It's always slightly warm to room-temperature, which means it quickly gets cold. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious. I can't get enough of their bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel. It's perfectly seasoned and hits the spot. Pro tip: ask for your bagel extra toasted or it'll be on the softer side (unless you're into that sort of thing). Service here is always friendly and upbeat, which I love. The one downside? I'm not a fan of being asked out loud if I want to leave a tip. It feels awkward, especially in a drive-thru setting. I'd much prefer a discreet option on the card reader to complete my purchase on my own terms. The staff here complete the purchase for you and ask aloud whether you want to leave a tip. All in all, this spot serves up good food and flavorful (but not hot) coffee with cheerful service. It's just a couple tweaks away from being perfect. I'll keep coming back, hoping for that piping hot cup next time!
