Passing this Micky D's on the way home I had to use the rest room. I came in here to find this restaurant really busy. I went straight to the restroom, it was unbelievably clean. With as many people that were in there the restaurant or that passes through, I would think it would have been the std to keep tidy. There's only one restroom! Looking around, the decor says McDonald's out loud, there branding obviously speaks for it self. With out the words added to the golden arches, you will know who they are. I washed up and then ordered. I had a French vanilla coffee. The cashier asked, cream and sugar. I replied, I don't want white sugar. Do you have anything else, maybe syrup. I saw the light click on in her mind, she gave the jesture that says. Ah ha! We have that! In her mind I'm thinking she her thought, not many people asked for syrup! I also had the world's renowned Filet-O-Fish sandwich. It's always prepared right! What I like about this visit, I wasn't forced to used the kiosk and the interaction with the young lady was very cordial and pleasurable! The do have a big parking lot and like other places in the neighborhood, unfortunately, they do have beggers of outside in the lot, doing what the do best. read more

1/10. Will definitely be my last time at this location. The drive thru (which supposed to be the fastest) is the slowest all due to them NOT taking orders when you arrive. Terrible. The take the orders at the last window and then proceed to make the order. Causing chaos and confusion for all. It allows the line to back up. Someone like myself with a mobile order should be in and out. Get it together. I don't know who comes up with this stuff but. Please. Make it make sense because it does not. Ok the pros and cons of this particular McDonald's in Jamaica queens . The pros , ordering is quick , plenty of seating which is good if you are waiting to kill time , no mistakes on my order and it's hard to make a mistake on large fries no salt and large diet coke .It's a typical McDonald's now as most have less cashier's and more ordering online and delivery services . Visited this McDonald's with my cousin from the UK, service was disgusting the employees need to be trained because they have no customer service skills whatsoever. My cousin ordered her meal, so at the pickup when she got her drink cup, we weren't sure where to go, the guy says "over there,without pointing". My cousin politely said I'm not from here that's why I asked. This teenage boy started going off, back talking and wouldn't stop,he had no kind of respect for my cousin, and he has no customer service training whatsoever. We called for a manager, who for one didn't speak English and couldn't diffuse the situation. So my cousin asked for a refund and we left with no food. This is really one of our favorite McDonald's. I know, that's weird to say, but the staff is always friendly, patient, and they get things right. We had a slight issue with a 2 for $4 breakfast deal this morning, but the manager quickly resolved it. So glad that this McDonald's is here in Briarwood / Jamaica! I went to this McDonald's and the service is very bad. They had sweet tea but didn't have any unsweetened tea. The worker was rude. The speaker in the drive thru doesn't work properly. I had to yell my order and she still got it wrong. I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone, nor will I go back to this one. The chicken McNuggets were over cooked and really dry. read more

Overall, the breakfast is pretty good here. The lunch is not bad either. I like their Premium Crispy Chicken Wrap with Sweet Chili Sauce! Staff is nice, quick. This McDonald's is fairly clean and there are enough supplies of Napkins, Straws, Salt and Pepper, Ketchup for cusomters. I enjoy coming to this Mcdonalds more than the others around the same area. I never review fast food places because tbh it's just fast food. However a Sunday night 9:45pm visit on the drive thru line warrants this 0 star review. The drive thru line reached the street which was not overly alarming as I've seen other locations handle equally long lines in less than 5 mins. However I wasted 30 minutes by staying on this line. One window for payments and for giving the food. Seemed like they did not start "cooking" the order until the payment was rung up. Abysmal. Lady at the window did seem to be moving with purpose though, so seems like flaws with their overall process. read more

The reason for its 3 stars is because the bathroom I used didn't have water, if I would have known then I wouldn't have put soap in my hands. Also I wouldn't have used that bathroom at all. There was also pee on the floor. They should clean more. Then, I've been waiting since 10 for it to be 10:30 for lunch. Due to I hate Mcdonalds breakfast. We had car trouble last week and ended up at this establishment and we we're very lucky for that! The staff were the friendliest and most accommodating of any MCD that I've ever visited. We had a baby with us and no one minded a bit! The staff kept the establishment clean and continued to service tables through out. They have the self ordering stations now and a big parking lot. Our drive through server, Maggie was absolutely phenomenal. She was definitely encouraging throughout the entire process despite our inconsistency of knowing what we truly wanted. Maggie walked us through the entire menu and our order to double check that we accurately had the correct order. We are blessed to have this kind of customer service, especially at 12:30am in all of Queens. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone that needs a late night snack the way we needed it. I made the mistake of going here on a hungry-need coffee-morning. What a mistake! The women behind the counter started an amongst themselves. One accused the other of taking the last hash brown. Then after repeating my order thrice, (sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin) she still got my order wrong!!! She gave me egg and cheese only and she made my coffee wrong. Very unprofessional atmosphere. I called them and spoke to a worker because the manager was not there. The worker was defensive first, but then showed empathy after I explained to her my next call will be to McDonalds Corp. I don't eat McDonald's but I went here with my sister and cousin because they were hungry. There was no distinct line just a bunch of people standing around. At this point I realized I could run out and get some food and they would still be waiting here so I did just that. When I got back they had just finished ordering and out of nowhere this guy just starts yelling at the cashier and cursing at her, then he stormed out. After a few more minutes, they get their food. My sister asked her cashier if there were any boy toys for the happy meal she bought and the girl says they don't have any left while looking kind of confused. Well her mgr over heard and got my sister a toy from a big box that was right behind the cashier. According to my sister the food is good, but service is definitely not. today was the worst experience ever with my food. There's been other occasions were the food or items were missing or the order was incorrectly done, but this time was too much. My order # 22 was taken through the drive through, I had to repeat my order more than once (1) 10 piece nuggets meal, (1) 10 piece nuggets by itself, (1) plain burger with onions and ketchup only, (1) dbl quarter pounder meal and (2) cheese burgers. I got only one cheese burger instead of two, two plain burgers, the nuggets meal and the nuggets alone order and the quarter pounder was uncooked and unable to consume. I spent $30.75 for this order and I had to throw away my quarter pounder away because it was "RAW". I will never buy from McDonald's again and I'm extremely disappointed because this is not the first time that we've gotten uncooked food from this location and we've let it go in the past but not this time. read more

If possible I would give zero stars. I went to this resturant to get my daughter a meal. When I got my order the fries where cold. I explain to the women I needed fresh hot fries because I had to bring them home. She took the fries and went over to the young lady working over by the fries and told her what I had said. Mind you I touch these fries and tasted one. The women at the fry station take my fries I had just turned in put them back into the fryer area mixes them with the new fries and dish me up new fries with the ones I just turned. Now not only is this Covid time but I had taken a bite one of the fries and put it back in the container thinking she was going to throw them away. The young women who took them from me saw me do this. When she brought me back my 'NEW' fries I explain to her that she now contaminating all the fries she looked at me and said so what's the big deal. What am I crazy I could infect 1000's of people if I had Covid and didn't know it are you crazy. I was so upset I demanded my money back and left this is crazy. I'm call the board of health. The parking lot is really small and it's difficult to park and drive out since it's somewhat small.
