McDonald's is McDonald's. We like it because it's consistent in terms of what you get from the food. It's Saturday night, there's 3 maybe 4 people working? Ordered a simple 20 piece meal and only received one sauce cup. Also had a large fry to go with it and when I asked for ketchup they only put 3 little packets for a large fry. I don't understand why they do this as if it comes out of their paycheck. I guarantee when they're stuffing their faces they use all the damn sauce they want smh. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This has got to be the absolute dirtiest McDonald's I've ever walked into. They had a whole section of the seating area closed off by chairs and was covered in wet napkins. The rest of the place was covered in dirt, straw wrappers and French fries all over the floor. Every table we tried to sit at had either old sticky cup rings and/or dirty napkins on them. Kind of confused on why you order from a kiosk (not because we wanted to, we had to. Nobody at the front to take orders or greet you) and select your drink but you still have to get your own cup and fill it yourself. Don't get the Big Mac Meal here, the meat you get will be the same size as a kids meal burger. Also, don't pay 29 cents for extra Mac sauce because you won't get it. read more

This restaurant is full of delightful employees from the dining attendant to the cashier. They are professional and a joy to converse with. Thank you for such an amazing stop on our way to the beach. We stopped on our family trip to the coast with our 3 daughters who are all under the age of 4. Ordering was fast and easy, and there was someone to help if we got stuck on the self ordering system. Our food was brought out quickly and hot. The staff asked several times if we needed everything. The bathrooms were clean (huge props for having a changing table in BOTH men's and women's bathrooms). We don't eat at McDonalds often except road trips. This is a great one to stop at if you're passing through town! read more

Paid for the food then pulled up to the pickup window. Gave us the wrong order then accused us of not paying. We had to pay again then when we got our food one of the fry containers was busted open and their were fries everywhere. Eat at this place seldom. However, they never come up with new ways to surprise you. Two visits ago was a little over a month ago, showed up and waited 45 mins for food once I ordered. The last visit I had was over charged and all the employee had to say was oh our manager changed the prices (but all menus said another price). I've contacted corporate McDonalds on both occasions because service was terrible both times. Never heard anything back. I try to stay away but every so often the wife wants it. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's with the worst customer service. I order every morning on a mobile app, well before I get there, and I still end up waiting 5-8 minutes (this morning was 10) before I get my food. The current girl working the counter is very sweet but is really inexperienced and no one helps her. There used to be an older lady, taller, with blondeish hair, who was super sweet and made sure everything was done quick. I am not sure where she went- but they need more people like her. read more

Very sad. Most of the community members were happy that we were getting a McDonald's in our town. After opening you would think all of the kinks would be worked out well not at this location. Takes 30 minutes to get your order and always dirty tables. You here the employees complain about their job cuss at one another that is very unprofessional. They can't get or keep good workers very sad. Corporate needs to send someone undercover to see how things are being ran and the quality of food that is being served. read more

This Mcdonald's should get the award for slowest service EVER. Yes i get that it's new and the employees need time to get everything down but it seems like none of the employees had any training whatsoever before they opened. My first time going there I waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and that was BEFORE i even placed my order. I would have backed out and left but there was a line of cars behind me. After placing my order I waiting probably another 20 or so minutes before I even got my food which was cold. I don't think having to wait an hour for a cold burger is worth it at all. I told myself I was never going back but I decided to try again about a month later thinking that their service wouldn't be so slow anymore. I was wrong. I was in the drive thru for about 25 minutes and there were only 4 cars in front of me. I just back out and left that time and haven't been back since. If you go here make sure you have a full tank of gas in your car or you might get stranded waiting in the drive thru for so long. read more
