Let's start with the things that make Pizza Hut so bad. The website and the APP are at best shady. It took almost 45 minutes to place our order and we got an alert from our bank saying they requested funds. But we did not get the confirmation email so 45 more minutes goes by and we call the store and we're told the website some times never enters the order?!?!?! So we re-entered it ,but we ran to get it this time. WOW the whole thing using my free pizza code from the promo , whole bill $21. This is a nice drive thru outlet. They quoted me a time and were pretty much right on the money. The team was very friendly and complimented how tasty my self-created pizza looked. The pie was consistent with Pizza standards. The pie was hot when it was handed out the window. read more

They REFUSE to tell you if your delivery will be made by an in-house driver or by Door Dash, a company which has NEVER delivered an item on time. Hot. EVER! And to make it worse, they could not locate my previous order in the computer so I could re-order for pick up. Pretty simple to re-order that way. NOPE. Not here. Id sure like to see these jokers close up the doors. No more classic quality pizza from pizza hut. No more original great tasting pizza. Now it's shipped in frozen dough, probably MSG loaded, extra ingredients you don't want. I want a simple ingredient pie with a good recipe to it. Use to love to go to Pizza Hut when I was a kid. Looked forward to it. Pizza Hut isn't the same as it once was. They are trying to feed the masses with an inferior product for higher profit margins with extra's we don't need or want. I remember a time when what I was eating was good. No more. it's loaded up with all kinds of stuff now, extras my internal organs don't want. The sausage here is loaded up with sodium, heart attack city for sure. Sure sausage is going to have sodium, but over at the hut they give you the double dose of it. To really get your heart a pumping. I liked Pizza Hut in the 1980s up until maybe 2001. Slowly got worse. In the 1980s this stuff was fire. Now it's some new aged science experiment and something my health tries to endure. My health your health will fight this Pizza, keep eating it the Pizza will win. read more

Got pizza there today for myself and my kids, and between 20-30 minutes after eating it we were all ill. Sharp stomach pains (and what goes along with that) and headaches. I've ordered from here several times, don't see myself doing so moving forward. read more

Ok so it's Pizza Hut...it's very good IMO. Out of this tier of pizza places, I like Pizza Hut the best. This location is quality as well. I've done take out several times, always prompt and courteous service. Food is consistent. And the 7.99 two topping large take out is hard to beat...but watch out for the breadsticks and cheese sauces, that will jack up your dinner to $16 easy. But I would recommend this place. read more

I've ordered from so many Pizza Hut's and I always get the cinnamon rolls and I always have bad experiences with this particular Pizza Hut and it sucks because this one is the closest to my house and I get it delivered every time with gas being so high I always tip a good tip but here lately my cinnamon rolls are burnt not cooked so basically frozen burnt my stomach feels like I have to puke as I'm typing this so yeah pretty epic read more

Last couple times I have ordered from here have been ridiculous. Ordered the Tuscani Meaty Marinara pasta and they legit didn't even put meat in it. I always tipped 25% on the website with the order, and they have come late, and missing certain items. The cheese sticks weren't cooked and they had cold cheese on top of them. I live less than 1 mile from the location, and they still manage to always arrive late. I will not be eating Pizza Hut anymore. I have tried to stick up for them long enough to friends and family, but I'm giving up and joining the "Pizza Hut sucks" club. read more

I gave this one star because it wouldn't let me give it none. I've had terrible service from this restaurant. First time was a couple of months ago when we ordered several items and they forgot to bring our pizza. 40 minutes later they brought it...cold and inedible. After a couple of months we gave them another chance...we ordered wings and a salad. We got food poisoning from the food we ordered on Thursday, 1 March 2018. I've nearly recovered after several days of vomiting. You couldn't pay me to get food from this Pizza Hut ever again! read more

i ordered a pizza and we received it and the mushrooms were black and smelled awful. Love the Lima Rd Hut! Always regret getting my pizza from anywhere else as it normally tastes significantly less delicious. Got my pizza today and almost wept from its raw deliciousness.
