Waited over 45 minutes for my pickup order (from the app). Went inside, they had no clue. Received the order after 45 minutes, fortunately, I checked it. It was missing half the items I had ordered. Went back in to get it sorted out. Took another 20 minutes of waiting. The food was cold when everything had settled. It would have been quicker to stop at the nearby IGA, buy all the ingredients, go back home and make the burgers myself. How this place still operates is beyond me. read more

Avoid that location, go to another one or better yet take your business elsewhere. On two separate ocassions they forgot my mobile order waited more 45 minutes only to find out no order and they were closed. At the last time, they also canceled an ubereats order too for similar reasons. I have contacted hq and it is obviously that the manager does not take customer complaints seriously. What's more their signature fries are almost always crappy. Do your self a favor go somewhere else. read more

There is no music playing here, so if you love to listen to other people talking or your own swallowing, you're in luck! Apparently on the second floor the music is playing...? The all day breakfast is rarely ready when you want it, try waiting 15 minutes for a multigrain bagel BLT egg sandwich, you too will wanna give these guys 2 star. Be prepare to ask for most everything you need such as salt and pepper, staws, vinegar, sugar... When I came in, I counted 8 employees, yet the floors were dirty, the drinks station was like London after WWII...a disaster. The manager doesn't seem to be doing any management here at all. One thing I did like was that they gave me a regular cup when I asked for a water cup so I've drank about a galon of IceTea The new McDonald's parking lots all seem to have been created to make people walk a lot, probably made to lose all the weight we gain by coming here. The young staff are about as knowledgeable and useful as a girafe in the north pole...but that's like that at all McDonald's. Legit the worse McDonald's I've ever been to. And unfortunately it's the one right near my place... I make it a point to drive 15mins away to the next closest one because they are no good. Unfriendly, unpolite staff, always get parked in drive-thru (takes atleadt 15mins if you decide to go inside), and 3 times out of 5, they will mess up the order. Stopped at this McDonalds on the way back to apple picking, and was in the area. The good: Service is TRULY quick! Two floors of chairs and seats. Orders done correctly. The bad: Our ordering station did not print our receipt, therefore we had to ask the cashier, who was really busy, to tell us our order number. Option to have table service, but no discs available for that service (just remove it then from the machines). Drinks and ketchup area dirty. Trash cans impossible to find in this place. Bathrooms dirty. At some point, staff passing mop was standing in the middle of doorway and bathrooms and talking to his friend, which made it impossible for anyone to go to the bathroom, or get into the restaurant (and he just stayed there even though people were trying with difficulty passing around him... GET A HINT!!!) Weird parking area that you have to cross the drive-thru lane to get to the restaurant. The thing that saves this place is that the food comes out really quickly. If not, it could be one of the worse McDonalds out there. read more

All the horror stories you hear about when it comes to drive-through are alive and well at this location. From getting your order wrong to handing you incomplete orders to getting a half-empty box of large fries!! I have never once been impressed by this place and I am done giving them a chance. I would rather drive the extra 5+km to get to the McDonalds in Dorion than go to this one. One star is too good for this restaurant. read more

I live in the area and have given up hope. I usually stop for a coffee on my way to work at either 6 30am or PM and it amazes me every time how long it takes to get a coffee +/- breakfast or cookies. I went inside today as I was kept waiting 5 minutes for...2 cookies. 5 minutes doesn't seem long but for drive-thru and when you're on your way to work, it sure is. Apparently the cookies were not ready but they should have just told me that - I wouldn't have waited. Inside was a disaster - tons of employees and food sitting in the warmer with a line-up of customers waiting inside and out. There is something wrong with this location. I don't understand how they can have such terrible service. Sometimes I go in hoping it will be faster but nope! read more

Drive through is horrible. They dont care about customer service. Nobody was behind me and they asked me to wait on the side instead of the window. ( happens every time i go there...) I get they have target on the time they serves you, but seriously if you cant achieve those goals, dont lie and give a bad customer service.... they need to do better. read more

1. Today I went through the drive through at the Ile Perrot store, and, contrary to the majority of McDonalds advertisements on Bell TV, breakfast is not served all day, but stops at 1100 hrs. Get with it McDonalds! Either that, or put that information on the American ads and look really foolish. Secondly, I was advised of that fact in a rude fashion over the PA system. 2. Since I could not get breakfast, I decided to have a large black coffee. Mistake! I paid with one of my many free coffee cards and it was received with a perfunctory "OH!" when I presented it, as though I was a cheap client getting a free coffee since I as I could not get the breakfast I wanted, I had mentioned that it would be nice if local McDonalds would catch up to their American counterparts. Got a shrug! 3. When I got my large coffee at the service window, the clerk had not put the lid on properly so that WHEN I TOOK IT INTO THE CAR WINDOW THE LID CAME OFF SPILLING BOILING COFFEE, REPEAT BOILING COFFEE, ALL OVER, BURNING MY HAND AND FILLING MY CUP HOLDER AND CHANGE TRAY WITH BOILING, YES BOILING, COFFEE. It took fully 30 minutes, after dumping out the overfill, before the coffee had cooled enough to drink! RIDICULOUS! The staff at the window? They looked at me incredulously if not a LITTLE embarrassed, NO APOLOGY, in fact no comment at all!. They did give me some COMPLIMENTARY PAPER TOWELS so I could clean up the mess. Not one word was spoken! No offer of first aid for my burns! NO APOLOGY. NO OFFER OF FIRST AID. I was so angry I drove off in a very bad humour and state of mind. I sat down to my computer fully 45 minutes later and the coffee had finally cooled enough to drink comfortably.! 3. Though now 80 years old, I was an Area Sales Manager for years for RadioShack Canada, and travelled from Montreal to St. John's Newfoundland by car, serving some 70 to 80 stores, and for over 25 or 30 years McDonalds has been my on the road restaurant. Today's experience is about the last straw, at least in Ile Perrot. A shame, as I live only walking distance from it! I think I will have to start driving to the Harwood Ave, Dorion, location several kilometers away to get service.
