Food is usually cold. Fries soggy. 90% of the time something is missing like napkins, BBQ sauce, etc. Have called corporate twice and they asked if I want manager/owner to call me back. Both times I have said yes and neither time did I get a callback. I guess they don't care. I do find most of the staff very pleasant! read more

Horrible service! About a month ago maybe a bit more. The app was not working and when I went through to the window the girl opened up the window and screams "what do you want"? Even though i said i would never go there again i did. it's my own fault. ordered 2 mcchikens and a med coke. they asked me to pull around and someone would bring it out. 15 mins later i go in just to find out my food had been given away and they were just going to let me sit there. and this is supposed to be our future working at these places. I can't believe I'm writing a review about McDonald's but it's so bad I have to!!! We wait 30 mins in the drive through . We got our food and the fries were cold and rubbery ! We had to spit them out and throw them away ! THE WORST ever and a complete waste of money . The chicken nuggets were cold as well and hard. Just gross !!! read more

When we walked in and up to the counter no on greeted or approached for a good 7 minutes before we received a yell from someone in the drive through area that someone will be there shortly to help us. To which we waited another 5-6 minutes before someone came over. The person started our order and got through two out of the three people in our group before switching off with someone else. The first person didn't ask us what drinks we wanted with our meals just put them in as cokes. When the second person was going through the order of our third group member, she asked what drink we wanted. And then got snotty when we said large fountain, about how she needed the drink name. Then interrupted the third person when they were trying to think if it was Orange Hic or Fanta, interrupting saying they had multiple orange drinks so we need to be specific. I then asked if the soda machine in the lobby wasn't able to be used and the cashier stated that we could get refills there but they'd bring us our drinks to start with. We sat at our table and waited for our food. Which took about 20 minutes to come out. We watched them give other people cups to get their drinks before getting their food. When the same cashier who took our order brought our trays of food out there were no drinks on them. We then had to ask for our drinks, to which she responded "Oh you didn't get your drinks yet", which seeing as she told us they'd be brought out to us was super confusing. She then confirmed what drinks we asked for off our receipt, only to just bring us out cups and make us get our own drinks. My dad's Quarter Pounder was completely pink in the middle and not cooked fully. read more

Overcharged me, refunded the overcharge, then gave me half my order. Seems to be the norm for this location anymore.

My boyfriend was bringing me home dinner from McDonald's tonight and we ordered two mcchickens no lettuce and two cheeseburgers no onion add mayo. they DROWNED the cheeseburgers in mayo, i definitely was not expecting so much I couldn't even taste the cheese or the pickles. And instead of no lettuce the cashier typed no mayo on the mcchickens. Pretty pissed off tbh. read more

I would rate this zero stars if I could. We were the only people in the drive-thru and we waited forever till someone got on the microphone. A women tell us to wait and we do. It's been awhile so we honk because we wonder if they forgot about us. Then a man gets on and yells at us saying if we are going to honk in "his drive-thru" we need to leave. They literally kicked us out of the drive-thru. We turned around and got Burger King, where we got great service. read more

Everytime I come here I have issues. I will note the mornings are wonderful due to the older aged staff, but the later the time the worse the service. I waited 45 minutes in line before even reaching the pay window one evening. My order is always incorrect, especially when I'm asked to pull forward to wait a few moments. Most of my bad experiences have happened in the evening, and I would relate this to the younger staff. read more

On 4/04/21 we Watched the lady in front of us get our food & happy meal and keep it in her vehicle for over 5 minutes. She then preceded to get out of her vehicle and take it back in to one of the workers. The worker brought us back out the bag that she had went through. So we kindly asked her to have them remake the food since the other lady touched inside of it. The worker then went back in and brought us the same bag of food, same crinkled bag and an opened ravaged through happy meal. read more

I have never received less than exceptional service at this McDonald's. I typically order for a large group of ladies at the office and they have never messed up an order and have even offered to help me carry out my food and drinks. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's that I've been to in years! The staff have poor customer service skills and every time I've ever ordered food there, something has been wrong. They have the worst habit of shorting food from every order. Then when you go back in to get the food they forgot to give you, they treat you as if your lying and act mad at the fact that they have to make it right. Overly zealous manager will hunt you down if you try and get a legitimate refill on your drink. Purchased one in the drive thru on a hot day, waited for someone in the parking lot then came into refill. Awful! Food and drinks ALWAYS wrong! Wait times are absurd, waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea (1 car in front of me) only to get a coke and have to walk in. Ordered a bagel sandwich most recently and got someone else's order of 5 egg McMuffins and 5 hasbrowns, brought it in and they gave ME attitude. No. Unacceptable. read more

My mom wanted Burger King and I wanted McDonalds. We decided to go to Burger King first, then McDonalds, drive up was slow so imagine my surprise when we got home(which is exactly 2 minutes away) and my french fries were cold and my Big Mac was luke warm. However, Moms, whopper, fries and onion rings were still hot. We don't eat out very much and McDonalds ruined my dinner. Next time we both ate at Burger King and the drive up moved fast and the food was hot. read more

What can I say it's McDonald's. My food has always been hot or at least warm. I've never had any problems with the manager like the other two reviews I only stop there maybe once a month if that and my expectations aren't very high. I would say service is probably a little better than your average McDonalds, food is probably average, and cleanliness above average. It's McDonald's. read more
