The longest I've waited in line for food, granted it was lunch rush but my order was completely wrong as well. I'm allergic to onions and made sure to tell them that and there looked like there was extra onions on the burger. My fries were cold and I got 2 chicken nuggets in the box when I ordered a 6. I ordered my food on the kiosk. Heard employees yelling and screaming at each other. No management, no leadership, no direction, no training just complete and utter CHAOS! never got my food. My wife and I used the kioski to order 2 shakes because there were no employees at the registers. We waited 15 minutes before an employee came out and said you can't have shakes. I asked why and he said the shake machine was working. I told him I needed a refund and he called for the manager. I told the manager waiting 15 minutes was ridiculous. He said he didn't have any idea what I was talking about. I told him we waited 15 minutes before someone told us we couldn't get a shake. He said he would have to talk them. No apology or anything. I'm a regular but lately I order the spicy chicken sandwich or even the chicken sandwich and I don't even know why I bother because every other time I order one it's always inedible because it's hard and it's very evident that they just warmed it up... By far the worst mcds I have ever been to. The ice cream machine has been down for at least 3 years!!!! The worst customer service I have ever seen and that includes the managers!!! Even if you don't want something sweet there complete system goes down often! It seems to me that no one seems to care about the day to day operations of this franchise. Don't frequent McDonalds often but can honestly say this is easily the worst I have ever been in. Clean and fairly quick service. Typical McDonalds menu available, however this location's deals differs slightly from those located in Valdosta. They may not have the same specials or deals as other McDonalds. This location is not open 24 hrs. For the most part, they are pretty accurate with the orders. They have gotten my order wrong in the past from time to time, but it's usually expected from fast food. I always check before leaving. read more

Food is awful. Always cold and they never get my order right. The cheese fries tastes like spoiled mayonnaise, I got chicken nuggets when I ordered strips and my burger was cold like it had been on the floor before being put on a crusty bun. I also was once an employee there and I have a dark secret about this McDonald's. When I was once a cook there. I accidentally dropped a patty on the floor. The head manager saw this and when I was trying to throw it away he told me it was a waste of food and to put it in the tray. I took it out of the tray and threw it away so nobody would eat a floor patty. Needless to say I quit working there so I wouldn't be liable for these wrongful pratices. When I had to clean the ice cream machine. It had mold all in it like it hadn't been cleaned in months. When the health department was coming to inspect the place. There was so much greese behind the grills and friends it was a fire hazard waiting to happen that the manager only cleaned because the health department was coming out. The head manager also cusses his employees out or disrespects them and treats them like absolute replaceable crap. Do not eat here or work here. Ordered and requested no onions on hamburger. Hamburger came out with onions on it. Returned the hamburger and it took ten minutes to get a new one without onions. Ordered three fries, received two. Sweet tea dispenser was empty. Both ketchup dispensers were empty. Both the salt and pepper were out. Bathroom absolutely disgusting.
