This location is absolutely terrible. I specifically said I wanted a meal, and when they asked what size, I told them medium. I pull up to the window, get my food, and I'm almost home when I decide to make sure they put everything in the bag. They didn't. They forgot my fries. I look at my receipt and they didn't even make it a meal, even tho that's what I asked for. Thankfully I wasn't too far away. I turn back around and order fries. When I got home, my daughter started eating first and she said her fries didn't taste cooked. I thought she was being dramatic. Then I start eating my fries and they are cold as can be. These should have been the freshest ones because I just ordered them. Plus the fries were mushy. Not only was the food bad, but the customer service suuuuuucks. Now before I begin allow me to say I love McDonald's, but this McDonald's, this McDonald's has issues to say the least. Now I've dealt with my fair share of messed up orders, but this McDonalds has created a incredibly new low for fast food failures. I came once and was given my Large Dr.Pepper but once I looked inside I see that they put a small Dr Pepper, yes a small Dr Pepper, in my large cup. Tonight sadly is another low, I ordered 2 mcChickens and here's one of them. At first glance in the dark I could tell someone was wrong with this sandwich and upon experiencing a hard bite I knew my suspicions were correct. I haven't been to McDonald's in YEARS! Are they all this dirty? I had to clean our table and seats before sitting down. They need to use an industrial scrubber on the floors! I'm glad I remembered socks for my kid to wear in the play place. His little friend forgot his and his feet were black when we left. Worst fast food joint I have ever been to. Beware when you go through the drive through, the women like to talk about you in Spanish! Little did they know, I'm Hispanic & very fluent in Spanish. I went through the drive thru, only had a debit card, & the first thing the lady tells me when I pull up is "we are only taking cash" so I asked why, & she stated our credit card machine is not working. Then in the background I could hear a lady say in Spanish "tell them to wait 10 minutes, I can fix it" then the lady said no it's okay. I then replied back in Spanish, "yes we will wait 10 minutes." It completely shut them up. The young woman who didn't want to serve us was hiding somewhere. I was so disappointed. All we ordered was FRENCH FRIES. Traveling from Laredo to Dallas and we choose this McDonald's. Just to get down and the door was locked. Walked over to the other door and that one has a sign that says lobby closed. Out of all the McDonald's I choose this one since it was closest to the HWY. and the lobby is closed. Both my kids needed the restroom, we would have liked to stretch our legs, and enjoyed dinner here before heading back on the road. Fortunately for this McDonald's they still got my business since the kids wanted McChicken and nuggets. Currently back on the road and my son Mcchicken was a spicy Mcchicken wrapped in a regular Mcchicken wrap. That sucks considering he is 7yrs old and doesn't eat spicy food. My 13 yr old got a 10 PC nugget meal and they both shared that. Couple of inconveniences 1. Choosing this McDonald's 2. Wrong food. I never leave bad reviews but this McDonalds is disgusting. Everything inside has a dirty, sticky film on it. The bathrooms were out of soap and toilet paper and there was poop all over the toilets and walls. If the bathroom and restaurant are that way then how is the food being prepared. read more

I love the newly remodeled playscape. It's 100 times better than the last one. I'm just confused why there is no changing table in any of the restrooms. Being in in a small town is no excuse for poor service, if anything we expect that much more. I recently moved to hutto from Austin TX. And There is only 1 McDonalds in the whole town, So I have no choice but to go to this one, We have gone 3 times, and each time has been absolutely horrible. The most recent, today. We went to get Dinner, at 8PM. We ordered at 8:10 in the drive through, we didn't leave the drive through until 8:35. this is absolutely unexceptable! Its fast food! In addition as we were waiting at the window for our food, the girl pops out of the window and ask "DID I ALREADY GIVE YOU YOUR FOOD?" are you freaking kidding me, why would we still be here? also she said it in a very off tone. But thats forgivable, what not is what happened next, she persisted to yell at her coworkers, they yelled back, there was a lot of cursing and bad language, al of this with the drive through window wide open. We do not kneed to hear that stuff! Sure it was in Spanish, but we understand Spanish! 100% unexseptable. Then she hands us 2 drinks, that were not the drinks we ordered at all, at this point I'm upset and I tell her there not the drinks, but just give them to us because I have to get to work. We didn't even order 2 orders, we order 1 meal and 2 drinks, how freaked hard is that????? Then she said in a very snobby tone, please pull up. Fine we pulled up, another 10 minutes go by... This is horrible, we want a refund at this point, but on wait we never got a receipt! ARG! By this point I give up and want to speak with a manager, so I go inside and ask to speak with one, the young man said that he is not here but you can speak with her, and he points...." Ok, who is she?" no answer.... so this woman in a blue shirt (perhaps she's important ant everyone else is wearing red shirts) So I proceed to tell her how disappointed we are with the whole experience, 3 minutes later she's just nodding... So I say "and your lack of communication with me is not helping...." So she says....1 memento... at this point I loose it, I was calm and collected until then. I say " Are you freaked kidding me?!! you couldn't say I'm sorry I don't understand, or anything.... this is absolutely ridiculous! " So I go to my car to get my man credit card, so I can get a refund.... to find that they have locked the door!!! I give up... 5 minutes later they brought out our foo, no apology or anything, and we go home. The drinks were horrible, tasted like alcohol, perhaps the window chick didn't make it right, and we through out the food, in fear that messed with it. OVER ALL, Im therapy upset! I never ever expected this, it was horrible! Ok and apparently the Mcdonalds website complaint area has a character limit, so I can even finis my story properly. My mom and my 6 year old son went to eat at the Hutto McDonald's today and there was a very aggressive 9 year old boy there picking on all the kids. My son stood up for a little girl that was being picked on by the boy and the boy shoved my son's head up against a window in the helicopter. My son started to cry and the boy said that he would give him a Pokémon card if he didn't tell. Turns out the boy's mom works at the McDonald's and she doesn't have anyone to watch him so he gets to stay there during her shift and be a mean little snot to all the other kids. Last time I checked McDonald's was not a daycare center. I am beyond livid! read more

As far as the food is concerned, it's McDonald's and you get what you expect. As far as everything else, this place is the pits. It's so dirty and gross and the people working usually seem put out that you're ordering anything. Like reviewers, my order is always wrong and management seems just as put off because you ask to have it fixed. Here on a Friday because my son insisted on going to the playscape. So disappointed to see the lack of care and cleanliness. The play area is filthy, socks are REQUIRED yet 4 of the 5 children are in bare, sweaty feet. The drinks area is gross and neglected. It smells like throw up there and in the waiting area. The ice cream dispenser visible from the ordering station is really dirty and unkept. There are only certain people to blame : leadership (manager and owner).
