Iced Latte: Compared to other coffee shops, the taste was standard and ordinary, but still much better than chain stores. Kiskadee has been around forever and there's a reason for that. It's the epitome of the "cozy coffee shop" experience- lots of seating, a shelf of books if you want to sit and read, old wooden floors and exposed brick. I loved it when I first went as a teenager and still love it now. I ordered a seasonal special- gingerbread chai latte, and it was fantastic. We have stopped in previously when in town as well. This visit the place seemed to be rather dirty all around. Our drinks were ok..nothing special. The Fruit Smoothie isn't made with any fruit as its just a jug of fruit flavored syrup they add to ice and blend which wasn't expected. I love the ambiance of this cafe. It's a great spot to get together with a friend or 2 (not really more than 4 could fit at a table) and catch up. My friends and I used this spot to use our laptops to plan a couple trips. The hot chocolate was delicious, and the carrot cake muffin was sooo good! I was a little disappointed with the turkey panini they had, it was really just a thin piece of bread, a slice of turkey, and two chunks of Brie. If it was half the price I would be okay with it but for $12, I will stick to the muffins and pastries. They did have a delicious cookie also. read more

It was a rainy morning. How's that for a cliche? It was rainy enough that we were trying to figure out how to adjust our plans for the day when we saw this place. Relaxed, calm, the kind of not-Starbucks spot in which I would gladly have settled with my laptop, it was what we needed. Good stuff - they had devoted a wall to display artwork from the high school. We had coffee with egg and cheese sandwiches (we opted for whole grain bread rather than bagels, which also looked good). One coffee led to another and we hashed out our changes in plan for the day. My girlfriend and I are headed to Plymouth to do a little shopping. We had lunch at another location, but as we left and headed back to the car, we both spotted this coffee shop, and in unison said "Oooo, coffee!" Now we had never been there, but there was a lovely gentleman who greeted us, was happy to answer some coffee questions, and as he was making it, shared with us some of the history of the building they were in. I took a picture of this exposed old brick wall, because it just gave it the perfect ambience to sit by the window, people watch on Main and enjoy a very delicious iced chai latte. I came in here for the ambiance because it is a great place to get work done. I paid $6.66 for a soy milk cortado. I did request gingerbread, but they were out. No problem. I asked for the drink in a glass mug as I saw a handful on the espresso machine. I was told no drinks in glass. I told him I did not want the plastic and he confirmed it was paper. I gave up the fight here. If you have glass available and your customer requests it, it's best to honor the request or hide the glasses. Not from around here so I won't be back. Coffee was ok but I was ordering a cortado that was never on the menu to begin with so I should have known better! read more

We stumbled upon this great little coffee shop yesterday when I was in town for a Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre show and had some time to kill before the performance (pun absolutely intended). The Kiskadee Coffee Company is a cozy nook on one of the main streets in historic downtown Plymouth, MA. There is plenty of seating, and even a small electric fireplace that you can curl up to on particularly chilly days, like yesterday, with snow falling gently outside. They also specialize in an extensive menu, which features extremely high quality teas that are hand packed to order in their tea bags. I got both the Berry tea and the Green Apricot tea, and both were fruity, flavorful, and fresh tasting - no weird "this tea was stored with coffee" aftertastes here! My boyfriend got a Pesto Chicken sandwich that looked tasty, packed to the gills with grilled chicken, pesto, mozzarella, and roasted red peppers. Prices are super reasonable, and with a large tea going for $3, you won't feel bad getting a second helping! The barista, Michael, was friendly and prompt with our orders. We'll be back in Plymouth later this month for another Murder Mystery show, and I'll absolutely be back! read more

I loved the ambiance for reading novels The parking situation is 2-hour free parking along side the street. I have been told though that they are super strict about the 2-hour and you might et towed for even 5 minutes longer. read more

I believe this may be the biggest letdown Yelp place I've visited yet. I'm not certain how they have such high reviews other than it is in Plymouth MA. Which in reality is the only reason I gave it two stars instead of one. The place is dirty (cobwebs on ceiling, sofa littered with crumbs, floor was covered with dirt and food), the iced mocha might have been out of the local gas stations dispenser, and they might not have access to AC as the door was open letting flies and stale air in. I really don't think my expectations were too high...this place just didn't fit the bill for us. read more
