Told them my name. Was asked if I needed to pay. Yes. 10 minutes more go by of waiting and then finally my friend and I got our food. We got to see them make it fresh, which was a plus. the wait time was a little long, but hey, it was worth it! Our orders were right! I got a beefy nacho with no beans or guacamole. Added jalapenos and tomatoes. A Dorito taco and a soft shell taco. My friend a Cantina Chicken quesadilla and two regular Chicken quesadillas. All of it was delicious! The place looked clean. the employees were wearing beard nets and gloves while making the food.

Where's the Brisket? We called back and were told to return the sandwich and they would refund or make another. By that time we were hungry and didn't want to use more gas to get a correct sandwich, when we should've gotten it correct the first time. So my friend ate it. I wasn't aware it came with a drink. Could I get 2 Dr. Peppers and a Mellow Yellow? I'm told there is a slight upcharge because it comes with coffee or orange juice. Anyway, She reads off the total. It was over $23.00! Slight upcharge! I'm shocked. I say the 3 meals should be around $12 to $15.00. I'm told to pull forward and she will fix it. I reply: "whatever." I pull up to the window and it's $12.81 or around that. I pay and am given my change. The manager asks me while I'm waiting why I said whatever. I replied because she was trying to charge me over $23.00 for what should've been $13.00. The manager replies "Whatever is rude and she said she would fix it." I kept my mouth shut because I knew "whatever" I said would be taken as more rudeness. I wanted to ask if she found "whatever" to be offensive? Had I not already paid, I would've drove off. The three meals where for myself, a friend and his mom I was visiting. When I got to their house we opened up the bag. Just like little children, they put stickers all over our food wrappers that stated "No egg patty," "No potato cake," even though it was all there. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO THIS ARBY'S, SO DON"T EVEN BOTHER TRYING TO CONTACT ME.
