. Poorly managed. :( Food was left all over the floor, tables left with trash. We were there an hour and the floor nor any tables were cleaned until I spoke with the manager (he said b/c maintenance wasn't here today?). And it was obvious it had been that way for awhile. The restrooms had no toilet paper and had also not been cleaned in a long while (very gross). My order was missing my chicken nuggets (I got a bag with fries.). When I ordered two desserts, the person taking my order thought I said coke instead of cone (honest mistake), but it was a .30 cent difference and he had to call the manager, who said he would have to refund me $1 so he could recharge me the $1.30. Really?!? It's too bad b/c if it was clean it would be a nice location. (It didn't bother my five year old at all. She enjoyed the large play structure, which is why we were there over an hour.). I could see an off day, but the response from the manager to being informed of the mess and with handling my order mix-up will keep me from coming here again. read more

Just went through the drive through tonight around 10:30pm and no lights were on outside, which was weird for a drive through supposedly open until midnight, you could barely see. There was a line but didn't mind waiting on a Friday night, it was expected. Ordered my food and paid with the attendant, he was very polite. Got to the order window and the lady handed me a bag with the obvious wrong drink. I informed her nicely that I had the wrong drink and she handed me the two drinks I ordered instead, but she acted as if she didn't know which order belonged to who. So after getting the drinks I pulled over and decided to check my order before I drive off. Luckily I did. There was a missing a regular McChicken sandwich. No big deal, it happens, I've worked in the food industry, so I pull around to find that the drive through line is being closed with cones by the first attendant who took my money. I politely ask and inform that I'm missing an item and he tells me he has two, one regular and one deluxe McChicken and he will give them both due to the mess up. Great, I didn't need the extra one but he said to take it. So I get home, and actually take everything out to find that the two large fries were barely halfway full if that, and they were cold and soggy. The two McChickens that were given to me as a mistake, were both not what I ordered, one was a spicy McChicken and one was the Deluxe. The spicy was edible but the Deluxe McChicken had the lower bun so hard that you would've broken a tooth if you bit into it, so it was inedible. Luckily I'm a dentist and could've fixed the issue, but that's a different story. Also, one of the drinks was completely wrong as well! I'm sadly disappointed and will not be returning to this location anytime soon unless I'm desperate! It's close to home but not worth going back. I do applaud the attendant for trying to make it right, but gave me something inedible! Don't fix a mistake with another worse mistake! I'd give him two stars for the effort as it wasn't his fault the food was bad. I would give the experience half a star if I could. Money not well spent! read more

Abysmal customer service and watered down coffee... stopped by this location on our way out of town for a doctor appointment for my special needs son and received the wrong order even though the correct order was taken, in addition to the coffee being what tasted and appeared to be 50% water.. By the time we unwrapped our order we were well on our way down the highway, only to discover we had been given the wrong thing. I called the store to have the item in question refunded to my card, only to be told I would need to come back and exchange it. I explained that it was not possible for me to turn around and come back as we needed to make a doctors appointment that was 3 hours away and was told again by a very rude female employee that I would need to come back the next day instead to get the correct item. Once again I began explaining that it would not be possible to do so with our situation with my special needs son, to which the employee rudely responded by hanging up on me. Is this seriously an appropriate response from a service industry employee? Is the $6 I paid worth that sort of callous response?? I worked and managed in the service industry for 15 years and that kind of retaliation to an honest request for compensation due to error on the part of the company and their employee is absolutely unacceptable. Rarely do we visit McDonalds anyhow but after this experience we absolutely won't be returning to any location. read more

Brought my 8 year old here with a couple of her friends for ice cream. This place is absolutely filthy! I had to clean our table and chairs just to be able to sit down. The employees are all standing around and playing grab ass while I stood there waiting to order. Flies are everywhere and the ac seems to be broken.
