The vibe of the cafe was cool, it was decorated with various items throughout. Plus, there was an area where you can read and/or buy books. I ordered a matcha latte and my partner picked a muffin. We got a seat by the window at the back, so that we can cool down and look at the beautiful view. The food was yummy and we enjoyed relaxing there. Free wi-fi - just ask for the access code. The young man at the counter was very informative and knowledgeable, and not shy to share the details! Incidentally, they have a section of items for sale near the entry door. Usually, they carry cup sleeves which look to be hand crochet. Neat oh! However, on this visit, they were sold out. Time for me to get the needles and yarn out! Oh yeah!! Beware their hours, though: they're only open 8:00am to 5:00pm during the week, and only 8:00 - 1:00 on Saturdays. There's a seating area and some items you can purchase near the back. My boyfriend ordered an Americano (of course), and for me, a latte. The Americano came out quite hot so it took him a while to finish it but he said it was good. My latte was creamy and delicious. I wish there was a bit more in the cup and a touch warmer but either way, I was very pleased. They use beans that are roasted locally which is a nice plus! It's a cute spot to visit with a friend or quietly sit and contemplate life while looking out the front window. Get on board and go!

In the intervening time, a lot of upscale coffee shops have cropped up, and Coffee Culture has stiff competition! They have also expanded, and I have been to another location a few times. That one is fine. We came in here today looking for the free wifi they offer on signs posted outside, but we had great difficulty getting in, and when finally we did, it was very slow and lethargic. Aside from that, the staff was polite and friendly (not to mention how patient they were as we struggled with their internet!), and although they offered to clean up the table we wanted to sit at by the window, and they were quick about it too, under the table was all kinds of garbage! Yuck! As for the food: we each got a breakfast sandwich which were tasty enough (mine was just ok), and the coffee was good although bitter near the bottom. However, the cookies were delicious! Coffee Cultures offers a combo coffee and cookie. I would absolutely get the cookie again. But with such fierce competition out there, and better access to wifi elsewhere, that cookie I order next time will probably be to go. :-( Unfortunate too, coz sometimes you just want to get off the couch and out of the house!!
