Counter service is so much better than online & kiosk ordering. We were able to use the app for points, and we got our order quickly. Both Big Macs were hot and good. Husband also ordered fries and a drink. With the app, my Big Mac was free. The place is mostly clean. A few tables hadn't been wiped down yet. If i could give 0 stars i would. I ordered at the drive-through, a six piece nugget with sweet-and-sour sauce and they didn't give it to me. They also did not fill my Diet Coke up enough, and there was literally no ice in it. Also the fries that I got were freezing cold, stale. Also, when I received the fries they were upside down and fully spilled into the bag. The guy was also very mean and didn't even talk to me. I'm never going back here again. I've been coming here since I was a kid. I'm pretty sure the quality of the food is declined over the years, but that's for all McDonald's not just this one. That said I wanted to try the new Smokehouse Burger. The menu clearly stated that could be turned into a meal for $9.99. The woman looked confused and said you can't turn the SmokeHouse Burger into a meal. I argued back a couple of times and finally she said "Well, I'll try." Of course it worked. I had to wait over 5 minutes for my burger. Thankfully the burger was very good. In fact, it's one of the best burgers I've had there in a long time. The chocolate shake hit the spot too. I can't believe how high prices have gotten! For example, a double quarter pounders is over $10! But I'll probably come back. read more

Came here during a road trip- expecting some fast food, decent quality. We got so much more than that. This McDonald's seems "Fancy" in terms. You order your food and seat yourself, as they bring the food to your table. They even have waiters. There was one waiter in particular that provided us with great service! We were amazed at the service actually. The waiter was very nice and started conversation with us and shared his story. It was a very great experience. Not usually the type of person to complain, mistakes happen all the time and that's okay. However, the last few DoorDash deliveries have all been incorrect. Not really sure what's been going on, but I've made minor changes to my items (i.e. McChicken plain, only ketchup; Mcdouble plain, only ketchup; ordered 6 nuggets, only got 4; missing fries in all orders;) and it seems like the employees don't read the modifications. Its not a big deal, but its been almost every time. Not sure if theres a problem with the store or DoorDash, but its disappointing to receive an order and having it incorrect every time. Plus, DoorDash only credited me $1.86 for every order. Other than that, I'm sure the service is good. Only recently have I had issues with my orders. He always rushes your order and seems to get really pissed if you order more than one meal... Worst management I ever witnessed! I didn't order anything but I noticed a dog was locked in the car parked next to mine, and told the owner he was in the wrong, he then called me a name you only hear from high school kids and started to pick a fight. I immediately went to the counter and asked the manager to call the cops. Her reply was "You don't know the number?", I said no I'm not from here. Flies! so many damn Flies! there are so many Flies they could pick up your meal and put it in the trash for you. The staff does not seem bothered by the amount of Flies going on your food. I spent so much time getting rid of Flies my food got cold. My dad dropped a French fry and noticed more dead ones at his feet. The fries were cold. And the wrap was gross. I used to work there and in order for me to get the right food and have it be fresh I had to make it myself. Some of the managers are rude, especially Gabriella. She took her sweet time getting the food and made me wait 5 minutes before she took my order and then even when my food was ready she took her sweet time getting it in the bag and handing it to me. I even heard her making fun of me in Portuguese. I still go there to get food but it's usually not good. And am only treated well by the department manger (Adrianna) and my ex-coworkers (that aren't managers)..... Most people in management need to learn some manners and start treating the employees AND customers better. read more
