This place seemed like a good choice and had order-ahead on the Toast app. So I order a chicken caesar wrap with a banana as the side, plus a coffee. I'm going to run in, grab it, then eat in the car while I'm driving, right?... There's tons of parking on the street right outside, no problem. But as I walk in, I realize this place is deep in the basement of this downtown building. What the heck have I gotten myself into? But it's really charming down there! Tons of seating, nice mood lighting, and super friendly people. The food was almost ready and, as I'm waiting, I start to regret my choice. Why not just hang out here for a while? But my mind was already made up. I grab the food, go to the car... and then realize I can't drive and eat this at the same time. Takes too much coordination. So then I'm frozen. I already left, so I feel like I can't go back in, but I can't start driving either. And so I eat my lunch sitting in the car right outside. Like an idiot. Thanks for reading all of that. I do feel better having put it down in writing. The food was really good! Just what I needed to have the energy to get back on the road. Coffee good too. Seemed to have a little bit of some kind of flavoring in it but I couldn't put my finger on it. If I'm ever back in the area, I look forward to eating lunch in the basement like a civilized person.

We ordered some iced coffees but after noticing their gorgeous looking goodies in the bakery case we knew we needed to try a couple of treats!! We shared a scone and a Spanish tortilla from their menu! Every single thing was amazing! They have a nice variety of menu options! The atmosphere is the cutest and the staff are the most friendly you could ask for! This place is a must try! We will definitely be returning to this sweet gem!!

I know no one asked for my 2 cents and I don't want this to come off as if I know their business better than they do, because I don't, but if I were to be asked to give them a POSSIBLE solution to prevent this from happening in the future, I would suggest posting their food menu on a blackboard, with prices clearly written out, and where it's easy to read. The drink menu would be a perfect example of this if the prices were listed. A bonus would be if you had the menus & prices on your website as well so it's easy to find! I work in Coldwater and we order from you quite a bit and one thing we've all mentioned is wishing we could see a full menu so we know beforehand how much our orders are gonna cost and I know some of my coworkers have wanted to order food and didn't because they didn't see any prices listed. On a positive note, I absolutely love: -the hand written messages on every single cup. -the miniature Jesus keychains you sell. (My coworker talks about the ones she got from you quite often.) -how clean the entire shop is. -the sign above your bathroom sink. -you put a photo on your website that shows exactly what a drink is made up of, so people can actually see what the difference is between a latte and a cappuccino, etc.
