I did not go in, so I can only comment on the drive-through experience. However this McDonald's met every expectation. I was attended quickly and my order was completed as requested. The food was hot and fresh. Plenty of napkins and catch up or included in the bag. To drink, I requested the iced tea with plenty of ice. Some places with fresh brewed tea don't give you enough ice as it melts if the tea is still warm. My tea tasted very fresh, it was not too sweet, and had plenty of ice. The drive-through is set up for two lanes so they can serve you quickly. The outside of the building looked new and clean. The grounds were nicely landscaped, and well-maintained. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this McDonald's. read more

Nope. Don't go here, If you don't know Spanish ur screwed. I get it, not everyone is fluent in two languages but then don't put them on the drive thru headset. My order was totally wrong. I asked for a large sprite and i got a large fry instead. Vanilla iced coffee and got a medium hot coffee. She only spoke to me in Spanish so i had no idea if my order was correct when she repeated it because it never came on the screen. When i told them at the window that this wasn't what i ordered they referred to the receipt. Which was clearly wrong because she didn't understand me i guess?? I'm not mad that she didn't speak English well, I'm upset that they put her at the window. I would definitely give it 5 stars if they kept the Travis Scott burger. Nonetheless, their ice cream machine is always broken and since my recent stimi came in, I want to invest all my money to that machine. Also, why make it cash only at night? I sometimes get the late night cravings at 3am and want a nice juicy McDouble with with greasy fries on the side and a side of coke. We reserved the private area for a small baby shower, for around 30 people. We had an area for the cake and gifts, nice quiet music and so much fun! We also had a server, he was very nice and helpful. We ordered and he brought the things to the area. read more

This place is a disappointment. They made me pay for an order that wasn't mine and I asked the manager for a refund and she said that it was going to take around 24 hours to get my money back. Nothing has occurred and the transaction was already completed. Their crew in this restaurant are very irresponsible and they are sending wrong orders to their customers. I've never experienced such a slow drive through at any other Mc'ds in Laredo. Unfortunately the service inside is not much better. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they had just opened, but not the case any more.
