    Lyon burger

We picked this place randomly, driving from Montreal, based purely on the fact that it looked to be by the water on Maps app. And we surely were glad that we stopped here - because it didn't disappoint! They have a whole bunch of lake side seating and the whole look and feel is so laid back and pleasant! Especially on a nice sunny day! The menu was only in French but the waitress was super friendly and didn't mind translating parts we didn't understand. Food was good. No complaints. General Tao poutine was excellent! Lyon steak burger comes open face and had a great flavor. So did focaccia grill chicken sandwich! Yumm! Side salad was a bit vinegary but I actually didn't mind. Definitely recommend this place.

We were driving from Montreal to Toronto and stumbled upon this place for lunch. It was a little gem, right on the water with spectacular views. The food was great. Aparole is very tasty. Reasonably priced. Unfortunately, the menu was in French, but our waitress was super friendly and was willing to translate. Overall, I recommend this place for ambiance and food.

This place!!!! Omg! Love! Loooove. The food, fresh. The view, perfection. A must visit! I had the Zombie burger, and this is something I will crave weekly. I had the panko crusted chicken patty, and my goodness, so juicy and crispy accompanied with aged cheddar and cranberry sauce. It was soooo good! Hubby had the general tso poutine and what a surprise! Not greasy, filled with veg and the special sauce mowa "chef's kiss". We sat out in the back with the perfect view of the water and it was the most relaxed I had been in weeks. The restaurant was make out of an old house, the inside was sooo cute! Eclectic, and so much to see. Perfect place for you and a girlfriend to spend an afternoon catching up. Loved it, goooooo, please! Try it out!

Found this place during the summer, looking for a laid back spot with a water front view to enjoy the summer day. Pleasantly surprised by the set up and the list for the menu. A cross between a fast food/casse-croute joint with neighborhood comfort food restaurant mixed with a cafeteria feel. Very eclectic. The menu is classic sandwiches, burgers, salads, soups, poutines and the like with some seasonal specials that are step above. Probably the most stressful part is the ordering, as you have to do that somewhat quickly at the front entrance. You have on the chalk boards the specials and seasonal foods including desserts. You also have a lot of choices for drinks with three fridges full ( pop, juice, sparkling water, all the way to beer, cider, wine). Once you order you get a number and they will bring the food to you. So far out of the two times I have been the food has been good ( with the view from the back patio setting the ambiance). The only one I was disappointed with was the "Portuguese" chicken as it was basically deep fried chicken thighs ( think like the Costco wings level of deep fried) with a gravy sauce on the side. Not exactly what I was expecting. Everything else I had was nice like the butternut pumpkin soup, the veggies falafel wrap with spicy mayo and the chicken sandwich. Tasted fresh and was made quick to order, and portions were a good sized.

This place is super out of the ordinary.. When you first come here it doesn't look like anything as it's tucked away by the water down Av st charles. It faces the shore and the view is stunning.. Will definitely be back in the summer to take advantage of the terrace. The ambiance is super different and very cozy lots of nice paintings and different chachkies everywhere. There's a mix of art sculptures from around the world so you can't really say it's mexican or indian or anything its a mish mash of everything. Tea is offered here for free and you serve yourself. Lots of Games to play really fun! The Service is not that great... it's a very confusing concept as you have to go to the cash yourself and pay first and you get a number to then pick out your table and put the number card on the little card holders so they know where to serve your food. The food: Ordered a cappuccino with a shot of baileys ahaha super good! Just very pricey.. 9$ for that waaw that's a bit too much Decided to try out their quesadillas with salad. The quesadilla was very delicious and fresh and crispy the mushrooms and fried onions were delicious and my chicken was flavourful. The salad was basic some mix greens and carrots eiinnn not impressed the dressing was not good at all and was lacking thankfully they didn't put much as I didn't like it to begin with. The poutine was good but very small portions.. The cost was around 12-15$ pretty pricey for what you get but overall it's a sweet place to come and experience the nice scenery and enjoy the ambiance and the music. Overall woll be back here but only for a drink aha cheers

We enjoy going to Patate et Persil for the beautiful view and cozy atmosphere. It is really beautiful during the summer. The food is a hit or miss each time, I recently went there for a meeting and the staff was very nice and hospitable. We had a glass of wine and a beer and then decided to grab a bite elsewhere.

This place was a nice discovery. It's probably one of the best terrasse I've seen in a bit. Its situated next to the water, in an area that is residential, making it a calm area. But we did not come only for the terrasse. The food is also really good. And for a good price. The only downside to this place is the access. It's on a small residential one-way street that does not have a lot of parking. The restaurant itself has a parking of only 6 places. We were lucky when we got there because we found a place right away. We were also early: it was 4h30 when we left, the street was blocked by people trying to find a parking spot.

Patate et Persil is just a block west of the end of 340 in Dorion near the Gare Dorion station. Basically just west of L'ile-Perrot on 20, if you're going west you're not allowed to make a left on Saint-Charles even though it's a one way south. Your best bet it to advance to the next light and turn around going east and then make a left. The parking is this little lot it tight. There's not that many spaces so hope you get one. This business feels like a cottage. It's on the waterfront which is really nice but we went in the winter so of course we're not eating outside. The decor is really original and it almost doesn't feel like you're inside a restaurant but almost like a hotel or even a bed and breakfast. You have to go to the room (it's a room) where the cashiers are and place your order and get your drinks there. If you order a coffee they'll bring it to you otherwise if you purchased cold drinks you can take them out of the fridge to the left. When you pay they'll give you a number and bring you your food. The cutlery and napkins etc are at the back right of the room opposite the fridge. I had ordered the BLT burger and my wife ordered the BLT provenciale. I had forgotten to get poutine with my BLT so I just ordered my wife's with it instead. The burgers are amazing as well as the fries. The provenciale had arugula and goat cheese on it which gave it a completely different taste than my standard BLT type. Besides the decor and the waterfront this place makes good food as well. The fries were fries but cooked well, steaming hot fresh and the poutine was proper. We are in Quebec after all. The curds passed the squeak test and the portions and quality were great. For a place that serves up good quality comfort food it's the perfect anytime break from your typical fast food because it's fast but just better.

This one of my favourite spot to come when I am in the Vaudreuil area. It features an original casse-croute menu: poutines, hot-dogs, burgers. It is a beautiful location by the water. On a nice summer day, you can enjoy the terrasse. Limited parking is the only downside in my opinion. If you're traveling from the east, you will need to turn right at the KFC to reach it as you can't turn left on 20

Sunday morning sounds like Bubbly & latte for breakfast

It took over 1:30 to get our food delivered so Maybe next time we might just go dine at the resto. Food: AMAZING FRESH AND. DEFINITELY WORTH all the wait. I was surprised on how freah everything was and the portions were insanely huge. We had our eye out for their POUTIZZA (Poutine Pizza) everyone we know kept recommending it to us and so we ordered it and ordered a separate poutine to try the differences. Omyyyyyy lord wow was their Putizza Amazing it was deeelicious. I can't believe It was a medium size it looked like an Extra large .. it was jam packed and definitely worth the wait. I can't explain how amazingly good it was!!! We also ordered their famous meatball sub, doner souvlaki pita and hot dog Michigan.. we couldn't finish it all but we wanted to try a bit of everything on their menu and trust me everything was delicious and their portions were insanely huge. The meatball sub was good and the sauce was to die for. The only criticism was the souvlaki was a bit small and not enough tzatziki .. it wasn't as generous like the other meals. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for their poutine pizza you must try it !!! It was amazing!! Definitely will be back
