This is what McDonalds in Jacksonville serves its customers... after ordering a $58 order. The manager said there was no food prepped due to the previous shift not prepping. After waiting 45 minutes, the burger from one meal was not cooked (As pictured above), my chicken sandwich was old and hard (which I don't understand because if there was no food prepped everything should have been fresh) We were advised the meal would be completely free since she was unable to locate our mobile order and for our inconvenience, none of the drinks had any ice in them. Now the managers are refusing to provide a refund that was guaranteed to us by a member of their management team! There flies constantly buzzing around and the staff is subpar. I wish I could give this crap hole less than one star read more

Y'all, c'mon. I don't doubt that you get busy and mistake happen, but it seems that you don't even bother to read a person's order. I ordered through the app: Chicken sandwich (pickles, ketchup, mustard, cheese, no mayo), I got a Chicken sandwich (all the mayo, no pickles, no mustard, no ketchup)...after getting a burger I didn't order; BBQ sauce, I got Ranch; and cold, flavorless fries...at 11:30am!! Cold fries before noon? Are we serious? Who is their manager? Who is their franchise owner? I stopped here for a quick snack while running some errands and I was pleasantly surprised given the previous reviews. I placed my order on the mobile app to take advantage of the free fries promotion. Our food was brought out in about 8 minutes by a really friendly, polite worker. Our order was correct, everything was fresh, and were were able to order and be served with minimal fuss. Overall, not bad for a McDonald's! read more

I hate that this is the closest location to me. They always forget the sauce every time we go. I am a very polite customer always saying thank you but I never get a "you're welcome." I have worked in customer service for the last 5 years. This place has the worst customer service ever. They're all mostly kids and that's probably why, but Jesus I said thank you tonight and she didn't look at me and said "Mhmm." I know it's only McDonald's but damn. Costs $0 to be kind. I come to this McDonald's every morning, and normally feel like the morning crew has an attitude and that I'm being rushed. But my order usually correct, so I typically let it slide. This morning I got to the first window and the manager was on the register. She read my order out to me, and when I tried to tell her it was incorrect and correct it, she rolled her eyes and said yea, that's what I said and swiped my card. Reviewing the receipt, when I got to the second window I tried to explain to the young lady that I didn't order decaf and that the pie on the receipt was wrong. She had a horrible attitude, yelled at me that my order was indeed correct, and rushed me away from the window. I was on the phone and in a rush, so I checked my order when I got home. Not only was it completely wrong, I was also over charged. I immediately returned the entire order and requested a full refund. This was totally avoidable and a waste of time and food. The morning crew are terrible to deal with outside of a very select few, and I won't be back to this McDonalds again for sure. I may also stop going to all McDonalds all together, that is how truly upsetting this was for me. read more

Staff always seem to have an attitude problem, they don't know their menu. I tried ordering an all American meal, which is a well known classic, and I was told they don't do that here. The place is dirty, tables are never clean, and the floor was sticky. This is a strong indicator that the kitchen is the same. I even came during the off time, when employees should be cleaning. After me and two others got Done with 6 hours or our 12 hour shift, didn't have much time to eat , decided to stop at Taco Bell and then decided McDonald's would better ..... Well that was wrong upon entering , we were the only ones there, no greeting nothing. Stood at the counter for 10 mins with employees walking back and forth looking at us, Continuing to go about their business; then one female customer decided to tell us the system has been down for several minutes and can't do any orders. Didn't know that adding and subtracting from 10 or twenty dollars was so difficult. After. They wasted our time. We were unable to eat lunch for the night, and got stuck working the rest of our 12 hour shift. Never going to this junk establishment again, because of the constant let down of employees and food. Today I ordered a #1 (Big Mac) in my order I had a huge booger in my burger........ I usually check my food before I eat it because of stuff like this... this was the most disgusting thing I've ever experienced... to top it all off.. I immediately threw away my food out of anger and disgust..... I didn't plan of making a huge deal out of it until I spoke to one of my relatives and they told me I should speak on this incident.. i called McDonald's and asked to speak to the manager, I told them that I had a booger in my food and she laughed and said she doesn't know who would that to my order.... at that point I immediately was already pissed off DUE TO MY ORDER HAVING A BOOGER INSIDE OF IT!! Really - this place doesnt rate as it is that bad. The Staff doesn't care!! Extremely slow about order delivery. A couple of times they forgot my order entirely. Rarely is it correct. Machines are always broken. The place is absolutely filthy. The staff is very rude. The food is cold, stale, buns are hard, and fries are cold, greasy, and often over cooked. I personally would fire the whole staff and hire people who really care. What happened to the 90 second rule of getting orders out to customers within 90 seconds? They must enjoy pissing off their customers as it is a very common occurrence. read more
